• RAISSA (7/5): Posizione eccellente,da rivedere i servizi. - Posizione eccellente,vicina al centro ma non troppo da avere caos intorno..su una collinetta,facilmente raggiungibile a piedi senza grossi sforzi fisici. L’host ci ha dato diverse informazioni su cosa fare durante la permanenza (cosa visitare,dove mangiare..) L’Host non ci ha fatto sapere niente sul check-in, arrivata al palazzo ho dovuto contattarlo io,è arrivato in poco tempo però. Parcheggio sul marciapiede sotto la camera, quartiere sicuro però non è un vero parcheggio. Abbiamo pagato in contanti,ci ha detto che ci avrebbe portato il resto (pochi euro) il giorno dopo ma non è mai arrivato.

• İdil Deniz (7/5): - Temiz, tatlı bir odada konakladık. Merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Isınma ve sıcak su problemi yaşamadık. Gece lambası yoktu. Odanın girişi biraz dardı. Merkezden odaya giderken yol biraz yokuştu.

• M. Verónica (8/5): - El propietario nos recibió muy amable y nos dió algunas indicaciones de la ciudad. Pudimos aparcar justo por fuera del apartamento. Aunque es pequeño es cómodo para hospedarte algunos días para ver la ciudad, si la intención es comer y estar tiempo fuera, pq la cocina es pequeña y no se presta para cocinar, sino para algo liguero. Nosotros nos hospedamos dos noches y nos pareció una buena elección ya que la ubicación permite llegar al centro caminando, sin necesidad de mover el coche.

• Tamas (9/5): Good location, had everything we needed. - Great location, friendly host. We only stayed for one night, but nothing was missing. I recommend it, definitely a good choice. The parking spot it's a big plus, as the city is very busy (the host was kind enough to park our car for us). Either the walls are too thin or the guests in the other apartement were to loud but it was a bit noisy. (This depends on the people renting next door, has little to do with the apartment).

• Maya (6/5): - Ok for the money You have to go up the stairs to get into the apartment, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. It looks smaller than the pictures. The shower is small and doesn’t have door, so the water gets everywhere. No kitchen - just a very small refrigerator, a boiler and two plates and mugs. It’s not an entire apartment as mentioned but just a very small room in a bigger apartment.

• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Small private kitchenette. Owner gives you plenty of advices :) Adding a hanger or two in the bathroom might help. It's outside city center, so you have to walk uphill, but it's not that bad (for Sarajevo standards:))

It got extremely hot one night and we ended up sleping with the windows wide open. Also as any other place in sarajevo that is not in the very centrum, it is quite a walk up to get here

Took time out to tell me a bit about the history and give me some fantastic recommendations. There was also clearly a lot of attention to detail and comfort. I cannot say enough positive things about this place!!!

• Yasin (3/5): we were not satisfied - The only plus was that it was close to the bascarsija, otherwise we were not satisfied with the hospitality of the home owner, in addition, there was a cigarette smell on the bed sheets and towels, although there were warnings not to smoke inside, everywhere smelled of cigarettes. it was extremely disturbing. The room had underfloor heating but it was cold, when we said that we were cold, he said that we had to close the window, but we had to open the window during the day because of the smell. the sheets were extremely thin so we asked for a blanket, the blanket we received was dirty and smelly. for this money you can be accommodated in a better place. we were not satisfied.

• Victoria (10/5): Some nuances to fix and will be excellent - It’s a great location. Very big and light room with a new bathroom. air-conditioned. Comfortable bad. I recommend to fix the door lock. In the beginning you will have trouble to close open a door, but then you will get used to it. And I would replace towels. It’s small and old. I bought new one, they have nice Turkish textile there.
• Djecevic (8/5): Very good - Location is great. The host was very helpful. It was very important that we had free parking place, as it is very hard to find one in the center of Sarajevo. Everything vas very clean and looked new. It is actually only one room (with no door to split it) so it could be little uncomfortable if you're not quite intimate with your room mates. Bathroom is bit small.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - Apartment is quite near to the center, but be prepared to go up the hill. For us it was not hard. The place is very quiet, a bit of wiew ti the mountains. Mustafa, the owner, is very gentle and helpful, was aleays in touch if we needed something. The apartment was clean and with some nice vintage decorations as old sewing machines. There is washing machine so you can wash your clothes during your stay. I will defenitely recommend this place to stay. Only absence of electric teapot, but it was not really a big deal for us.
• Aleksandar (9/5): Superb - The apartment looks as though it was very recently built/renovated, also comes with free parking right in front, though it can be tricky to park as all the roads in Sarajevo are hilly and tight. The host is very kind and welcoming, even helped us with parking our car. Location was good, approx 10–15 min to the city centre Was a little hard to find the apartment initially as the Sarajevo roads are crazy and google maps isn’t perfect in Sarajevo. I’d recommend remembering the house number (35) what the outside of the building looks like from the photos so you recognise it easier when getting here

• Petr (8/5): Very good - M Apartments offered a comfortable stay in a convenient location. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was great - really comfortable, especially the big bed! It was also within walking distance of the old town, perfect for exploring Sarajevo. However, there were a couple of minor downsides. The surrounding area seems to be under construction, so it was little dusty. Additionally, the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Overall, a good stay for the price, but with a few things to keep in mind.
