• Anna (10/5): Excellent choice - Location, 5m from the sea (with natural pool) and 10-20min close to the attractions to the north of Lanzarote. Apartment is nice and cozy, with amenities to cook and relax nothing worth noting

• Peter (6/5): An sich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es nicht solch einen Lärm gegeben hätte - An sich war es eine schöne Unterkunft. Funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Innenhof, bzw. Lichtschacht. Nahe des Strands gelegen. Zum Glück war ich alleine unterwegs. Leider ist das Badezimmer offen, dass heist buchstäblich offen, ohne Tür oder Vorhang. Das war noch hinnehmbar, aber das Poltern das von der Wohnung über dem Apartment ausging leider nicht. Im Vergleich zu allen anderen Unterkünften war zudem der Preis zu hoch.

• Elvira (5/5): Buena ubicación pero poca calidad - Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación, frente al mar en una zona con piscinas naturales muy bonitas. - Había muchas hormigas y mosquitos por todas partes. - La cama no era nada cómoda, se notan mucho los muelles del colchón, estaría bien que lo cambiaran. - No hay intimidad en el baño, creo que no cuesta mucho poner una puerta corredera en la habitación, sería más cómodo y sobre todo si van personas que no son pareja.
• Ruth (2/5): Unbefriedigend- enttäuschend - Sauberkeit Schlafzimmer mit Lichtschacht, Geräuschemissionen und Licht nachts von oberer Wohnung. WC offen zum Schlafzimmer. Lage unmittelbar an der Straße, voller Einblick von außen: wie im Schaufenster ausgestellt. Keine Möglichkeit, draußen zu sitzen. Fotos nicht aussagekräftig genug zur Realität. Wohnungstürschloss hat geklemmt. Nach 2 schlaflosen Nächten sahen wir uns gezwungen, diese „Höhle“ zu verlassen.

• Torsten (6/5): anstrengend , da lärmbelästigung von Obermietern( sehr hellhörig) und von der strasse und keine Frischluft - die Lage direkt gegenüber vom meer leider gab es kein fenster im schlafzimmer. toilette / dusche und schlafzimmer sind zusammen in einem raum . also keine privatsphäre und vorn im Wohnbereich kann man von 2 fenstern nur eins kippen , das andere Fenster lässt sich gar nicht öffnen. es gibt also kaum frischluft und die Wohnung befindet sich im erdgeschoss direkt an einer strasse , was auch lärm in den Abend und morgenstunden bedeutet.. schade !!!
• German (10/5): Cozy little apartment right at the ocean - Location is great, the ocean is right at the door, with bunch of natural rocky pools around for a morning swim. Grocery store is practically next door, there's a bar too nearby. Facing east, u would be first to sunrise. It was a bit too hot, and the ventilation is a bit lacking, even with the fan provided. Bathroom is not really separate, not a problem if you're comfortable with each other, otherwise u have to take a walk to ensure your partner's privacy ;)
• Nela (8/5): - Apartmán byl příjemně zařízený. Koupelna čistá. Postel pohodlná. Moc se náplň líbilo samotné město. Po apartmánu běhalo spousta mravenců, naštěstí tam byl aspoň sprej na hubení. Závěsy se nedali roztáhnout po celé délce stěny s oknem, které směrovali do ulice, tudíž pokud jde někdo do ulice, může vám do apartmánu koukat.

• Carmelo (4/5): No more than the position, disappointing and overpriced - The only luxury point is the position. And also the ocean view, if your lucky enough not have parked vans in front (the apartment is at the street level). The apartment has lot of potential not harnessed and, relying on the real offer, results pretty overpriced. Furnished with low-cost IKEA stuff, don't expect a comfortable stay. A mini TV is provided, unable to watch it unless you're eagle-eyed, and no chance to tune any channel due to missing antenna. Zero noise insulation, a neighbour's blender woke me up at 6am. And - surprise surprise (because it should be clearly put in the announcement!) - first time in my life I saw bedroom and bathroom not segregated by any door/wall/glass/curtain/whatever on purpose. The owner told me that it's like a suite conceived for couples and I was the first guest ever complaining. Inmho, behind the absurd suite concept, there was just a choice on the cheap. Indeed, as much as you love your partner, nobody wants to share bathroom's noises/smells/privacy with the bedroom. Also, later looking at other reviews, not true at all I was the first complaining. Bah!

• Daniel (6/5): Could have been so much better. A shame. - The accommodation is nice. Love the polished concrete floor, light and airy and the location is literally a stones throw from the sea. Open the door and you can hear the sea. Everything is open planned. Check-in was easy and convenient. Communication with the owner was good. There are a few things that let it down. The room felt like an IKEA showroom. The interior is furnished on the cheap and it really isn't comfortable trying to relax on hard furniture after spending a full day exploring. The bed and pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Don't expect a good night's sleep here. It would have been so much better if the owner purchased some decent furniture and gave the interior a bit more thought. It could have been so much better. The TV is too small for the living space. We had to move it so we could see it.
