Iulian (7/5): Good - Room was clean and had everything we needed. I suspect it was some kind of subletting arrangement. I received a message after booking that the address has changed. It was probably someone who is casually doing this with her own house for special events like this (F1 Austrian Grand Prix). The owner looked pretty scared. There was only one toilet for 7 people. We were requested to leave the shoes outside the property.

Alex_de (10/5): Very nice place to stay to visit the city of to work. - Not far from downtown, walking distance. Quiet place with an astonishing view to the mountains on the side.
Schembri (7/5): Good - The location was excellent and the host very friendly. There was a fully equipped kitchen and utilities. Bathroom was very clean which was a plus! One of the beds was dirty and not cleaned before I arrived. Wasn't very happy about it.
