david (7/5): Renovación de productos - Ubicación del hotel. A una cuadra de la playa Varias cosas, los jabones y el shampoo tenían un olor horrible. Posiblemente nunca cambiaban o rellenaban los productos. Así mismo el palo de la cortina estaba dañada.
Guest (4/5): Good breakfast. If not for the shower problem, I would recommend the hotel. - The staff were friendly. I had no hot water in my room for 3 days. The shower options were cold and less cold. I told the staff about the problem twice and nothing changed.

Personal no capacitado, no saben, ni hacen nada sin la dueña. Check in flojo, poca información, poca amabilidad. Ducha fría, nunca calentó. Tv de poca calidad, no intente ni usarla. La puerta del balcón no se cerraba!!!

Diane (3/5): Overpriced in Puerto Lopez - Location. Overpriced room. I had a twin bed in a closet sized room in a mostly empty hotel during off-peak season and was charged $40/ night. I can go down the beach for better options at 1/2 the price. The waiter, Efrain, is always great. Regardless of if I stay there or just pop in for food and beverages. He is always great. The breakfast is standard fare all over town.

Anonymous (1/5): beautiful place, really bad owners. - the property is nice, clean the owners, they did a mistake, basically they don’t care if you book in booking.com, be aware that you could arrive there after a long journey and they will just tell you that they don’t have a room for you, they will not help you and just ask you to leave the property.
