- Mark (9/5): - It's our third visit. The little niggles we found on our first have, over time, all been addressed. As usual the place is spotlessly clean. It works perfectly for us and the foxhounds just around the corner serves truly excellent food. The accommodation is spacious and easily caters for 4. Highly recommended and we will be back. Nothing
- Josh (9/5): Home from home - Lots of space. Whole place to ourselves. Full range of equipment to truly self-cater. Not too far to our friends in Ivybridge and half an hour to awesome beaches. Fish and chips just down the road if you fancy a night off cooking.
- Samantha (9/5): Excellent thank you - It's a lovely spacious property, an ideal base for exploring. Overall cleanliness was really good but could do with a dust.
- Joanna (9/5): Cosy well equipped and spacious house. - Really comfortable well equipped house. Easy to get into Plymouth. Helpful host.
Loads of space. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Would stay again - It a nice space and quiet area to stay. For me I was visiting family in Yealmpton it was perfect. Nothing.
- Rdubbs (10/5): An amazing stay! - Absolutely everything, it was a home from home. The perfect place for a family, with the added bonus of having a huge amount of space. All that you could ask for provided. Would definitely recommend it to others. The owner could not have been more helpful if she tried.
Would definitely book again.
Additionally, a fantastic local pub, that the owner recommended, the friendliest of atmospheres and the added bonus is it sells amazing food!
- Kate (8/5): Very good - Great space, loads of room and everything you need would recommend
- Peter (10/5): Most enjoyable - Complete with everything you could ever need !
- Diane (9/5): Loved our stay will use again - Very convenient for visiting our daughter , good size was clean & comfortable
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean. Good location for our needs. Nothing!
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Great location, very clean, had everything you needed. Comfortable beds, Great communication from owner. Garden a lovely sun trap There was nothing I didn't like. It had a very homely feel, but some people might find the family photo still insitu a little odd.
- Jo (10/5): Perfect for Plymouth stay with great sun spot patio space - The whole house was really kept nice, excellent drive, space and front garden. Easy to access and key safe. Big front room, great large bedrooms and very well equipped kitchen that had everything and toilet had bath and big shower. Towels were provided which was useful. Even had stuff that people had left like some toiletries and even essentials in freezer and fridge, which we contributed to. Lovely conservatory and very safe garden for dog. The whole place was ideal for our break. Great communication with owners and had great nights sleep as was super quiet. Little dated but felt homely.
- Emma (10/5): Was a lovely family break, nice and peaceful location, gorgeous food at the local pub and the chip shop we loved it thank - Plenty of space, nice closed off back garden for our dog, everything we needed my son loved it as we woke up to cows in the field so he was so happy as animal mad, Rachel was very helpful made sure we knew everything and messaged to make sure everything was ok which was a lovely touch we also loved the coffee machine haha xx
- Lord (9/5): A great place to stay. - Place was large, clean and had everything needed for the stay. Although parking isn't an issue here having a large car port was very handy. The outside patio area is private and a proper sun trap. Location is very quiet. Doggy walks are on your doorstep. Foxhounds, the local pub, is excellent with great beer and food. Rachel was great and handled everything well. Not so much a dislike but this feels like someone's house, which may not suit some people.
- Shirley (10/5): Lovely comfortable house gave a very pleasant stay for us - Spacious, comfortable good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nicely situated . Was good for us Nothing
- David (9/5): Superb - The property is in a lovely location in the village and would be a great place to use as a base to explore the coast.
The house was clean and tidy and very homely. Having off street parking was a bonus. We didn't really get the opportunity to make use of the outside space, the decking area looks like a lovely sun trap!
Unfortunately we were only there for 2 nights. We would have been more than happy to stay longer. Can't think of anything.
- Tom (10/5): Highly recommended. Would visit again. Very clean and great location. - Very cosy bungalow in a quiet street. Well equipped and clean. Host was excellent with communication. Would highly recommend. Fish and Chip shop up the road was delicious. If I’m being picky, the towels were a little small and the shower head was a bit loose. But it was fine.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - The property is well equipped and in a lovely quiet village near to Plymouth. The house was comfortable and the owner was responsive with messages. We had a lovely stay and will return in the future Nothing
- Patrick (10/5): Perfect home from home and the host was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed in advance, would cert - Incredibly spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for our stay. Nothing to write here it was perfect.
- Ann (10/5): Home away from home - Self catering in a quiet, tranquil area in a lovely village close to Plymouth with access to the South Hams walks and beaches. Good communication with host who made us feel welcome to a lovely, beautifully decorated, fully equipped bungalow with all necessities and off road parking. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Nothing
