• Rut Maria (9/5): Casa muy acogedora ideal para familias. - La casa está decorada con muy buen gusto. Es grande y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para una estancia larga o corta (lavavajillas, lavadora, videojuegos, televisión en todas las habitaciones, todo tipo de menaje...) El trato con los propietarios se gestiona todo por teléfono pero son muy atentos y te dan muchas indicaciones. Los vecinos son muy serviciales y amigables. Al llegar nos encontramos una cesta de bienvenida muy completa. La playa está a un paso caminando y es una cala preciosa, nos encantó bucear y estuvimos muy a gusto. En la casa hay sillas de playa, sombrillas... Desde la casa se pueden hacer rutas de senderismo y en la playa hay un negocio de rutas en kayak que parece muy interesante. Estuvimos una semana y nos llevaron la compra de Mercadona online a casa. Por poner una pega, la puerta del baño nos dio algún problema porque es corredera y se atrancaba. Había hormigas e insectos, pero es lógico estando en verano en plena naturaleza!! Lo más importante es que se lo notificamos a la propietaria y tuvo muy buena disposición para solucionarlo.

• virsking (10/5): Para repetir - La casa es ideal, con todas las comodidades posibles y muy limpia. La anfitriona encantadora. Se agradecen mucho los ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones para los días de más calor. Nos gustó todo.

• Mihai 73 (8/5): - La casa muy bien, todo limpio, la cocina muy bien, no falta de nada, el baño también muy bien. Fuimos en junio, calor por el día y se refrescaba de madrugada. En el salón hay aire acondicionado. La playa muy pequeña, a 5 min a pie, no hay ningún bar, una playa muy familiar. Por la tarde para encontrar sitio algo difícil,(era mes de junio).Para volver a la casa hay que subir una buena cuesta, así que guardar fuerzas. Fuimos para la playa nudista, el acceso allí es muy difícil el camping está cerrado y hay que subir unas montañas, etc. Es una zona muy TRANQUILA, a unos 6-7km del pueblo de Canteras. Se necesita el coche para todo.
• Beverley (9/5): Lovely stay in a comfortable little villa - A very clean and comfortable little villa close to the sea. During our stay, out of high season, it was very quiet and peaceful. The villa is very well equipped and the WiFi is excellent. The owner is extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was a bit too firm for us, but may be fine for other people.

• Sophie (7/5): Good - The property was beautifully decorated, clean and everything considered. After a hideous delayed flight and then overnight wait at the airport to collect our car it was wonderful to be greeted with a lovely welcome pack of kitchen essentials. As long as you are not looking for bars and restaurants on your door step the location is exquisite. Early morning swim in the sea followed but breakfast on the balcony of my version of heaven. I have family nearby and for years have stayed at La Manga club but I think i have now found my perfect spot when visiting. Peace, quiet, tranquil, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated.

• John (9/5): Great coastal villa with sea and mountain views and easy access to some good hiking trails. - Very well equipped house and a very good design with front terrace, inner courtyard and upstairs rooms and deck. It was great for some winter sun and warmth. We were't sure if the house had been modernised or recently built but the design was great. Also the hosts provided a lot of the basic items we needed for self-catering which was very useful as many other properties removed everything during Covid and haven't put them back. We had oils, salt, pepper, herbs and spices and a very nice welcome basket. El Portus the coastal village would be improved if it had a shop, cafe, bar, restaurant. Outside the hosts control but if that ever happens it will improve the attraction of the property. Within the property, we found the double bed a bit 'tired' and we didn't sleep as well as we would at home.
