Guest Reviews
- FranTina (10/5): - Everything was good, very quiet town and Beautiful!! The house is very nice. There's a leak from the ceiling, right by the door leading from the kitchen to the patio, and it drips quite a bit. The living room heater also has a leak that's creating a puddle; we left a container underneath it. The house is very nice, it just needs some maintenance.
- Claire (9/5): Absolutely amazing! Thank you, we will be back xx - It was a beautiful property with plenty of space and the garden was so tranquil and relaxing. We loved everything however although it says on the listing there are toiletries they weren't any, not an issue though and you'll also need to take dishwasher tablets.
- Allan (7/5): Cosy and Comfortable, but needs more for Christmas stays - Good location close to Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby. Fire made it warm and cosy. For a stay over Christmas, there could have been a better supply of basics like: dishwasher tablets, more than 1 tea towel, some wood, games, Prosecco glasses, etc.

- Danielle (9/5): Amazing family trip - The property was very homely and cosy, the kitchen is gorgeous and the garden and views are amazing, beds are very comfy! The shower isn’t very powerful but it didn’t ruin our stay :-)
- Julie (10/5): Great family home good size lovely welcome pack - Great size for family’s Nothing
- Andrew (8/5): Nice Home and location - Spacious with a very good kitchen and a good location An updating is needed and despite the log fire and because the radiator was behind the settee the main living room was cold.
- Moore (10/5): -
- Poxon (7/5): - The cottage Bed was very soft no downstairs toilet

- David (9/5): Looked good on-line and was even better in real life. - Lovely location, good for touring, very homely and comfortable cottage, excellent garden for humans and dogs. Nearby bakers and butchers are excellent, as is the Plough Inn. Would like to return sometime. Just one tiny point, the mat inside the outer door slides easily.
- Gareth (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic cottage and very accommodating host. Organised our booking at very late notice. Large and homely with more than enough space for our party of 6.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (10/5): October family break - location, size of accommodation, enclosed garden, comfortable, facilities of cottage, peaceful, Sleights shops, Halloween and locals Nothing to add
- Fiona (7/5): Spacious property in great location, but tired and dated. - Large property in a stunning location, with easy access to both the coast and countryside. Plenty of space for a family group of five adults and a dog, and a large enclosed garden. The property is clean, but tired and dated. The bathrooms would benefit from refurbishment. I don't think the property represents good value for money in its current state.
- Gillian (10/5): So relaxing. We enjoyed the woidburning stove - It has a lovely view. The host is very helpful. It was just perfect for us. Nothing
