• Pierrick (9/5): - L’appartement est situé au sud du centre d’Hanoi, à 15mn à pied du vieux quartier. L’arrivée sur les lieux est simple et efficace et l’appartement dispose d’une petit kitchenette ce qui est pratique. Propre et bien équipé dans l’ensemble.
• Natalya (9/5): Отличное расположение - Главное достоинство этого места — его великолепная локация. Апартаменты находятся на красивой улице рядом с озером, в пешей доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей, магазинов и ресторанов. Прямо возле дома есть маленькое кафе, где можно купить воду и всё самое необходимое. Сам номер очень хороший: есть окно, хотя вид, как это часто бывает во Вьетнаме, выходит на соседнее здание. Однако это совершенно не мешает проветривать помещение или открывать окно/дверь вечером. В апартаментах имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: кухня, посуда, чайник и мини-холодильник. Уборка проводится примерно раз в 3–4 дня. Отдельно хочу отметить, что на этаже это единственная квартира, поэтому очень тихо и создаётся ощущение уединённости. Особенно хочется сказать о хозяйке жилья — это невероятно отзывчивый, добрый и внимательный человек. Я несколько раз обращалась к ней с личными просьбами, и она очень помогла мне, за что я искренне благодарна. При следующем посещении Ханоя я с удовольствием снова выберу именно этот вариант проживания. Рядом находится школа. С утра и до 17 ч очень оживлено и слишком весело 🤗
• LOCSIN (10/5): The host welcomed us and showed the room. The room was great. It looks like a studio-type apartment equipped with everyt - Joy Homestay is in a good location. You can walk around town and visit tourist places. It also has an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about climbing stairs while carrying your luggage.

• Karla (7/5): - Tienen elevador, el wifi funciona bien para trabajar. Comunicación muy rápida por WhatsApp y pudimos dejar nuestras maletas unas horas después del check out. Me gustó la ubicación! La cama no es la más cómoda y me pareció que la limpieza se puede mejorar.
• Mikayla (4/5): - Convenient location for exploring Hanoi. The room had a lot of mould on the ceiling of the apartment and in the bathroom, which has no ventilation, and the third floor apartment receives very little natural light. There was a dog barking throughout the night, and a continuous faint beeping sound, so prepare earplugs if you want a quiet sleep. It wasn't very clean, there were many hairs around from the previous guest, old clothes in the cupboard, wet towels in the washer, an old fruit in the fridge, a lot of toothpaste residue on bathroom shelf etc etc. Nylon sheets (and no duvet, only the cover) don't provide much comfort and the fitted sheet easily slips off the bed during the night. The room doesn't get serviced, with no change of towels over our 3 night stay. It's overpriced for what you get.

• Shoan (10/5): Séjour parfait dans un appartement idéalement situé, impeccable et avec un hôte d’une réactivité exemplaire - L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur du district de Hoan Kiem, permettant de découvrir Hanoï aisément à pied. Les lieux étaient d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement entretenus, offrant un confort appréciable après une journée de visites. L’hôte s’est montré d’une grande réactivité et d’un professionnalisme remarquable, répondant à chacune de mes demandes avec rapidité, efficacité et courtoisie. Cette attention constante a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour particulièrement agréable :) Rien à signaler, tout était parfait ;)

• Greg (10/5): One of the best travel deals I’ve experienced. - No breakfast, but there was a kitchen with stove and microwave. Also many nearby cafes and restaurants.
• Denise (8/5): Nice, cozy condo-feel near hoan kiem lake - We love that it has everything and that our hosts are very gracious and responsive. No extra charges for extra pillow. They gave us laundry detergent too. The unit has everything you want in your own house like stove, microwave, fridge and even washing machine. Also comes complete with towels. Aircon is cool!

• Kendall (9/5): Highly recommend this stay! Would be great for a short or longer term accommodation. - Spacious and comfortable room. Full sized fridge, wardrobe, and washing machine were a bonus. Lots of surfaces and hooks to hang stuff to dry. While the stay was not staffed, someone met us to help with check in and the lady who runs it was easy to communicate with, accommodating and friendly. Located a short walk from the busy streets of old quarter, which we really enjoyed. Some surfaces could have been a bit cleaner. The stay is right beside a school so was a bit noisy in the morning if you wanted to sleep in.

Staff act really arrogant when i had an issue with my reservation and I asked for help, of cooourse they became so polite when I solved the issue myself and I arrived. There’s an old pineapple since months on top of the kitchen cabinet should be removed

• Jounie (10/5): Great value, location and owner! - I live in Hanoi, but often rent an apartment in different areas to experience the city. This is one of the best values I've had. Perhaps the best aspect of the place is the owner: they are super responsive and extremely helpful. Most places in Hanoi are owned by someone that does not interact at all with the guest. But, this owner is phenomenal. The pictures of the room are very accurate. For the price, this is a steal. It is comfortable and clean, but I don't know if it's a room where you will want to spend your time (it's just very small...but again, great value for what you pay). The location is amazing: you are one block from Hoan Kiem lake and all of the activities it offers. There are so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the apartment. I will definitely return. If I had to pick something, I would say that the mattress is not right for me. It's not very firm, but it's not soft either. However, this is personal preference and I can see where some people would love it.

Clean room, good hot shower, comfortable bed. Friendly welcome with a tour of the studio and clear instructions. Would certainly recommend it for longer stays (kitchenette and washing machine). No remarks!

Would consider staying there again on next visit. - The location is off the main road in an alley and around 10 mins walk to the heart of Old Quarters. Its quiet allowing a good night rest after a day of chaotic streets. Room is fully equiped with electric hob, cooking utensils of pots and pan if you do wish to cook a meal instead of eating pho. There is also a washing machine in the room to do your laundry, super convenient. Room and bath room was very clean. I had arrived earlier than expected and the owner was very helpful in getting someone to assist with the check-in. Nearby has lots of coffee shops if you need a lot of caffine. Also eateries which is popular with the locals. My 3 nights stay was really wonderful. The kettle needs scaling. Couldn't find a place to dry the laundry. Would be lovely to have a small table instead of a coffee table. Small matters though, not a deal breaker.
