• Edward (10/5): - FABIO was a great host. He met us on our arrival and showed us all we needed to know about the apartment. He made himself available if we had any need or needed help with anything. What a great stay 15 second walk and you are standing in front on the Pantheon. AWESOME.
• Mark (10/5): Amazing location, Awesome host Fabio :) Would book again.... - Location was amazing...many historical sites so close by and many food and evening cocktail places. Fabio was an amazing host. So attentive and helped coordinate private airport xfer on our departure. Small bathroom and no sleeping arrangements with any privacy. This works great as long as you are prepared. Do not forget this apartment is hundreds of years old

• Cathie (6/5): Small space Good location - Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Fabio organised a private transfer from the airport and was there to meet us and show us up to the unit. The unit is located 100m to the Pantheon so very central to everything. He also sent us a few recommendations on where to eat whilst in Rome. There is a combo washing machine/dryer which was handy. We were 3 adults and found the space to be quite small. Advertised as 2 bedrooms - the reality is that there is no door on the bedroom and the other sleeping areas (bedrooms) are mezzanine levels above the main room and entrance to the unit. The double mattress in the mezzanine is so thin you can feel the floor. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped with only a micro pot and pan to cook with. The fridge wasn’t working very well either and there was no kettle. The hot water also didn’t last so showers had to be staggered. The pic of the Pantheon shown can only be viewed by opening a low level window and laying on the floor or hanging out over a balcony window.

• Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Fabio met us at the property with open arms and we had a great time getting to know him and the area up front. He made the trip memorable along with location of the room was over the top. Close to all attractions and local shops Beds were a little uncomfortable for my family member that we had with us.
• Maureen (10/5): Perfect place to stay - The apartment is in a beautiful building right in front of the Pantheon. You can walk to all the major sites easily. Fabio was a wonderful host, he arranged a car and driver to meet us at the airport and bring us to the apartment. it was a perfect stay in Rome.

Fabio was one of the best host we have met! Highly recommend! We hope to come back for a visit and stay again. It was a warm and inviting experience. No problems! Fabio made sure we had everything that was needed.
• Collette (9/5): Nice stay, wonderful host, fabulous location - Very central location. Fabio was a wonderful host who offered many tips and was easy to contact even during our stay for questions and tips. The apartment was well equipped with all the basics for a great stay. We knew that both beds were in a loft (up stairs) and my mother has difficulty with stairs so Fabio had made up the sofa bed for her to stay without having to climb the stairs. There was an air conditioner in both rooms to keep the apartment comfortable. Be aware that even though there is an elevator in this historic building, you must still use a small flight of stairs to reach the apartment.

• Arek (10/5): Highly recommended! - The Host was great! Very open, trustworthy and helpful. He offered us pickup service from the airport - no matter our terrible arrival time and recommended several restaurants close to our flat. The flat itself was great, we had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - just in the middle of the 'Old Rome'. We were able to visit all the main points without using the public transport. I do not see anything to put here.
• Alison (10/5): Rome on your Doorstep! - Quiet apartment right in the heart of it. Walk out of the door and the Pantheon is there with lots of restaurants and shops, literally on your doorstep. Fabio is an excellent host, very accommodating and a lovely guy. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be within walking distance of the many attractions of Rome.
