Guest Reviews
- Anthony (5/5): Good glue but keep your expectations modest. - Location excellent and price reasonable. Kitchen very well fitted. On the third floor with no lift. Bathroom is very tired with leaky shower, cracked and badly repaired basin. The WC is nit the one in the photos.
Sheets not ironed. So rather basic. Noise from street. Broken socket next to bed. No bedside lights. If there were four of you staying the lounge area only seats two. The "third bedroom" is the sitting area.
- Angela (4/5): Good location but apart of that nothing - The location is very good. - no elevator and on the third floor, so if you have luggage’s good luck.
- it was not clean AT ALL.
- nothing is provided, not even hand soap !
- Allen (7/5): Good location but bathroom needs upgrade and repair. - The kitchen and bedrooms were good with comfortable beds.
The location is excellent and the property had good point such as a sitting area and two good size bedrooms. The bathroom and shower are terrible - they need a complete renovation and had mold in several places.
The shower head was leaking and not up to any standard.
The toilet took forever to refill.
The bath had no plug.
A bedroom socket was cracked and needed repair - not sure how safe it was to use.
- Brent (10/5): -
- sergio (8/5): - location maintenance
- Darrell (8/5): Overall great place and love the location. - The apartment offers a great location, comfortable beds, and a spacious size, making it an ideal choice for a good stay.
Host was very responsive at check-in and provided info for an easy check-in. The bedroom and living room face the street. With the windows open, the noise is noticeable. Light sleepers may find the street sounds challenging, especially at night and early mornings. Earplugs can mitigate the issue.
Another thing to note is that there's only one set of keys provided. This requires a bit of coordination if you're traveling with others and plan to do activities independently. It’s manageable with good communication, but something to consider when planning your stay.
Oh yea, the lift (elevator) is broken, so you will have to walk up a few flights of stairs.
- Emily (2/5): Would never stay here again- even with the location. Would rather just stay in a travelodge. - The location is very good and in a very safe part of London- close to plenty of restaurants and shops.
Beds were comfortable. The check in was difficult as we had to meet someone at the property at a time of their choosing and they were 15 minutes late.
The apartment itself has no air conditioning and the road is too noisy to have the windows open. It was so hot we couldn’t sleep.
Bathroom has a lot of mould around the bath, the tiles are cracked and shower pressure is poor.
The fridge was clean but absolutely stunk of strong cheese.
The door for the flat is on a deadbolt and we accidentally locked the key in the flat (you only get one even though the apartment sleeps 4 people) when going to breakfast- the host was very rude about the whole situation and even threatened to fine us for our mistake (£50). They said they weren’t in London and they were reluctant to help. When they did- they again agreed a time and turned up 30 minutes late- asking why we were in a rush and told us we had to wait outside until they got there. This spoiled our Saturday morning tbh as the whole thing took about an hour to get sorted.

- Ashford (8/5): For what we paid it was ok, just a little attention to detail needed. - Great location, comfy beds, nice kitchen. The bathroom is basic with some mould around the bath taps. The toilet and sink could also do to be replaced.
I used the toaster on the second morning and it blew a fuse, which resulted in no lights in the bathroom. We texted the owner, expecting this to be rectified but when we returned late that night he hadn’t been so we had no lights in the bathroom, has to use the torches on our phones.
- Claire (10/5): Super value, well presented large apartment. - The owners could not have been more accommodating- we checked in early which was great. Super big space for the 3 of us and really beautifully presented. Very comfortable and good value London accommodation. (Could I just make a plea for a couple more big mugs for coffee and tea then it would be absolutely perfect)
Excellent location for visiting London. We didn’t use the tube once. Thank you for a great stay.
- Kim (7/5): Good Location but needs an upgrade - My review should be a 7.5 not 7 but it doesn't give you the option!
Flat is a little worn but, as in most of London, you sometimes have to sacrifice facilities for location.
Could not fault its positioning for our trip.
Plenty of clean bedding and towels.
If you like a bath you'll need to bring your own plug and make sure you have all toiletries including hand soap. I read previous reviews so I was prepared for this.
Great pubs within 2 minutes from the flat where you can also get a decent coffee and food if you didn't want to wander too far.
The host was very reactive and pleasant.
The neighbours are a little sensitive. We had a complaint for talking in the flat late at night. No TV or music on so just something to be mindful of. It may have been our northern accents!! :-)
It was perfect for our one night stay but felt it a little overpriced for what you got.
- Richard (9/5): One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in London. -
- Gabriel (7/5): Good -
- Jones (9/5): Superb - Lovely flat, it was very clean and the location was excellent. Whilst it didn't bother us, just so others are aware, the lift wasn't working and there were a lot of stairs to climb. So long as that isn't an issue for you, this apartment is well worth booking. The information given said that toiletries would be included. There were none and I had to shower using washing up liquid (very grateful that was provided).
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable and great location! Great communication. Should have stayed longer.
- Sarah (9/5): Great stay. - The location was excellent with everything we needed in walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet overnight, especially in the back bedroom. We had a great stay overall and would definitely use the apartment again if we need somewhere to stay in this location. There was some evidence of mould around the bath. The lift wasn’t working so anyone with mobility issues would struggle up several flights of stairs.
- Lisa (10/5): Amazing location. Wonderful area, Close to everything, Green Park Station 300m, and lots of space! - Owner was very hospitable, attention to detail, welcoming and very helpful
