- Hans (7/5): Lovely location but dire need of renovation - Lovely location on the St Kilda beach and close to the Acland street bars and shops. Kind of run down apartment in dire need of renovation, especially the bathroom and the bedroom. In the bedroom there's one electric socket with multiple extension cords which is hazardous. The bathroom is just outdated and the shower head just won't stand up.
- Guilliano (8/5): St kilda beach view - We both liked the location, as food and beach were near by, view from the apartment was good and clean Just need to clean around the windows, cob webs.
- Rocco (9/5): - The apartment was very big, exactly like in the pictures. Very well furnished kitchen, very nice neighbourhood. Good place for a longer stay if you wanna be close to the sea.

- Pam (4/5): Large apartment, good location, but not up to standard we had hoped for. - The location was good. The kitchen, main living area and bedroom were generally acceptable. The bathroom was poor. Extremely small with poorly sited storage. Black mould on the grouting on the tiles around the bath, not very clean around the toilet. Carpets could do with a clean.
- Kyrstwyn (10/5): St Kilda is magical especially in Summer - the beach , restaurants and cafes , sky divers to watch, fabulous esplanade f - The view is fabulous. Great use of mirrors to reflect the views too.
Very spacious and comfortable. Older style bathroom that didn’t bother us but may be disappointing to anyone expecting sleek.

- Clare (10/5): PERFECT for our 4 week visit. Comfortable, great hosts. Location and views cannot be beat. - We loved this apartment! Communications with the host were really friendly and prompt. We were provided with an extremely detailed email and app that gave us all the information we needed on the apartment and the building. While you do need direction on where to pick up the keys, it's right next door and the directions were super clear with photos provided. We WFH for 2 weeks and the internet was reliable and views outside the workspace made having to work much more pleasurable. Parking spot was a huge plus! Bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked and a lovely lounge area. The location simply can't be beat. Beach across the street, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and trams all within a 3-4 minute walk. The building is super cool and the residents all very friendly. Felt like a real community. And where else can you get a reasonably priced apartment, in the heart of St Kilda, with access to a rooftop with tables and chairs for dining, BBQ's and 360 views of Melbourne?! We will definitely be staying at this apartment every time we come to visit family. It provided all we needed and the hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend, although I feel reluctant as I want to make sure it's available for us each time we come back :)
- Bob (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent communication. Facilities were clean and security was great. Easy walk to all shops - beach, restaurant and tourist sites. Unit was very comfortable and was well equipped. Great view of the Marina.
- Simon (7/5): Beautiful location, good potential but needs attention re hygiene and cleanliness - Great location. Stunning views and adequately supplied to fit needs for self catering accomodation . Fab roof garden. Felt safe eventually. We used the contact number on booking. Com to contact the owner as we arrived without any information due to not receiving the info via email as requested. Our arrival experience after no sleep was challenging to say the least. Luckily a kind resident living in the block let us in through the gate and another resident ( felt sorry to see us standing looking lost in the 30 degrees heat)let us into the entrance due to concerns for us with the heat and all our luggage. We honestly don't know what would have happened if the cleaner had not been still in the apartment as we had no remaining data to access the info which was sent to a non void email and not the correct one as asked.. After 5 or more calls the owner finally replied. The owner was understanding of our dilemma to some extent. Once we were able to access WiFi etc we could then read the guide. However we made one more contact to the number supplied by booking.com to seek information we did not have of ( a passcode to leave the key fob secure)and the response was politely inappropriate and scolding towards us as the owner was busy with clients.. This left us with the impression that this person is happy to offer this accommodation but doesn't want to be contacted or have the slightest inconvenience. This displays a negative corporate attitude detached from any care or regard for guests.
This accommodation definitely needs a deep clean. It was noticeable how engrained the dirt is especially the bathroom (floor and filthy mop next to the toilet )and front room carpet was stained and overall it had a neglected feel. It was ok to deal with no air con but there was no means to air the place except a tiny kitchen window as all windows locked shut. This is off-putting as we stayed for 4-5 nights and this means all visitors are exposed to any smells, germs and anything else from the previous guests in other words unhygienic which is pretty surprising since we have all been through COVID..

- Santina (8/5): Great location. Spacious and comfortable. - Location was fantastic. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable. I am very picky. Vents could do with a clean. Could do with some cleaning wipes or cloths. But it would not deter me from booking again.
