• Carol (10/5): Excellent Apartment in a great location. - Excellent location - close to pedestrian promenade with may restaurants to select from. Apartment was clean and in excellent condition. Bathroom and toiletries were very nice as well. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend this place and the host. Parking was a bit challenging....but all good!

• Karen (9/5): Great location and comfortable - The room was located in the heart of the old town and only 40 meters from the marina. It was close to lots of restuarants and local shopping. The room and feel was great, the Shower was a little tight. Walking up 6 flights of stairs

We asked to get in slightly early and were told this might be possible. On the day we then did not receive a message until 15 mins before standard check in which was not helpful. Also no-one in person at all to contact if needed.
• Rony (6/5): Very disappointed - The design We had no hot water, although they had other free rooms , they didn’t offer to move us to another room, but rather left us without hot water until they fixed it minutes before we had to check out the next day. No compensation was offered and in fact I expect booking to refund this stay for the first time since I used your services. Thanks

• Bonnie (9/5): Perfect in Preveza - Lovely and spacious. The concierge was very helpful and responsive to our request to stow bags earlier and keep safe after check in and out. Great location near restaurants and waterfront, yet quiet in the evening. Would stay again. Coffee brewing machine had not been cleaned out. Mouldy coffee left in the filter which needed emptying and repeatedly soaking in hot soapy water to make it usable.

• Sia (10/5): It exceeded my expectations! - So stylish, comfortable and clean! It is nestled amongst all the shops and restaurants. I only stayed for one nite and enjoyed it immensely. The room had everything you would need and I would definitely recommend it!!!

Η έλλειψη μπαλκονιού και τα πολύ μικρά παράθυρα. Η δύσκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. Η έλλειψη ασανσέρ και η δυσκολία στο ανέβασμα βαλίτσων στον 2ο όροφο με τα ποδια. Δεν υπήρχε καθημερινή καθημερινότητα. Δεν είχαμε καμία προσωπική επαφή πέραν της τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας..

In the room you have everything you need. I stayed for 7 nights with my family, 2 adults and 2 children and it was very comfortable. The staff was very polite, the house is cleaned every two days and the sheets and towels are changed. Very satisfied. None
• Laura (8/5): Very good - The apartment was quite roomy and had air conditioning, with a decent amount of hotel amenities. The staff was quite helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage with them as we arrived before the check-in time. They were nice enough to leave a small bottle of water in the fridge, which is useful after going up all those stairs to get to the room. It is in a central location of the old town so finding a restaurant is easy. The hotel is in an old, compact building, and therefore, there is no lift and no room for one to be installed should they want to. It does make it hard when you have heavy luggage to lug up 2 floors and problems with your legs. As it is in the old part of town, taxis are not allowed to drop off/pick up there. The pick up point is a few hundred metres and so not that far... unless it is over 30 degrees and you have heavy luggage... then it can seem far.

We rented a studio for me and my husband and a family studio for our 4 kids. We all loved our stay and would love to come back next time we're in Preveza. The shop downstairs added an extra pleasure to our experience.

I would stay there again - From the self checkin when we arrived late in the day to our departure the next morning, we loved our stay at Sofita. A small hotel in the old part of town and close to the harbour, the location was fabulous. We had a late flight so the kept our luggage at reception while we explored Preveza. Comfy beds and i would stay there again.

Immaculately presented comfortable large apartment. Fantastic power shower. Excellent location. For Winter I would add a heated towel rail to the bathroom.
• Pam (10/5): Great small hotel in the middle of shopping, dining and a bustling harbor. - Sofita is located 1/2 block from the bustling boating harbor in Preveza. It is one block off of the shopping district and right in the exceptional dining neighborhood. There are free laundry facilities available. Our room had a quaint balcony overlooking the narrow alley full of dining options and a view straight down the alley to the ocean and harbor.

• Ann (8/5): A modern hotel with convenient kitchenette and location in town. - A beautiful location with lovely, comfortable decor. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Loved the convenience of having a kitchen. The stairs. It would have been nice to know of the steep staircases. Also, it would be nice to have a drying rack for wet bathing suits and beach towels. It also wasn’t clear about amenities such as beach towels or the cleaning schedule.
• Scot (10/5): Great location with a large room - Great place, park, and walk to the hotel with your bags. You should not attempt to drive to the hotel to drop off your bags... Be aware if you book the room with the balcony, it is in the "alley" with restaurants, it is usually quite warm with some of the cooking exhausts making it smell of fish and charcoal, there is a partial sea view, see photo. My wife and I still used the balcony for a glass of local wine in the evening.

• Joanne (9/5): Well-appointed room in a perfect location - I loved the location, the room was spotless and very well appointed (one little suggestion might be another socket next to the bed to charge your phone whilst still having the bedside light on but this is a small thing!) Fantastic location so close to everything and gorgeous shop downstairs with beautiful things. Very friendly and helpful people too. It was a great stay! Nothing, everything was perfect! (OK maybe some body lotion in the bathroom if I must write something;)

The location is right in the middle of where all of the residents are located. It is close to the waterfront. I liked the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful locals. i had a bit of a challenge locating the place. I thought it was a hotel. It is like BnB. Nearby locals helped me locate teh place.

• Krassimir (7/5): Good - The studio was very nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is not at all accessible by car. It is in the pedestrian zone surrounded by narrow streets filled with restaurant tables. The GPS is not showing the pedestrian area and the hotel did not let you know ahead of time. You have to park at a public parking (good luck there, we found a spot after15 min of driving inside the vast parking) and drag your suitcases for 8 min.
