• John (10/5): Nice place to stay - Very nice and communicable hosts, a well-organized check-in/check-out system with detailed instructions, a good location, a spacious, clean, and large apartment with two balconies, a spacious kitchen with a small set of tea/coffee/sugar/cookies for a light breakfast, and fast and easy-to-connect Wi-Fi. It would be a good idea to check the operation of all systems in the restroom to see if any minor difficulties in using them are apparent. Also, I think it would be easy to remove something burned in an electric kettle in the kitchen.

• jennifer (8/5): Great place to explore Sparta. Lovely responsive hosts. - It was a great place to explore from and the owners are lovely, just downstairs and very responsive. The accommodation is located within walking distance of town and parking outside is not a problem. The kitchen is a good space with a good sized table and chairs. There isn’t a communal area to relax outside of the kitchen and in the kitchen you can hear the all noise from the bathroom (Adjacent to kitchen) including shrieks as the shower water goes cold! We made do and had fun!

• Μπουρντένης Γιώργος (8/5): - Είναι πολυ ωραίο και προσεγμένο το δωμάτιο καθαρό το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορώ να πω ειναι οτι το δωμάτιο είναι κρύο

• Philippe (5/5): - L'emplacement par rapport au centre de la ville. Le logement est pas mal, mais manque d'équipements. Absence de bouilloire et d'un four micro-ondes ou plaques électriques pour faire un peu de cuisine. Salle de bains très petite. WC collé à la douche. Literie très dure ( à notre avis). Oreillers extrêmement durs, difficile à utiliser pour une bonne nuit.

• Nikitas (4/5): - Τι κοιμήθηκα εκεί, τι σε ξυλουργείο μεσα το ίδιο πράγμα ήταν βρωμούσε ξύλο έντονο σε σημείο ούτε να κοιμηθείς δεν μπορούσες.... Ούτε ένα καναπέ να κάτσεις άμα ήθελες μόνο ένα κρεβάτι στο πάτωμα κάτω, ούτε ντουλάπα για να βάλεις πράγματα μέσα άμα θες δηλαδή για περισσότερες μέρες δεν κάνει με τίποτα για μια στάση μόνο και πάλι χωρίς να βρωμάει ξύλο και να μην μπορείς να πάρεις αέρα όχι 49 ευρώ που έδωσα 30 και πολλά θα ήταν με αυτό το χαλι ντροπή...

• Hara (1/5): Απαράδεκτο - Τίποτα Καταρχάς αντί για ταβάνι το κατάλυμα είχε τσίγκο καθώς και η τουαλέτα δεν είχε καν ταβάνι αφού εκτός από τους τοίχους γύρω γύρω ήταν ενιαία με τον υπόλοιπο χώρο καθιστώντας την διαμονή άκρως ανθυγιεινή και αδύνατη . Υπήρχαν σωλήνες αποχέτευσης οι οποίες εξείχαν από τους τοίχους. Η διαμονή μας κράτησε απλά τρεις ώρες και αυτό για να βρούμε το επόμενο κατάλυμα. Οι φωτογραφίες που είναι ανεβασμένες για το στουντιο δεν δείχνουν την ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα του καταλύματος καθώς δεν δείχνει ότι δεν υπάρχει γενικά ΤΑΒΑΝΙ και ειδικότερα στην ΤΟΥΑΛΕΤΑ! Μάλλον αυτός είναι ο λόγος που η τιμή στην κράτηση είναι ΜΗ ΕΠΙΣΤΡΕΨΙΜΗ!
• Lucile Perié (8/5): - Une grande terrasse fait parti de l appartement, dans lequel il y a l essentiel. La boîte à clés est très pratique quand on arrive tard. La salle de bain était vraiment petite et il manquait une bouilloire.

• Nicole (1/5): Το κατάλυμα δεν είναι κατάλληλο προς χρήση και θα έπρεπε να ελέγχονται πριν δοθούν για διαμονή! - Η άμεση ανταπόκριση όσο αναφορά το τσεκ ιν καθώς αργήσαμε να φτάσουμε απ Αθήνα Υπήρχε απίστευτο κρύο δεν κοιμηθήκαμε όλο το βράδυ.Στο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει καν ταβάνι! Δεν υπάρχαν κουβέρτες παρά μόνο μια! Ένα air condition το οποίο απ τν στιγμή που δεν υπάρχει μόνωση στο ταβάνι και μπαίνει κρύο απ τν πόρτα για τν ταράτσα και τν σκάλα ο χώρος δεν μπορεί να ζεσταθεί με τίποτα! Λυπάμαι πολύ για αυτά τα σχόλια αλλά αυτή είναι η αλήθεια.

• Βηχου (5/5): Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή, αλλά το κατάλυμα ήταν προχειροφτιαγμένο και με πολλή φασαρία λόγω του ότι δεν υπάρχει καθόλου μον -
• Kiki (8/5): - Ήταν καθαρό άνετα και αρκετά εξοπλισμένο Θα μπορούσε το μπάνιο να ήταν ανακαινισμένο παρόλα αυτά ήταν καθαρό.

Πολύ μικρός χώρος , ένα φως για όλο το «σπίτι» , το μπάνιο δεν είχε ταβάνι και αν ήθελες να πας το βράδυ έπρεπε να ανοίξεις το φως όλου του σπιτιού , και επειδή η είσοδος του σπιτιού δεν ήταν κλειστή άκουγες θόρυβο και έβλεπες το φως όταν ανεβοκατέβαινε ο γείτονας .
• Panagiotis (1/5): Απαράδεκτο - Είναι απαράδεκτο η booking να φιλοξενεί τέτοια καταλύματα στην σελίδα της. Το υποτιθέμενο loft.. όπως το ονομάζουν ειναι ένα πλυσταριό στο τέλος της εσωτερικής σκάλας του οικοιματος όπου κ έκλεισαν την οροφή με πάνελ πολυομεθανης κ φυσικό ήταν να έχει 40 βάθους μέσα το πλυσταριό και έβαλαν μέσα ότι παλιο κ άχρηστο είχαν στην κατοικία τους. Εγώ είπα δώσε τόπο στην οργή ένα βράδυ ειναι άναψα το κλιματιστικό στο φουλ έκανα ένα μπάνιο αλλά κ μετά από δύο ώρες ή θερμοκρασία δεν έλεγε να πέσει κάτω από τους 31c° οποτε κ αποχώρησα καθώς ήταν αδύνατο να μείνεις εκεί μέσα. Για το κρεβάτι το άθλιο στρώμα κ κλινοσκεπασματα πετσετες την τηλεόραση χωρίς σήμα την έλλειψη μπριζων το μπάνιο χωρίς οροφή κ την αδιανόητη εικόνα του χώρου για ενοικιαζομενο κατάλυμα δεν θα πω αλλά θα τα δείτε στις φωτογραφίες.

• Eddy (9/5): - Appartement très propre, nous sommes arrivés à 4 personnes, tous très satisfaits, lits faits, petite attention à l'entrée, propre, chaque pièces disposent d'une climatisation Je recommande pour un groupe d'amis !

• Andrew (1/5): 4 Reasons....Not to Stay - nothing 1. Basically it was a rooftop with walls and a tin roof so in the summer it would be very hot. There was no a/c however. 2. No cupboards or anywhere to hang anything. 3. Bed as hard as nails with springs thrown in as an extra treat. 4. No curtain on the door so light floods in in the morning. 5. People living downstairs were extremely inconsiderate - started banging and making as much noise as humanly possible at around 7am.
• Sirmo (3/5): Unbearable in summer - no aircon in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. - Nice location. Large home. Poor air conditioning. The house was so hot, we left for most of the evening because we couldn’t stay inside. There is aircon in one bedroom and in the kitchen. The two bedrooms with the single beds were unbearable even with the fans on. We booked the house for three people assuming we would have access to all the bedrooms or at the very least choose which beds we could sleep in. My sons are 6ft tall. We were only give access to the single beds and one double bed. They were very uncomfortable as they were too big for the beds. When we arrived at the premises, we contacted the owner immediately asking if we could access the locked bedroom with the double bed. They refused and only offered it if we paid €20 for the room. It was beyond our means, and although we thought we were already paying for access to the bedroom, we declined to pay extra for the room.
