• Francesca (9/5): host molto gentile e disponibile, stanza davvero pulita, posizione ottima per raggiungere via toledo e piazza del plebis - è molto pulito, ha diversi servizi: microonde, lavatrice, cucina, forno, stoviglie, ferro da stiro; è ben servito per fare colazione: caffè, tè, marmellata, nutella, brioche, cornetti, fette biscottate; c’è la raccolta differenziata che la chiave per aprire il portone d’accesso non funziona. ma si può usare il codice e il fatto che fosse a piano terra e quindi rumoroso però vengono forniti dei tappi

• Richard (9/5): We had an amazing stay, the kids loved the apartment. - The location was excellent, right next to the downtown, only a ten minute walk to metro and port. The apartment was large and clean. The kids loved the treat basket with nutella and rolls, and we loved the coffee. The host was extremely helpful, offering suggestions and making sure we made it ok. Lots of restaurants nearby. As other reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is pretty loud. The door to the street is right next to the apartment and is very loud. We heard people coming back at 2 in the morning and everyone leaving in the morning at 7. The owner did leave earplugs which is thoughtful, but be prepared. There is also a restaurant right outside the window which sometimes has live music.

• Olga (10/5): Very recommended. Hope to come back to Napoli and stay with Martina! - Martina was exceptionally pleasant, contacted us in advance and gave us tips and advise on getting there. The apartment is very tastefully designed, all new and usefull. Had little treats for the kids in the fridge and helped us with our bags after check out time. The apartment is very clean and the location is super comfortable, right at the center. Walking distance from everything. Absolutely nothing

• Valentine (10/5): This room size should be standard for all single guest house in the world. - This is the largest room in Napoli by a mile. The owner's husband met me about 500 meters away and brought umbrella along to help with the rain. I couldn't extend for additional night because another guest was on the way.

• Alice (9/5): Superb - Cosy appartement in the middle of the vibrant neighbourhood quartieri spagnoli. It is close to the metro station and the port. Perfectly located to stay a couple of days in neapel exploring the city and doing trips around the area. If you need any help or advice, we asked Martina. She has really good recommendations! Thank. The apartment was clean with a huge bathroom and an equipped kitchen to prepare meals. All in all we can highly recommend staying in Martinas appartement! Bring your earplugs, the main door is pretty loud when neighbours are leaving the house.

• Daniela (9/5): Great place to stay! - It looks bigger in person, the owner was extremely friendly, the location is amazing! Even with the very centric location, we slept very well. It could be noisy in the morning, but it pushes you to get out of the bed and discover the city. The landlord helped us to discover good places around. We really like the apartment! It's a ground floor, and it can smell damp.

I would buy more of those but could not find anywhere. besides, the door of the building needs to be repaired as we had to wake up at 7 o clock because the other inhabitants were closing it with lots of noise

The location is also great, right in the city center, close to lots of restaurants, shops and metro station. Might be a little noisy from outside, but all quiet after midnight. And that’s the sound of Napoli, so nothing to complain about;) I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

She was super responsive on WhatsApp and answered any questions few had during our stay! As a little surprise she even provided us with a little breakfast for one of the days. Additionally, she sent over some recommendations as well for what was good in the area. The flat itself is very central and great location in and around lots of food and shops. It is also super close to the metro as well so easy to travel to other places e.g Sorrento and Pompeii! Thanks Martina for you hospitality!
