• Miska (6/5): - Good location Too small to 4 persons. No kitchen table or chairs. When you go to toilet, have to climb over bed. To 2 persons ok. Then you can use sofa to sit and eat.

• Papageorgiou (7/5): - Location was perfect! Only 10-15' from the center and 15' from the station. It was also very clean! Equipped. Shower is inside the living room and has no privacy since it has a transparent cover. If it's a couple staying I don't think it's a problem but if not and you want your privacy, could be. Also, the bed was almost touching the wall, and the "corridor" to go from the living room to the toilet for example was almost blocked. I literally tripped twice and hurt my leg. Didn't like that part, you can easily have an accident. Lastly, sound isolation not the best, I could hear noises even at 6am in the morning.

One downside is that the bed in the bedroom is positioned in such a way that you have to climb over it to get to the bathroom. Three out of four family members fell while climbing over it. I personally got quite badly hurt. In my opinion, this bed placement is very unsafe.

• Elenoire (7/5): È un’abitazione piacevole, ci si deve un po’ adattare. - L’arredamento era molto nuovo, organizzato in modo originale e il livello della pulizia era abbastanza alto Purtroppo c’erano poche cose per pulire, se per caso succede qualcosa durante la notte ti ritrovi con solo il sapone per i piatti. Il letto in camera rende abbastanza scomodo il passaggio.

Toliau - norint patekti į wc reikia perlipti lovą, wc be jokios ventiliacijos. Nėra nei kavos, arbatos. Garso izoliacijos visiškai nėra, girdisi iš viskas iš laiptinės ir kitų butų.
• MARTA (6/5): - Aunque el barrio no es el mejor de Málaga, la cercania al centro es top ya que todo es accesible para poder ir andando. El apartamento se veia bastante nuevo, pero la limpieza dejaba un poco que desear ya que debajo de las camas habia mucha pelusa y pelos y a la hora de cocinar habia restos de haber puesto alguna sarten en la vitro. Por lo demas, es un apartamento pequeño, pero que cumple. Nosotros eramos 3 para una cama y un sofa cama, que al haber visto suciedad nos sentiamos un poco incomodos con las sabanas, cojines, etc... El baño bien, bastante nuevo y limpio. De la mampara nada mas meternos en la ducha se quito como una especie de material que hacia que el agua no se saliera y del wc la tapa estaba medio rota, pero se lo comunicamos para que ni hubieran malentendidos
• GAIZKA (6/5): Mala insonorización - Ubicación y diseño La insonorización del edificio es muy mala y se escucha todo lo de fuera. ( aún no habiendo mucho ruido). La cerradura del apartamento no funcionaba y no se podía cerrar el piso con llave

• SNK851 (7/5): ОК - Локацията е отлична - на 5 минути пеша от централната част на града. Като цяло районът беше тих и спокоен. Намира се в платена синя зона за паркиране, но с малко късмет и обикаляне успявахме да намерим място в близост. Апартаменът се намира в стара сграда с тясно стълбище без асансьор и се състои от 2 стаи (хол и спалня), баня с тоалетна и малка тераса. В кухнята имаше всичко необходимо откъм оборудване и разтегателен диван и ТВ. В спалнята имаше падащо легло, което за наше учудване беше супер удобно (твърд матрак), както и възглавниците. Недостатъкът е, че тъй като е падащо, който спи отвътре му е малко по-неудобно лягането и ставането. Всяка стая беше с климатик и вентилатор. Бяхме за 7 нощувки, но използвахме мястото само за спане вечер, тъй като по цял ден обикаляхме района с кола под наем. Въпреки това, имам някои забележки. В инструкциите за намиране на апартамента нямаше информация коя точно е нашата врата. Добре, че те са само няколко в сградата и чрез налучкване успяхме да отворим правилната врата. На влизане в сградата и апартамента се усещаше миризма на влага. Спалнята бе преходна, без прозорци и от нея се стига до банята, което я прави трудна за проветряване. Имаше само чаршафи, но не и одеяло или някаква малко по-плътна завивка, което е проблем, ако не искаш да спиш на климатик. Нормален гардероб липсва - само няколко шкафчета и щендер за закачалки. Най-големият проблем беше наличието на КОМАРИ, които вероятно влизаха през банята. По стените личаха следи от подметки. Явно и предишни гости са се борили с този проблем с подръчни средства. След третата ни нощувка, на сутринта се свързах със собственика, за да помоля за устройство против комари. Получих отговор чак на другия ден по обяд, че ще каже на чистачката да донесе. До края на престоя си не получихме такова устройство, нито апартамента бе почистен. Не съм доволна от отношението и заинтересоваността. Цялостно мястото е за освежаване и пребоядисване. Таванът е с дървени греди и се чуват шумове от съседни стаи.

• Krzysztof (5/5): - Świetnia lokalizacja blisko centrum. Ten apartament nr 6 na parterze po lewej jest po prostu dość ciemny i zawilgocony. Brak odpowiedniej wentylacji.

• Zdeněk (7/5): - Dobře dostupné ubytování 500m od stanice vlaku z letiště. Čistý a útulný pokoj, vybavená kuchyňská linka. Klidné místo, blízko do centra města. Výhodou je pozdní check-in díky klíčům v bezpečnostní schránce. Vybavení bylo sice nové, ale částečně nefunkční. Zvedání sklápěcí postele nefungovalo úplně dobře, musíte ji pak přelézat cestou na WC a do koupelny. V ložnici nefunkční světlo.
• Irena (6/5): Vyhodna poloha - Poloha ubytovani je vyhodna, vsude se da dojit pesky. Centrum blizko, hrady, promenada u more. Prostredi klidne, u malebneho namesti. Meli jsme apartman c. 3. Vejde se rovnou do kuchyne s obyvacim koutem. Kuchyn je vybavena prakticky, je tam vse potrebne. Dale je loznice, ktere je soucasti sprcha/umyvadlo, wc pak zvlast vedle postele. Zde neni okno. Nefungovalo ani stropni svitidlo. Postel je umistena naprosto strasne. K wc a sprse/umyvadlu tu postel musite doslova prelezt, neni zadny prostor kolem ni. To je i nebezpecne. Celkovy dojem apartmanu - je dost zanedbany. Jedinou vyhodou je poloha.
• brunocoelho (8/5): - A proximidade da estação de comboios e da cidade velha de Málaga (ambas a 10 m). A zona envolvente do apartamento era calma, quase como uma pequena vila dentro de Málaga, mas mesmo assim havia supermercados, centros comerciais e lojas muito perto. O apartamento estava muito bem equipado, por exemplo, com duas unidades de ar condicionado, e parecia que tinha sido renovado recentemente. Talvez porque fomos para a meia-maratona, o preço foi um bocadinho alto por cada noite. As paredes devem ser muito finas, pois ouvia-se tudo no apartamento ao lado. A cama ocupa todo o espaço até à parede em frente, o que força as pessoas a terem de andar/saltar por cima da cama para chegar à casa de banho. Apenas uma janela, o que torna a zona mais longe da mesma escura a qualquer hora do dia.

• mkacso (4/5): Csalódás, mivel a szállásért fizetett ár nem tükrözte az elvárt minőséget. - A központhoz közel található. A lakásba belépve nedves, dohos érzés fogadott. Az apartman nappali/konyha részén volt csak nyílászáró, mely egy ajtóablak, ami a nedvesség miatt bedagadt, így nem záródott rendesen. Az ablak feletti falfelületen nagy kiterjedésű penészedés volt. A kinyitható sarokkanapé feletti fali polc félig leszakadt, mely félelmetes érzést adott, hogy ha alatta ül vagy fekszik az ember, akkor biztosan nem fog-e ráesni a polc vagy annak tartalma. Az apartmanban klasszikus étkezőasztal nincs, a sarokkanapénál található dohányzóasztal lapjának kis mértékű kibillentésével lehet megemelni azt étkezési célra, de ez a megoldás szerintem mind két, mind négy fő étkezéséhez nagyon kényelmetlen. Az ablak nélküli sötét hálórészben a falból lenyitott kétszemélyes ágy kényelmetlen, illetve lenyitva meggátolta, hogy a helyiség végében található wc-be eljusson az ember. A vékony fallal lekerített wc-ben semmilyen szellőzési lehetőség nem volt, illetve a zuhanyozó csak üvegfallal leválasztott területe is a hálórészben található, így oda is csak akkor lehet eljutni, ha a kétszemélyes ágyat visszacsukja az ember a falra, illetve ha valaki éppen nem alszik vagy pihen ott. Az alvópárnák huzata fel volt húzva, de a takarókra nekünk kellett a huzatot felhúzni. A konyhai felszerelések közül számunkra hiányzott a boros üveghez való dúgóhúzó. A lakás falai vékonyak, így mindent lehetett hallani, ami a lépcsőházban és a szomszéd apartmanban történt. Összegezve: nagy csalódás volt, mivel a megfizetett ár nem volt arányban a kapott komfortérzettel.

• SONIA VIVIANA (2/5): Muchísimo calor y nada de ventilación - Me asfixie de calor! Hacía como 42 grados y no había aire acondicionado. Solo un pequeño ventilador, terrible! No se podía abrir la ventana porque no hay seguro ni rejas y cualquier persona que pasaba por la calle te veía e incluso podía meter la mano dentro del dto. En general el dto era lindo y cómodo pero sin Aire acondicionado y con esas temperaturas de verano imposible estar dentro. Una pena
• ALBERTO JESUS (3/5): No lo recomiendo - La verdad es que no tenía aire acondicionado teniendo en cuenta el calor que hace en Junio, por la noche no se podía dormir avía mucho ruido en la calle y los inquilinos de los demás apartamentos que estaban alquilados no paraban de hacer ruido muy fuerte como música muy alta a las tres de la mañana o patadas a las puertas. Por otro lado nunca me enviaron el código para lrecoger la llaves y tuvimos que llamar para que nos lo dieran teniendo que esperar en la calle hasta que nos lo enviaran.

• Maceiras (7/5): - El departamento es super amplio y para ir en pareja es muy cómodo. El living esta bien separado del dormitorio, a pesar de ser un monoambiente, y tiene una tele con sillón ideal para tirarse a ver algo. Es una percepción propia, pero el barrio no se sentía muy seguro al ser bastante oscuro y estar en zona de obras. Además el departamento es directo a la calle, por lo que no nos dejaba muy tranquilos dejar nuestras pertencias ahí aunque finalmente no pasó nada.

• Rebecca (8/5): Great location clean apartment - It was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Location was excellent, 5 minutes from supermarket and major shopping centre. The pull out double bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the bedroom window which was in the shower was occasionally lit whenever next door used their bathroom which was annoying if you need to sleep in complete darkness. As shown in my picture in the middle of the night.

• Vicky (9/5): - Great for a few days away...Good location, quiet area but near to centre. Comfy bed (even though a pull down one the mattress was good) and strong shower. Kitchen had all that was needed (a corkscrew was the only thing missing). Great communications from the owner. Nothing to dislike but a small table would be great for breakfast...two chairs provided but nowhere to use them. It would be a squeeze but so useful.

Me pareció excesivo el precio del alojamiento ,para las pocas prestaciones .La cama es incómoda ya que era una cama de abrir y cerrar , no podíamos pasar bien al baño , poco espacio , te dabas una vez abierta la cama, el baño tenía un olor horrible a tuberías ..Y las toallas no están bien limpias , mal olor .

No tea and coffee, and even no sugar and salt. The bed takes up the entire room and there is no access to the toilet and shower. Very noisy from the street and from the neighbors. You will hear all the conversations and toilet/shower sounds.

• ruben (1/5): Problema con la reserva - Hicimos reserva de 4 apartamentos un año antes y cuando lleguemos solo teníamos uno y éramos 13 personas ( 10 de eyas tuvimos que pasar el finde semana en la calle) según la gestora del apartamento fue problema de Booking pero ninguno me dio una solución
• SERGI (7/5): Apartamentos muy bien reformados y cómodos. - Los apartamentos estan muy bien reformados por dentro. Hay un apartamento que no tenia aire acondicionado, y creo que es necesario por el calor que hacen en Málaga. Los otros dos si que tenían. La puerta que comunica con el exterior no cierra bien y se puede abrir con un simple golpe.
• Judith (1/5): - Título: Pesadilla en Málaga. Un partamento diminuto cuando en las fotos aparenta claramente otra cosa. No tiene aire acondicionado y los ventiladores que hay solo sirven para mover el calor, las noches fueron horribles. Por no hablar de que TODO el apartamento está a infestado de hormigas las cuales subían por las maletas, bolsas, camas etc. Por último, el vecindario, éramos un grupo de 4 jóvenes en época de feria y pusimos música cuando en una de esas los vecinos del bloque de enfrente decidieron, en vez de pedirnos que bajáramos o quitáramos la música, arrojarnos un petardo dentro del apartamento quemando las cortinas y por poco la maleta de una de mis compañeras. Todo hay que decir que los apartamentos de arriba tenían aire acondicionado y pagaron menos. Una ESTAFA y una VERGÜENZA. No lo recomendamos para nada.

• Paola (7/5): Buena ubicación y equipamiento, pero con problemas de ruido y luminosidad - El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con una cocina completa que incluye todo lo necesario para cocinar cómodamente. El baño es moderno y funcional, y el colchón resulta especialmente cómodo, lo que garantiza un buen descanso. Además, la ubicación es excelente. La insonorización del alojamiento deja bastante que desear, ya que se escuchaba con claridad todo el ruido que viene de la calle. Por las mañanas, entra mucha luz natural, lo que puede resultar incómodo para quienes prefieren descansar hasta más tarde. Además, durante mi estancia, había obras en la casa de al lado, lo cual generaba bastante molestia debido al constante ruido de taladros.
• Liudmyla Tiulina (8/5): - Die Lage war super, das Zimmer ziemlich sauber und gemütlich, mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen konnte. Die paar Ventilatoren reichen nicht bei dem Wetter, gibt keine Möglichkeit ordentlich zu lüften ( nur ein Fenster, Bad gar ohne Fenster). Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher oder Badesachen trocknen zu lassen (keine Wäscheständer). Die Ameisen begleiten einen auch ständig.

• Preziosi (8/5): Nice and newly refurbished house, very close to the city centre - The host gave us clear information about the check in and the house. The location is very comfortable to visit Malaga city centre, the parking was a little tricky as most parking around the accommodation we're for 2 hours max No tea or coffee were provided, unfortunately we arrived when all the neatby shops were closed and we had to go to the city centre to get some instant coffee from a convenience store for our next day's breakfast.
• Rafiah (7/5): Good - The facilities are good had everything that was needed very clean Its too hot as its on the top floor and the ceiling fan is not the best need AC up there for deffo

• Tomáš (4/5): No no and NO. - Comfortable bed with lot of pillows Close to the centre I cannot really believe I paid 303 euro for 3 nights for one person for this... First of all, considering 22 square meters room as an apartment is a JOKE. This is simply very tiny room without a single closet. Despite it's proximity to the center, the street of the location is awful. There is a kind of manhole cover in front of the door so every approaching car can be really heard. Also lot of bikers and drunky people around. There is only a single wall and door before the place you sleep at and the street. Another thing is the temperature in the room. I stayed during May and it was already pretty challenging, I cannot imagine how people cope with this in the summer. An A/C is a must! Don't be stingy and have one installed. Door was making irregularly cracking noise and there were big ants coming from under the kitchen facilities... Also I haven't met the owner and in general he/she is hard to reach what is another issue if there is something urgent. Regulating temperature in the shower is really tricky. This was my karma for making a Booking one day before arrival because before I had on my sight much better and cheaper options. Very bad value for the money. My advice: Stay away and rather book something else.
• Hungwei (9/5): Clean and cozy place to stay - The renovations are new, a very sunny apt with a good location. The contact is responsive and friendly. All the info for the apt is provided timely. There is no AC. Quite hot at night, and the fan is not strong enough. We opened the windows during the night, which was a mistake, cuz many mosquitoes fly in and we got a bad night's sleep.
• Chia (9/5): What a lovely stay, we enjoyed so much! - We were placed at the ground floor which is good for us since we came with little boy, apartment very central located everything on foot within 5-20mins on foot , 5mins walk to Mercado malaga, 3mins to Lidl & a few more closed by, very quiet event apartment is in the local community and we hardly heard any voice from outside, very clean, all equipped with almost new furniture & kitchen facilities, bet this was newly renovated. We enjoyed so much and we certainly will be backed again next year. Thank you Adri x All good, except the toilet shower area, i believe the seal underneath was slightly worn off and water was leaking from the small hole, we had to wipe off the water everytime we’ve done shower.
