• mohammad (9/5): رائعة ومريحة وقد اكسبتنا اصدقاء ،، اذا عدة مره اخرى سوفَ اسكن به بشرط تفادي الملاحظات ( الرائحه + شبكة النت + التكييف ) - المسؤلين كانو متعاونيين بقدر كبير وودودين من قبل وصولنا بيومين تم استقبالنا ومساعدتنا بلوصول تم تأمين سيارة كبيرة لذهبنا للمطار بسعر جيد ،، الموقع ممتاز ورائع قريب جداً من جميع الخدمات والاماكن السياحية طبعاً سيراً على الاقدام ،، السكن كان مريح وواسع ومازادة على ذالك بأنه سكن ايطالي بأمتياز جميع مانحتاجه من ادوات مطبخ او نظافة واكثر . كان موجود بلسكن الارضيات خشبيه لامعه وجميله الموقع أمن جداً اهتمام من جميع مالكي العقار بلنظافه الخارجيه لا يوجد ازعاج برغم ان موقعه يعتبر مركزي وحيوي . وجود درج ضيق خاصه من لديه حقائب واشخاص كبار بلعمر او اطفال ،، المصعد يرتفع عن الشقه ما يجبرك انزال مقتنياتك مع الدرج ،، صعوبة وقوف السيارة عند التنزيل او التحميل ،، مكيف الغرفه الداخليه كان التعامل معه صعب جداً يطفي ويشتغل ،، يوجد رائحة بلشقه لا اعلم ما سببها ،، شبكة النت كانت تعمل وتطفئ انما عند عملها فهي جيده جداً .

• Miren (6/5): Piso funcional bien ubicado - La ubicación. No se conoce al que gestiona el piso, Cristian. Las vistas son a un patio que tiene verde. La wifi va fatal o no va. Los enchufes de cada 2 uno no va. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, las camas y sus colchas son horribles, hay una alfombra en la sala de hace 100 años, la modernidad de las fotos no existe. En definitiva el piso es grande y funcional pero de lujo y bienestar nada.

The host was very warm and thoughtful, providing several types of coffee to choose from and even bringing us laundry tablets. It made our stay in Rome a truly wonderful experience.

• Monica (8/5): En el centro de Roma! Excelente lugar! - La ubicación espectacular! Muy buen espacio en las habitaciones, la limpieza de los baños y ropa de cama muy buenos. El ingreso con maletas grandes es difícil porque el ascensor es muy pequeño y no llega exactamente hasta el nivel donde está el departamento, pero es manejable porque solo es medio piso de diferencia. Recordar que el pago del Citi tax es en efectivo .
• Jesus (9/5): El mejor alojamiento para una estancia en Roma - La ubicación excelente, junto al Pantheon y la Piazza Navona, y a muy cerca de todo. El apartamento está perfectamente acondicionado, muy confortable y amplio. Lástima que no lo disfrutamos mas porque estábamos todo el día fuera. Las camas muy cómodas, incluso el sofá cama, Cristian es muy atento y nos recibió para darnos las llaves, y nos envió un montón de información de sitios donde comer en los alrededores. Y estuvo toda la estancia pendiente de si necesitábamos algo. Creo que dispone hasta de aparcamiento, aunque no usamos coche. Habernos quedado mas tiempo.

A quiet apt in the back of a lovely courtyard. Ample dining room. Plenty of windows. A quick walk to the Tiber and other highlights of the city. A very convenient apt. Time for a new bed in bedroom 2. I like hard beds, but this one was really hard.

• Claudiu (9/5): Nice, big apartment in the center of Rome. - Big 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms apartment in a very central location - 3 minutes to Pantheon. Working AC. There is an elevator which helps if you have heavy luggages. Nice host. Little pricey, but it looks like all the accomodation prices in Rome went crazy lately.
• Noa (10/5): Awesome. Would absolutely come back. - The host was welcoming, he met us at arrival and showed us everything we needed to know in the apartment. He also helped us with a shuttle to and from the airport, and sent us many links to local places to eat. We loved the beauty of the apartment building; it was quiet and peaceful, even though it's in a super central location. The location is 1000000!!!! Close to everything by foot (10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, right by the Pantheon, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, etc). Close to public transportation (we took the bus to the Colosseum - very convenient). Great restaurants, gelato, and coffee shops too. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend. N/A

Check-inn was later than promised. 15:20 is not a regular check-inn time. Dishwasher was broken and not fixed after checking. So we had to wash by hand.

It has a great location, just short walks to some of the main tourist attractions with lots of restaurants, shops etc on your doorstep. We got lots of info when we arrived with recommendations to eat/drink etc which was fab, Christian is super helpful and friendly. We were able to arrange to arrive early which was great. We didn’t have any need to contact him during our stay, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again when we return to Rome, so much better and more comfortable than a hotel - highly recommend! N/a

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all major attractions and a vibrant neighborhood. The apartment was really amazing. Comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped. It was perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeeing. The host was very helpful, respectful and attentive. He provided us with excellent recomendations including booking transfers from/to airport. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Vanya (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment's location was great - 5mins walk from the Pantheon. There are many restaurants, bars, food stores and even groceries market very near by. The appartment was clean and very comfortable for 2 families of 4 people as it has 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There is a couch in the living room that turns into a huge double bed, very comfortable and 2 more single beds - one in one of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Our host was super friendly and helpful - she offered to organize a transfer from the airport, shared with us good places to eat, places for luggage storage after check out. She made us feel comfortable to turn to her for any issues that we might have, although we didn't have any at all. And finally, entering the building is breathtaking...it is one of the most beautiful places I have seen!

• Janice (10/5): Wonderful stay in delightful apartment. - Our luggage was delayed for an hour at the airport but Cristiano kept in touch by phone & waited patiently for us to arrive. He was charming & took lots of time to explain how everything worked and recommended several restaurants, even walking with us to show us the nearest ones. Bakers just around the corner & Carrefour express 5 mins walk. The apartment is wonderfully equipped. Beds are large & comfortable with lots of extra pillows & bedding. Bathrooms are super clean with good strength showers & lots of extra towels. Apartment is very secure with key for outer door into courtyard & key code lock to the apartment. There are one & a half flights of stairs but there is a very small lift also which we never bothered using. It was quite cold when we arrived but the apartment was warm & cosy. We had to vacate the property by 10am but Cristiano allowed us to leave our luggage ther until early afternoon. Best apartment ( for location, service, size, amenities & local restaurants) we have stayed in in Rome & can definitely recommend it. Struggled to find anything negative but only fault was weak wifi signal
• Alexandros (10/5): Fell like a true Romano in Via de la Stelleta. - The property is located in one of the best locations, close to many beautiful sightseeing and in a very quiet street. The place is very well cared and clean. It’s an opportunity to feel like a true Romano If I had to find something negative it would be the lack of internet connectivity in the back room. But that’s something that I personally didn’t mind.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Rome, 100m of Pantheon, near good restaurants and gelaterias. Cristiano, the host, was very helpful and friendly. It is not something we didn't like, but something that didn't work, like one shower and sink, out of service in the main bathroom, although we could still use the toilet

Should have not been on booking.com - The location was convenient/ My recent stay at Pantheon Exclusive House was unfortunately marked by several challenges from check-in to check-out. Patrizia, the host, provided unclear instructions for check-in, relying solely on an electronic lock via an app. As an international traveler without immediate cellphone service, this made the check-in process difficult and stressful. Patrizia's availability was limited, making communication frustratingly challenging. It took multiple attempts and numerous calls to reach her, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the property's location on the 1.5th floor with steep steps and a narrow door posed safety risks, leading to an incident where my father fell. The elevator's limited capacity, accommodating only one suitcase at a time, made transporting luggage for a family quite cumbersome. Moreover, the recurring issue with the corridor lights turning off every minute increased safety concerns. Throughout my stay, the promised amenities like TV and WiFi were non-functional, despite repeated attempts to address these issues with Patrizia. This discrepancy between the advertised facilities on Booking.com and the actual state of the property was disappointing. Another inconvenience was the rigid check-out policy, allowing no flexibility for late check-outs and a lack of guidance on luggage storage options. This became particularly challenging when dealing with a substantial amount of luggage.While Patrizia explained her unavailability due to her being in the hospital for personal reasons, it would have been more appropriate to have alternative arrangements in place to manage the property and assist guests during her absence. Furthermore, the unexpected request to pay Rome taxes in cash during check-out was surprising and should have been communicated earlier.
• Eric (9/5): Perfect locale for Rome adventures with excellent beds, great coffee and terrific living space - These beds are terrific and helped us adjust to Rome time - great pillows and quiet and excellent appointments in the bathrooms - you get two! - so our boys were covered with their bed and bathroom while we kept to ours. Very much enjoyed the coffee supplied and well-appointed kitchen, and we used both the tables and enjoyed the quiet area. This unit is adjacent to a wide range of different restaurants that came in very handy - we had no problems getting taxi service to Termini and elsewhere. Nearby Carrefour helped with stocking essentials and the laundry facilities really helped with our active itinerary. Would recommend if you're looking to explore Rome.

Great location and walkable to restaurants, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Vatican. Very suitable for even a short city break. There were 2 shabby chairs in one of the guest bedrooms that need recovering.

Great selection of eating spots around the apartment. Warm welcome and contact with hosts (Cristiano and Patrizia) on arrival. Also booked transport to Fiumicino for us. Great amenities for a family - kitchen, washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, comfortable sofas and beds, traditional apartment with all mod cons. Streaming service available with own account. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend to families with older children. Bear in mind may not suit younger kids due to steep steps and large Italian windows with small Juliet balcony. Was not a problem for us at all.
