• Karin Utz (10/5): - Das Appartement liegt sehr genial in der Nähe von Migros und Denner, die Piazza Grande ist in ca. 6 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich Extraklasse! Bademäntel, Duschmittel und Lotion, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Mineralwasser... Alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet, sehr praktisch und mit viel Stil. Das Highlight für mich: ich habe noch nie eine so saubere Ferienwohnung gesehen! Ich bin selbständige Reinigungsfachfrau, ich kenne mich aus. Francesca ist jederzeit erreichbar, doch dank des genialen kontaktlosen Check-in hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir wTen bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.🤗
• André (10/5): - Het appartement ligt in een vrij rustige woonwijk met verschillende winkels, café's en restaurants. Centrum, station en aanlegplaats van de boot zijn hoogstens een kwartier lopen. De woning heeft drie kamers, een aparte keuken en een badkamer met heerlijke douche. Er zijn twee balkons met uitzicht op de bergen.
• Jessica (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Extrem sauber, super ausgestattet, reibungslose Kommunikation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, ruhig, perfekt für Familien. Es gab reichlich Frotteewäsche, Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, einen frischen Schwamm, ein paar Kaffeekapseln und -rähmchen, kleine Konfitüren, Honig, Teeauswahl, genug Toilettenpapier und alles, was die Ausschreibung versprach. Eine Garage konnten wir dazumieten. Zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus war auch Vieles bestens erreichbar.

• Reto (9/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Super Restaurant auf der anderen Strassenseite Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten, alles bestens! Das wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein.
• Jessica (10/5): - Appartamento pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene con mobili moderni. Letto, lenzuola, accappatoio, ciabatte e tutto quello che può servire per trascorrere dei giorni serviti come in un hotel. Cucina attrezzata con caffe, te e prodotti per la colazione. Noi abbiamo portato nostro figlio di 1 anno e ci hanno fatto trovare, culla, lenzuola, seggiolone, piattini e posate per bambini. Che dire tutto perfetto. Comoda la possibilità di avere un garage e noi ne abbiamo usufruito. Tutto perfetto.

• Natascha (10/5): Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! - Alles sehr gut!! Alles vorhanden: grosse Handtücher, Shampoo + Shower, Fön, genügend Haken und Ablagen. Garderobe und Schuhablage. Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Wasserkocher,Kaffeesahne, Nutella, Zwieback, Marmelade. Super schöne Wohnung im 4. Stock, Lift vorhanden, schöner Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, alles hell und sauber. Top Lage, Garage gleich neben Eingang. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Falconeria, See, Piazza Grande, Hafen, Geschäfte (Migros, Denner, Aldi), Restaurants, Bars, Minigolf. Check in und Check out ganz unkompliziert und einfach, Bezahlung Garage und Taxe per twint möglich. Francesca ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend ☺️ Falls wieder mal Locarno, dann definitiv hier!! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!!!!! Nichts!! Alles piccobello! 😃
• Rowena (8/5): A great apartment worth staying at. - The apartment was ideally located 5 minutes from the Lake and 10 minutes walk from the town. It was very clean, bright and the fittings were new. Fittings included a safe. It had a balcony with views of the mountains. Any questions were answered promptly by email. We enjoyed our week there and would stay there again. The only disadvantage was the lack of instructions about how to use the cooktop - we eventually googled how to turn it on - and information about access to the laundry and waste disposal.

Optimale Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und der See sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Francesca ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen :)

• Andrea (10/5): Nice stay at Ortensia Apartment - Stylish apartment in the centre of Locarno, we enjoyed 2 nights there with my husband and sister. The property was sparkling clean and had very comfortable bed. I'd recommend for short or long term stays, also I'll definitely check out availability when I come to Locarno next time :)
• Rahel (10/5): A very nice spacious Appartement. - Very nice Appartement, everything was high standards, a place to feel very comfortable, beautifully decorated and everything was there what you need. Also shopping Migros, Denner very close, città vecchia very close, lake reachable in 5 minutes by foot, Bus stop Locarno Centro very close to reach the many valleys. Nothing.
