• moppi (8/5): 家族旅行に最適！！ - 大人数でも宿泊ができて、ディズニーへのアクセスも良かったです♪ 駐車場も近くに沢山あり、スーパーも徒歩圏内で毎日スーパーによって帰ってご飯することができてとっても良かったです！ タオルもたくさん準備してくださっていて、タオルを使い回すこともなくて、清潔に過ごせました！ 個人的にはティッシュをもう少し置いていて貰えると良かったのと、トイレの便座が接触が悪いのか便座の温め機能がすぐ切れてしまって、両親を連れての旅行だったので、何度かびっくりしてました。 またリビングのエアコンがカビなのか、異臭が凄くて一瞬で部屋中に広がるくらい臭くて、メンテナンスをした方がいいかもしれないです！ また洗面台の排水口の脱落防止のメッシュがなく、歯磨き粉が落ちてしまったのでそこも設置あるといいと思いました！お風呂場のシャワーヘッドホルダーの低い位置のものが取れていたのであると良かったです♪また、両親のためにもお風呂場の椅子があるとゆっくりお風呂できたかと思います！

Spacious for 5 adults and 3 toddlers. Staff was very helpful when having questions and prompt. Amazing experience for our first time in Japan. Nothing. Was great all around
• Thong (10/5): Perfect stay for our vacation in Tokyo - We love this house. It's spacious enough for 6 of us, and it has all the equipment that we need. Kitchen utensils are clean. Washing machine is good, bathroom is nice with a tub. Location is good for us as it's close to Disneyland. Metro station is just 4 mins walk, and we took bus to Disneyland & DisneySea which is about 30mins journey. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we always stopped by the supermarket to purchase some groceries on the way back home which is nice. Travelling to Tokyo center is a bit far, like Shinjuku or Shibuya, about one hour with metro but we can travel to anywhere with metro and train, so it's not a big concern for us. Overall is good, some suggestion is to change the electric kettle as there's stain inside, and fix the toilet sliding door, it seems hard to close/open.

• Codie (10/5): We had a great time! My family stayed there because it was close to Disneyland in DisneySea. Everything was very comfort - It was comfortable and in a great location. Only a 7 minute walk to Urayasu station. Nothing.
• Jenny (10/5): - The house was very spacious for my family of 8. We planned a few days there so we could go to Tokyo DisneySea, since the property is only about 30 minutes away by bus. This was a great location for us to get to the park since we only needed to take one bus and we didn't have to wait long since there were buses frequently. It's also a bonus if you have a stroller so you don't need to find any elevators in the train station. It was really fun to stay in a Japanese style house as the living area was really big and nice. The rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable for two people to sleep on one bed, so there was plenty of space for 4 people in one room. We also were sent a house manual before we got there and there were directions with pictures on how to get to the house and get the keys. The host was extremely nice and accommodating during our stay. During the first night, we had trouble turning on one of the heaters in the room and getting the washing machine to work. I messaged the host pretty late at night (around 11:30pm) thinking that we wouldn't get the issues fixed until the next day, but they responded right away! I was so surprised, and they helped troubleshoot our problems and we had no further problems with any of the amenities after that. Getting to the house, especially at night was a little confusing because the streets are pretty dark in the area. I would recommend trying to find the house in the day time when it's a little easier to see. The stairs are pretty steep, but I think that's part of the charm of the houses in the area. I would say definitely be careful if you have small children, and use the stair railings. Overall, both of these have nothing to do with how wonderful the host was and how lovely the house is. I would still highly recommend!

• Chisato (8/5): コスパ◎立地◎子連れ〇 - ディズニーランドからのアクセスが良く、タクシーですぐに行くことができました。大人数でも同じ部屋で滞在できるのもホテルと違う魅力だと思います。子ども、赤ちゃんもいたのでベッドも広く低めで安心。調理器具や食器も揃っていて、スーパーも近く、子連れで外食は大変なので大変助かりました。価格もかなり良心的で、ホテル代の節約になり、その分他のところで楽しむことができました。 住宅街で少し奥に入った場所にあるので夜道は少し不安。また、隣近所が近く、朝早くから話し声などは聞こえます。階段は結構急なので子供だけでは危ないかも。
• Suzuka (8/5): 大家族、大人数でコスパ良く時間に縛られなくない人におすすめ！ - 一軒家タイプなので子供が小さくても周りを気にしなくて良かったです。 雰囲気もこじんまりしていて良かったです！ コンビニとスーパーは本当に近かく、24時までやっていたので夕飯や足りないものは直ぐに買いに行けた。 寝室も２つあったり、食器類、延長コードがあったのも助かりました。 洗濯機とハンガー、洗濯ラック、2階外に物干し竿があったのも良かったです。 和室の匂いがして、リラックス出来ました。 使い捨ての歯ブラシがあったのも、嬉しかった。 ダイニングの横に脱衣場あったがジャバラの扉で完全に見えなくなるのもプライベートも守れてよかった。 夜は遅くまでダイニングで大人みんなで晩酌をしました。 ホテルが気を遣って大変だ、時間に縛られたくない！って言う方には本当にオススメしたいです！ ゴミ箱も各部屋に1個、リビングにペットボトル、カン、燃えるゴミの大きいやつがあったでそれも良かった。 ちなみに3人家族+義実家2人で泊まりに行きましたが、リビングにはプラスの布団やクッションがありそうでした。 ファブリーズと衣類のフレグランスが置いてあって良かったです。 連泊があったらまた泊まりたいです。 洗濯洗剤はあるけど柔軟剤はない→買った 浴槽洗剤がなく浴槽洗うとき困った→欲しかった ライトが丸いリモコンだったので最初調節が分からなかった 常夜灯の付け方が結局分からずだった。 寝室が引き戸とスライド扉だったが、引き戸タイプの建付けが悪く子供を寝かす時に開け閉めの音がギーーと大きく響いた。 お風呂は椅子がないので浴槽に泡が入らないように膝立ちで流した。 家の前が遊歩道だったので小さい子供+大きな大量の荷物を運ぶのは大変だった。→徒歩2分くらいのところにパーキングはあるので大人多めや自立して歩ける子なら全く問題はなさそう 2日目はリビングにいたら隣人の声がとっても響いたのでびっくりした。

• Casey (10/5): will re-book here when I come back to Tokyo - Amazing how spacious it was for the 5 of us :), loved the BEDS especially !!!! and even the light remote too. We were really fascinated about it! I loved the vibe and atmosphere of how traditional but also modern the house was giving x the stairs was so steep 🤣 but ofc we got use to it with the amount of days we stayed here hahaha loved it though
