Guest Reviews
- Elliott (9/5): A very comfortable and pleasant stay will be using this accommodation again! - The property was very easy to locate, it was Very Clean! It had everything that we needed, my son was over the moon that WiFi was included as well as a TV that he could plug his PlayStation. The bedrooms we’ve a very good size and the beds lovely and comfortable! Next time we go to Belfast we will definitely book in advance to get this property again. 100% Recommendation from us..!! There was nothing that we didn’t like with the property!

- Jessica (9/5): Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! - We had a really lovely stay at this apartment in Belfast. The location was great (very central and close to bus stops) which made getting around really easy. It was also very reasonably priced.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only small downside was that there was just one mirror in the bathroom, which proved to be a bit tricky when getting ready as a group. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

- Kirsty (6/5): It is a decent flat but for our family stay, it just wasn’t what we were expecting. - The comms from the owners were good. Although clearer comms regarding the extra damage deposit required should be added to the booking site.
The price was reasonable for the school holidays compared to other places and the location was good for us. We had a lovely walk up the road to CS Lewis Square & in terms of getting to the titanic museum. Unfortunately I found our flat particularly the communal areas to be very worn. The communal areas in particular felt dirty and uncared for.
Our bathroom/shower room was tiny.
The noise from the busy road & flight path meant very disturbed sleep for us as a family. Although I imagine it wouldn’t bother an adult group visiting.
The double bed was super small.
- Beverley (6/5): - Overflowing bins at entrance to property but this was out of landlords control. Feedback sent to landlord as little tweaks need looking at. Good location just needs more utensils in kitchen as lacking.
- Tim Julian (5/5): -
- Maya (6/5): Average. Wouldn’t stay again - It was in an area close to the bus into town. The sheets were comfortable. Easy to access and details for property were clear. Shower was nice power. The hinges on the door made it frustrating because we couldn’t keep the doors open as there were no door stoppers. There was only 1 couch so not a very social living area for 3 of us and there was no conditioner. There was also no salt. I think basic necessities like this should be included in the price of this accomodation.
- Sam (8/5): -
- Halena (7/5): Good stay, would recommend - Spacious, comfortable The property itself was fine however there were some splash marks on the kitchen cupboards and and a wet bathroom floor which made me question if it had been cleaned.
- Ethan (10/5): -
- Kay (9/5): Lovely apartment and a great price! - Really nice place, hosts easy to contact and replied quickly. Would like a mirror in the room but otherwise everything is lovely.
- margaret (8/5): Very clean, great location, great weekend - Location was perfect for getting around There were 4 of us but there was only 1 hand towel, could have done with more.
The springs on the single bed were awful. Needs looked at
- Pauline (10/5): - Perfect for what us as a group of four friends needed
- Gina (10/5): Absolutely great accommodation and would definitely recommend - Great accommodation with plenty of room for 5 people. Nice and clean and had what we needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the bed was a little too small due to the frame, but we managed.
There needs to be another mirror other than in bathroom.
- Michelle (6/5): - The location was good. The host was responsive. The living area had no table or suitable seating/couch. There was a small island with high stools in need of replacement and a very small couch bed that wasn't fit for purpose as a couch as only 2 people fit on it, and it was narrow and uncomfortable.
- Laura (9/5): -
- Julie (9/5): - Great area, easily accessible to Belfast centre.
Appartmentvwas clean, and check-in was easy. Upon arrival one of the door handles was broken, as was the kettle. We had to use a pan on the stove to make a cup of tea.
Hopefully, now reported, it can be rectified.
- Sandra (5/5): - Ideal location and great price. The free parking on the street was great The host was hard to get hold of, sent a few emails just about a cot availability but lack of communication. Cot was very old. The kettle didn't work and the handle on the kitchen door was broke, came off the door. Place was a bit grubby, it was clean but it was a build up of marks on floors and walls. found stale crisps in the cutlery drawer. Couch very small, couldn't sleep on it. The airspace noise was not something I was aware of but that was my fault. The planes over head were very loud. Thank god my kids slept through it.
- Graeme (7/5): -
- Pamela (8/5): - Lovely apt so clean and modern had everything we needed. Found the beds small so didn’t get comfortable sleep and didn’t help back.
- Terri (9/5): Relaxing stay in lovely apartment. - The apartment was recently renovated and bright, fresh and clean. It was very spacious and easy to get to several buses to city centre. Taking a taxi home at night was very easy and inexpensive. It was difficult to communicate with the hosts as the number on Booking.com was wrong and they didn't answer their emails.
- charlene (10/5): - Great location.. Very clean comfortable, cozy Apartment A coffee table needed by the couch .
- Maria (8/5): Would highly recommend lively stay - Like location and property very clean Property allows 5 people stay
Sofa bed isn’t comfy and as a sofa only seat 3 people
Would prefer more comfortable seating to allow for enough people
The neighbour upstairs were very noisy whole wk end kids running up and down all the time
Next door neighbour to the left as you look at the property were extremely loud on Saturday night till 5 or 6 in the morning on Sunday it was like they were in the garden
- Nathlie Gem (8/5): -
- Chiara (10/5): Excellent - Perfect for a group Nothing really
- Nikita (8/5): It was a lovely peaceful get away - Location, modern finishes, privacy The sofa was stained
- ian (9/5): Value for money and close to everything - Very central and easy to heat.
- Ellie (8/5): -
- Stuart James (8/5): Good location, clean and tidy. - Good location, clean and tidy. Missing a few utensils in the kitchen and a couple of comfortable chairs. Overall, it was good.
- lynda (9/5): - Location was close enough to wlk into town Beds were a bit soft for our liking
- Hilary (9/5): -
- Donards Kim (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): Great apartment with lovely owners - What a lovely Apartment! Really homely and comfortable.
Owners went above and beyond for us. Nothing.
- JBoyd92 (4/5): Avoid like the plague. - Competitive price in it's category Arrived to the front door left ajar and instead of keys being in lockbox as described, they were in the lock on the inside of the door. Panick-stricken that we were about to encounter an intruder, we found mountains of rubbish from previous travellers left strewn all over the house (opened bottles of Pepsi, rotten food, soiled plates & cups etc. The property was freezing cold due to all windows being left wide open presumably to dispel the horrible smell before we arrived. The bed sheets had quite obviously not been changed and an open suitcase containing more rubbish was lying in the middle of the living room. If ever there was an advert for a property to avoid, this was it. Never again shall we visit this dump.
- David (9/5): - Good location. Comfortable. Easy parking. Friendly owners
- Maria Laura (4/5): -
- Carla (8/5): -
- John (7/5): - Good response from hosts. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Brief blast of fire alarm on first night, in early hours.
- Anna (9/5): A&N&F - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie czyste.
- Janela Trexy (10/5): Comfy - I like that it is free parking as long as there is space outside to park. I like the location, it's near the airport and 30 minute walk to the centre of the city. For the price, it is a really good accommodation if you're traveling up in Belfast. Honestly, I don't like that it is in the 2nd floor. It's not wheel chair user friendly.
- Shauna (10/5): Excellent apartments and I would definitely stay here again! - Great location, very tidy and had everything we needed! As other reviews say, some more mirrors around the apartment would be good!
- Vega (9/5): -
- FRANCISCO LUIS (10/5): - Apartamento grande y espacioso para 3 personas, con todo muy buen cuidado
- John (10/5): Great spot, roomy, very clean, close to the city centre and the Titanic Quarter, great hosts! - Clear concise instructions for accessing the property. Great communication from the hosts. Nothing, all good.
- Didier (10/5): - Easy to find, clear instructions, cosy apartment
- Veronica Dunning (7/5): Our stay was very good in general. A few tweaks would have made it exceptional - Location was central close to university
Gym/pool opposite
Had all main mod cons including smart tv
WiFi was good Parking was okay but on the street (no restrictions)
Take your own cafetière
Bed had high edge at the foot end so too short for a tall person
More pillows would help
- Jane (9/5): Great base to explore Belfast. - Apartment very clean, well located and equipped, with plenty of room. Communication with host excellent and very professional. Nothing really, possibly TV in the bedrooms would be nice
- Guillaume (8/5): - Les équipements de la cuisine, et les 2 chambres séparées Le confort de la literie et du canapé lit, manque un sèche cheveux, un peu loin du centre 30 min à pied et autant en bus
- Steven (8/5): Very good - Nice modern apartment, overall really good Its alittle smaller than we thought
- Dylan (7/5): Pleasant enough and clean - Modern and clean The doors have self-closing hinges, so they smack closed and there are no door stops to keep them open. Very annoying feature. The double bed mattress is very small, old, very used and not comfortable. One night on it is fine but longer would be difficult to have good rest.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb -
- Matthew (10/5): Excellent hosts and apartment! Definitely recommend using! - Fantastic location close the centre of Belfast. Hosts were super at communicating throughout the stay with details. Apartment is very clean, spacious and perfect for a small group travelling to Belfast. Overall, would definitely use this apartment and the hosts again!
- Rosemarie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Reid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gpst (8/5): Very good - Good central location, spacious and comfortable All reported on arrival to the owner but no response or acknowledgement before checkout:
*the toilet seat only fixed on one side
*the clothes drier broken (wouldn't stay open)
*one of the breakfast bar stools was broken (leaning badly to one side)
Also, no tumble drier although mentioned in the booking confirmation.
- Katie (10/5): GREAT LOCATION, GREAT APARTMENTS! - GREAT LOCATION, GREAT APARTMENTS!
- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - Easy to find
Spacious No starter coffee tea or milk sachets on arrival.
You’ll need to Byo or walk a while to the grocery shop.
Needs some basic maintenance
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trenton (10/5): Beautiful spot in Belfast with plenty of space! - Great location, apartment was well fitted and had everything we need, and very spacious! Clear instructions for check in and communication along the way! Nothing!
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Received a message the morning of check-in with all the relevant details, keys, WiFi etc, very spacious apartment. Swimming pool across the road and city center within walking distance
- Partha (10/5): Great - Very cosy apartment in a nice place close to city center A little more instructions for people arriving first time in N. Ireland would be helpful, like taxis do not always arrive immediately, in peak times taxis may be declined! Also good to provide extra garbage bags for people staying more days.
- Ashling (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nimesh (10/5): Apartment is perfect for small family with all facility and near to public transport. - Rooms were clean and well maintained. Near to bus stop. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms heating system was working well.
- Adele (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE would not recommend - There was a roof over our heads and we could take a shower, if you're after bare minimum this place would be perfect for you! This place was subpar at best. False advertising through and through, utterly disappointed with our stay here. First of all, we only booked this accommodation due to the amenities they had listed as we have been travelling through Europe for a month and needed to wash our clothes. The apartment advertised BOTH A WASHER AND A DRYER. Before arrival, we even messaged to double check this information and it was confirmed in writing. However, they only had a moldy washer with old rusty coins on the inside when we opened the door (going to show it was not cleaned prior) and no dryer to be found. When we reached out to the owners to ask about the dryer, we were met with radio silence. We ended up having to lug our dirty laundry to a laundromat in the next city. Wasted hours of time along the way and were not compensated monetarily, or let alone given an apology.
There were also poo skid marks in the toilet bowl left over from the previous guest. If something so obvious wasn't cleaned, it left us very uneasy about everything else in the apartment.
Sofa bed was small and literally just a 2 seater sofa, with no pull out bed, more like a futon - too small to even lie down from head to toe. However, the sofa was definitely more comfortable than the beds which mattresses offered no comfort. It felt as if you were lying on metal and springs.
Lastly, there was barely any space, shelves, and cupboards in both the rooms and the toilets to hang or place any of your personal belongings. We ended up having to put everything on the floor. Lack of accountability, communication and hospitality. Would not recommend for the money you're paying.
- Alan (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and clean apartment within easy access to Belfast city centre
- Rachel (6/5): Nice appartment, great location. Needs better communication - Great location Some Equipment old and broken
Slow to respond or didn’t respond at all to messages
Was informed weeks prior to arrival that I would receive a txt with instructions on how to get I. Was left outside appartment at 4pm with no instructions on how to get in. No reply to txt,s. Called. No answer. Finally rang back and received instructions
- Louise (6/5): Group accommodation in Belfast - We stayed in apartment 2 and 3 for two nights. The apartments were fine and reasonably priced. The bedrooms are modern but very small with no mirrors and uncomfortable beds. The kitchen was lovely and well designed but apartment 3 did not have a kettle. The location is fine - about a 20-25 minute walk to the city centre.
- Michael (8/5): It is in a great location with bus to city accessible , with free street parking and very helpful hosts. - This is a great two bedroom apartment really close to the bus into town which will get you to the Titanic experience, Donegal Square if you want to do the London taxi. It was clean and had basic kitchen needs. It doesn’t provide any tea or coffee so you will need to organise this. The hosts are really responsive and helpful. No tea and coffee facilities.
Miss match towel
- Antonia (7/5): Good -
- Grace (7/5): Cosy apartment in a lovely vibrant city - Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils/cookware. Same for the bathroom. Towels are provided too :) Noisy neighbours kept waking us up during the night. Not sure if this was from the other apartments in the building or surrounding properties.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant communication from the owners and check in was extremely easy.
Place was immaculate clean, I can't fault the stay one bit.
- Fiona (10/5): Would definitely stay here again, situated in a very pleasant area. No issue with on street parking. - Spotlessly Clean, modern, comfortable Mattress on double bed could be better quality. But bedding was clean and fresh, rooms were great size.
- Rene (9/5): Superb -
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and plenty of amenities too
I would definitely stay again
- Mollie (9/5): Lovely, convenient and great value. Great hosts! - Close to airport and main areas of Belfast, lovely hosts and great value for money! Could hear others in the property very clearly and squeaky bar stools HOWEVER that’s being picky. Really good value for money and lovely place ☺️
- Jenni (9/5): Superb -
- Sonia (9/5): Great place, would definitely recommend . - The location and the property were great. The pin provided wasn’t the one to access the lock containing the keys. I was aware a security deposit was required which I completely understand but we were not asked to provide any details with regard to the deposit until we were at the property. It would have been much easier if this information could have be requested 24-48 hours earlier as I could have sorted this whilst we were in the airport as this information was required before the code to access the key was provided.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katchowski (10/5): Exceptional - The affordability and quality of the apartment was great. The location was very close to the city centre and the public transport stops. Check in was easy and so was check out. the hosts were clear in their communication. All in all a very enjoyable and easy stay.
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. We have a 10yr old so she absolutely loved having a double room to herself. It was nice&clean. We were really able to relax.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (9/5): Superb -
- Tadhg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (6/5): Pleasant - Not much seating area. Really only enough for 3 people. No hairdryer. We enquired if there should be one and told yes. As there wasn't one, we were informed one would be brought to us but it wasn't. No basics like washing up liquid, cloth, soap in bathroom. Wifi connection not good and unable to get TV channels on. Very little storage/hanging space for clothes.
- Layla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shane (9/5): Superb - Great location, great value for money.
- Diana (10/5): Beautiful apartment - The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy. Very well located. Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Belfast. Highly recommended.
- Gearoid (10/5): Exceptional - Location -- walking distance to Titanic Quarter and city center.
Parking was very easy .
Convenience shop around the corner
Quiet at night time
- Lesley (8/5): Cute apartment! - Cute apartment! Good location not far from the city center. Nice shower.
Sheet for pullout wasn’t quite big enough.
- Jasmin (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment, spacious and clean. The heating could only be turned on for 2 hours at a time, unless we were using it wrong in which case sorry!
- Karen (7/5): Good - Loved Belfast and how friendly everyone we met was. Our beds except for the sofa bed in the apartment were comfortable, shower good and the checking in process easy. The apartment lacked wardrobe space for hanging items especially when one person was in the kitchen on the bed settee, could do with another comfy chair in the kitchen as when 3 people in property one person always had to sit on a bar stool. There was also a lack of cleaning materials and only one bin bag which was in the bin, could also do with a clean toilet brush.
