• Patricia (8/5): Expensive, bare minimum accomodation spent happily with wonderful family: luxury price tag for basic fitout. - Size/space; newness; air conditioning; close to Marina/shops; toilet paper flower! Blunt knives; insufficient seats in dining table; uncomfortable seats at table; small beds; windows difficult to open in bunk room; more mugs needed. No clear instructions re spa; value / cost was luxury price but fit out was basic.
• Susan (9/5): Lovely modern house walking distance to the marina - Clean, comfortable, layout great with one bedroom downstairs. Three bathrooms -fabulous! No remote to the garage. Had to park the car in the lane. Go through the back gate to open the garage door.
• Baddack (7/5): Good - The spa area had a pungent smell around it. I did a extra clean of the spa hoping it would go away but it didn't, so we didn't use the spa. The BBQ was dirty and hadn't been cleaned so we didn't use this either.

• Ying (7/5): There are many new properties available in this area, and the price per night for this property is not very impressive i - New and Clean There were no litter bins provided in any of the bathrooms. Additionally, there was no indoor clothes drying rack available. The cooking facilities, such as pots, were of poor quality.

• Raveen (10/5): Elegant house, great location, host has worked on detailed things, very comfortable for big family. - Modern house, luxury and elegant features and items (bathroom, kitchen, furniture, ornaments) House was very clean, even the cupboards. fans in room spacious for a family nice location, 9 mins drive to North Coast beach, 16mins to blow water hole. Good privacy spa (but did not work) fresher Kids enjoyed Peters ice cream and ice blocks provided. Very detailed things have been considered to comfort the guess (such as some groceries in the kitchen, kitchen hand towels, etc) The house was presented in a way which shows that the Host care a lot about the comfort of their guests. We loved the house, very comfortable. We love to visit again and to recommend others as well. Please do not publish my name. The following things are not significant to us, but we gave this feedback if you are looking to make any further changes in future. We entered from the garage. The back door could not be opened with the key. We wasted time figuring out with bunch of keys. Spa has long standing water, smelled very bad. After spending 3 hours cleaning, it was not working. I wasted my time as I could have taken kids to the beach, but it was dawn by then and next day was raining. We were here for two nights. I chose this house because of spa which did not work for us. BBQ was rusted and not cleaned. It's placed in open space, no roof so the condition is bad. Red bin is small and was overfilled before us. Kitchen rubbish bin was broken. Some of the white towels are old with stains. Woolworths brand ice cream is waste. Need to have dish drainer. should have wall mounted fan in kid's room. cheap fan making noise. There is noise less fans for bedrooms, check at Beacon Lights. Should have a dryer. (No point washing clothes on rainy days when no dryer) Kids fell off from stairs twice, last three stair steps. Ice cube trays was not in the freezer. Woolen blankets in rooms would be good. TV in bedrooms (but not necessary) Upon booking there should be a map to guide the guest to the back garage. It was not easy to locate. storage boards mounted inside the garage walls are hazards. Has sharp edges. Garage door kept on slamming every time, should have a door stopper. Got very late reply on latest departure time request.
