Guest Reviews
- marcel (8/5): Oke - Moderne refurbished inrichting Locatie/oude straat/huizen
- Nikki (10/5): -
- Emma (10/5): - Good parking very clean everything we could have needed. All was great but the knife and fork draw might need a label to show where it is 😁 xx
- Michelle (10/5): Modern and clean property , great place to stay . - Very modern and clean property with all the facilities we needed for our stay , cosy with comfortable beds,
great location for visiting cayton bay and Scarborough, would happily stay here again .
- Claire (8/5): Beautifully decorated and well equipped holiday home - Loved the facilities. The property had everything we needed, home from home. The location of the property within a housing estate was the only thing that we feel let things down. Its location to Cayton, Bridlington and Scarborough was perfect for day trips.
- Arron (8/5): - The house it self was really good The area it was in
- shannon (10/5): -
- Hudson (10/5): Lovely stay - The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated to the point that I've decided to change things in my home on return. It's like a show home, no noise from neighbouring properties and we stayed on the weekend so this is definately a green flag. Very relaxing stay with a chilled out homely vibe. It's £2 on a bus (short walk) to Scarborough city centre or approx £12 in a taxi. Highly recommend the Turkish restaurant in the city centre, you will need to book a table and may wait abit but it's well worth it. There is a local pub called the Poaches Barn (looks like it's out of emmerdale) but food stops at 7pm so get there before then Stairs aren't great with bare feet or shoes, it's best to take slippers or crocs! Also, it's not a good stay for people who can't manage stairs as there isn't a downstairs toilet
- Phill (10/5): - Very clean and tidy.
- Samantha (10/5): -
- Hanan (10/5): - Everything The wifi
- Robert (8/5): - Due to a technical difficulty we were not able ot stay at the property overnight.
However I can confirm that the property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard.
it was also exceptionally clean.
Most importantly of all the host was incredibly understaning about our personal circumstances and very helpful in helping us resolve our issues. Thank you
- Liam (9/5): Lovely visit and very nice house. We spent to the day in Scarborough then to the house. - The house was beautifully clean and decorated nicely. The beds were super comfortable with lots of space for my family to have a nice relaxing evening. There was a lack of some kitchen items (drinking glasses)
- Sarah (8/5): - Lovely modern well finished property. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. There were no cutlery or glasses/wine glasses so we drank wine out of a mug. Other than that the facilities were good.
- Natalie (10/5): Fab little property for visiting Scarborough open air theatre - Finished to a very good standard, with everything you would need for a short stay! Everything was perfect although could do with mirrors in the bedrooms for ladies doing their hair/makeup, but managed anyway!
- Uchenna (10/5): Magnificent and unforgettable - The serenity of the environment None
- Susan (10/5): We have had a brilliant time, and what a hidden gem very comfortable stay great nights sleep the owners were very helpfu - What a lovely house and it certainly is a gem the owner was so very helpful we had everything we needed , it was so clean comfortable beds were amazing, lots of space top of the range kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine , very stylish internet was very fast we had free Netflix bedding was provided with fresh towels not far from Scarborough beach and Cayton bay beach which is good for surfing with a cabin were you can hire surf boards , plenty of shells and some jelly fish and a field behind the house we’re kids loved rolling down the hill and great for a walk The only thing I can say is it could do with a bigger fridge freezer for family’s but I don’t have any negative comments
- Claire (8/5): Good value, very clean accommodation - Very clean and very nicely presented No mirrors in bedrooms or lamps
A welcome pack would have been appreciated
- Tom (1/5): Location that bad we didn’t even stop there. Had to pay £200 to stay in another hotel. Weekend ruined. - Nothing This location is not fit for a family to stay in. Drug users in the surrounding areas and in the middle of a very deprived housing estate.
Shame on booking . Com for not vetting the properties they advertise properly.
No refund after a month of trying and booking. Com not interested.
- Stuart (9/5): Superb - cleanliness and comfortable
- Diane (9/5): Overall a great base for coastline, very clean and has top spec decor with a lovely cosy feel. - We all loved the house as soon as we looked around. It has really been well designed with top spec decor. Lovely and cosy with all you might need for a home from home. Perfect location for those of you that don't mind not drinking as you would have to drive to nearest pubic house, unless you are keen, fit walkers. It's only 10-15 minutes drive from Filey so a great base for visiting along this beautiful coastline.
The host was really prompt on returning my messages, we definitely loved our stay in such a beautiful house. Location- Will need someone in the group to drive, unless fit to walk to Filey or nearest pubs. We only stayed for one overnight so didn't get chance to explore the area, there could have been more things nearby to be fair.
Definitely nothing to dislike about the home though.
- Soren (8/5): Perfect - Interior very modern nice and spacious comfy beds Nothing really just the area was abit rough but all round not to bad
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - The house was very clean, family friendly and modern. Absolutely loved this beautiful home. The host was also fantastic in response to any queries. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
