Ralu (10/5): Great place with a very beautiful garden and the kindest host ever - Everrything was perfect. Titi is one of the most beautiful human beings I've ever met, inside-out. She was kind and helped us with everything we needed (from getting us a sweing kit to tips and tricks in Rome). The apartament is very stylish, I adored the living, the garden and also the room we were given. The accomodation it located near a train station and bus too. The access in the apartment was very easy, self check-in and the check-out too. Strongly reccomand the restaurant nearby (3 mins walking) Buona Forchetta. We will come back to this Fairtytale Secret Garden apartment for sure. Thanks, Titi, for your disponibility and kindness! ♡ All good, nothing to complain.
Andres (10/5): Maravilloso! - Todo muy limpio y los anfitriones siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros. Hay servicio de limpieza gratis y es algo a favor que no tienen otros alojamientos. Es muy cerca al Vaticano y tiene supermercado cerca.
Maria (10/5): This was the nicest room we had in our entire state in Italy! Beautifully decorated with the garden theme. The backyard - It was beautiful, loved our room. It was literally right across the street from Saint Pedro train station.
Serrano (9/5): - It is so close to the train station, practically as soon as you leave the back door. The rooms were good, and the cleaning staff was excellent. The owner was extremely nice and helped us understand how to utilize the city's transportation. The rooms have poor quality noise isolation. You can hear your neighbors, and they can hear you.

Veronika (10/5): - Titti je skvělá a starostlivá hostitelka, hned po příjezdu se nás ujala a vše nám vysvětlila. Ukázala nám, jak se pohybovat po městě, jaké autobusy a vlaky používat a jaká místa navštívit. Komunikace s ní byla skvělá. Ubytování je pěkné a čisté v docházkové vzdálenosti od Vatikánu. Historické centrum Říma je o trochu dál, ale pěšky se tam dojít dá nebo lze jet autobusem. Velké plus jsou autobusové zastávky kousek od ubytování a také vlakové nádraží, které je klidné a čisté. V okolí je spousta restaurací a kousek od ubytování je i obchod s potravinami. Ubytování bylo čisté, mohli jsme si zvolit jak často chceme uklízet.

Nos explicou tudo do apartamento e até da cidade! O apartamento é uma delícia e não nos faltou nada. Tudo muito cheiroso, limpinho, confortável. Localização muito boa, perto do Vaticano - assim que saímos do apto, já nos deparamos com a vista dele! Estação San Pietro do trem fica do outro lado da rua, o que facilita muito. Se você gosta de caminhar, da pra ir andando até o centro histórico (Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi etc). Mas é uma boa caminhada! Amamos tudo!!!! -

Ingo (9/5): Schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Ecke von Rom - Sehr ruhig aber zentral gelegen mit süßem Garten in dem ich Abends gerne gesessen bin. Außerdem wird die Wohnung täglich geputzt und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Am besten war allerdings die Besitzerin. Sie hat sich sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und uns mit guten Tipps zu Transport und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt.

Carolina (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful, convenient, and peaceful location with a fantastic host! - The place is beautiful and spotless — everything works perfectly, and check-in is super easy. Titti is a wonderful host! I 100% recommend staying here. The location is excellent, with both the bus and train stations just a 3-minute walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the nearby restaurants are delicious and fairly priced. It’s also only a 20-minute walk to the Vatican.
Tamara (10/5): A place I wished to come back - Welcoming and friendly reception, quiet and secure place. Clean and tidy facilities. Excellent location: 15 mins walk from the Vatican, 5 mins walk to get to the public transport including trains if necessary. Hostess' help and advice on any questions arise. Time to go home...

Sophie (10/5): Quiet escape in the city - This place was perfect to explore rome. It is super close to the Vatican and everything else can be easily reached by the bus. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very modern. The air conditioning worked great as well. The kitchen and backyard are communal and there is a washing machine as well but our whole stay felt like we were by ourselves. The host was super nice and gave lots of tips and recommendations. I would definitely come here again. There was nothing I did not like about his place.

Came to check us in and even showed us around in the neighbourhood as we had arrived late and she wanted to make sure that my son has something to eat before he sleeps. Matyas (10/5): Exceptional - The place is awesome. The mode, how we can reach our room is first time a bit strange, but dont worry, it will we clear and great solution. Just keep in mind, that one of the phone have to have some battery left to enter the building. Otherwise make a bit difficult. The introduction / recommendation from the owner is worth to hear. She has a homepage, and in the faq you find some great tips. The itinerary we not used, as we were in Rome several times. But as i looked fast, it is also very well planned. The owner is always available, very nice, and give you all the info you need. The room was clean, and comfy. The accommodation is in a great place, you can arrive here from Fiumicino with train + 5-10 min walk We used the train station almost every day (almost, because of of the day was strike). From here you can easily reach the outside areas as well, what i recommend, if you had "enough" Rome, and want to escape for a day. I will definately will take this accommodation next time, when we are here in Rome again. Nothing, everything was great!

Romeo (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing and always available if there was a problem. The best thing in my opinion was the location: yes, it's not in the city centre, but it's a 10-15 min walk to the Vatican; good restaurants are close; 5 min walk to Staz. S. Pietro; great connection to important bus lines that bring you to the city centre within 20 minutes. If I were to go to Rome another time, I would book this apartment again!

Alison (8/5): Great apartment and great host. Would recommend. - It was a great location for visiting the Vatican. Easy to get a bus to other areas of Rome for evening entertainment and sightseeing. It was a lovely apartment - but we only had 3 days in Rome and there is a lot to see so we didn't get to use communal facilities in the apartment much! All was very clean and well maintained. The host was very helpful. The water in the bathroom took quite a long time to get warm (but it did get there!).

Titti was the best host we've ever had, incredibly helpful and going out of her way to give us great recommendations and itineraries. Location is great, a very quick walk to many nice restaurants and the best gelato we had during our stay! Bus and train stops are also very close by to get to city center easily. Would highly recommend booking here for your visit to Rome!

Elizaveta (10/5): Exceptional - Host is very friendly, she told us about nice places nearby like where to have breakfast and where is tasty gelato, also gave recommendations on trains and buses routes. Host allowed us to leave out baggage at the place and the room was ready earlier than check-in time. The doors open without a key using a phone, which turned out to be quite convenient. There was free room cleaning every day. The room was clean and comfortable, little garden is beautiful, shared kitchen is well equipped.
Liviu-cristian (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful and we had everything mentioned in the description (everything was clean, we had an AC and TV, the bed was comfortable, the furniture was lovely, and the garden was a cute relaxing place). The owner is also a very nice and helpful lady who gave us many tips for our trip (what buses to take, what to visit, wonderful restaurants and gelato, etc.) and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is very close to the Vatican, a train and bus station and many restaurants and other facilities. We didn't have any problems.

The bed was comfortable so we had good nights sleep. We had some issues with the shower but Titti was quick to respond and sort the issue.
Kathy (9/5): A hidden gem on Rome - The location was fantastic, and for the most part, I was able to walk most places. Being in a local neighbourhood offered a different aspect to my first visit to Rome. The facilities were excellent. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. Having access to a kitchen was a bonus. My host was very helpful, even before I arrived in Italy. She sent instructions on how to get to the property and then on meeting in person provided helpful information on how to get around Rome and ideas where to eat locally. There is nothing I disliked.

It was difficult to find as our reservation had two different addresses and no phone number for our hostess. But several people were very helpful in directing us.

Rino (9/5): Absolutely loved this place. Highly recommended! - A very quiet stay in the middle of Rome and just a few meters away from the Vatican. The property is very beautiful with a green outdoor seating area. The rooms are clean and there is absolutely nothing you can complain about. The owner Titty is fantastic and an absolute gem of a person who explained everything in detail. She also gave us a map and showed us the important places to visit and how to go about. -

Spacious accomodations - The host was absolutely wonderful -- extremely kind, helpful, responsive to every request (even anticipated some) -- provided a special bed and bowl for our little dog. The bed was extremely comfortable (the most comfortable mattress of my entire Italy trip). The room was spacious -- plenty of room to put luggage. We had use of a large shared kitchen, living room, and garden in addition to our room. Close to transportation but a bit far from most of the main attractions in Rome, apart from the Vatican/St. Peter's Square. The bathroom was a little small.
