- Ricardo (10/5): Best option if you really want to rest! - I wasn't planning on staying in Manchester for the night, it was a last minute call because I was so tired from my trip. Spending one night here really gave me all the strenght I needed to complete my journey. I had a really nice bath after a rainy day and the bed was so comfortable I didn't have problems to sleep. It really made my day. They're a wonderful couple and they have a lovely and really tidy home. As guests please take care of it, cause they really make an effort in making you feel comfortable. The next day, the husband had the kindest gesture for what I'm really grateful! All the best to them!

Their cat is adorable and was just the icing on the cake for me - i would absolutely stay here again. Nothing to not like!

- John (9/5): Superb - Host's were very friendly and welcoming. The room, and indeed, the whole house was very clean. We were looking to stop somewhere within walking distance from the AO arena and the property was advertised as less than 2 miles from it but in truth it was almost double that.
- Akram (8/5): Nice and clean but not for me - It was a very clean and modern house. Was warm and bed was comfortable. Host was friendly, although not sure how strong ther English was. Had a shared bathroom, but I had it to myself. There was no TV. No lock on the door. I was told to take off my shoes when I arrived and was provided slippers, which I'm ok with, but it should be mentioned in the policies as some people may not want that. There was also a cat in the house, which again I have no problem with, but some people may be allergic to cats and it should be mentioned before booking. This was my first experience of an air bnb and I did find it a bit strange, as hosts are watching tv downstairs and laughing, which felt like a lack of privacy for me. Also I wasn't explained if I could use the kitchen at all.

- M (9/5): The friendliest owners, and a perfectly clean home. - The owners of the property were really wonderful, we felt warmly welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. The owner offered us coffee and home-made desserts - which were excellent, the owner is a very talented baker. The property is a private home, so you don't have the same privacy as hotels or shared houses, but the owner did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible. We had a wonderful night sleep, and the house was very quiet. The owner had a lovely cat who was very friendly. The property was spotless in terms of cleanliness, everything was well kept and presentable. The location was ideal for us, and we could park outside. We would consider staying here again.
- T (7/5): Nice property but poor service - Liked the bedroom decor, bed was comfortable with very light tog duvet, plenty storage space and bottled water supplied. Unaware of the rules before booking/arrival. No shoes to be worn indoors, have to use slippers supplied. No alcohol or food allowed. No drinking other than in the kitchen area. No TV. No introductions or clear instructions as to the set up/ situation of the accommodation, no welcome etc. There is a cat. If you have allergies, please be aware of this. We were not informed of this beforehand and both my partner and I are allergic to cats.

- Jamieson (6/5): It was ok for the 1 night ,close to where we were going but I wouldn’t stay any longer than 1 night - It was ok for the night we were staying They were not expecting us for some reason & we just dropped our bags & left. We got back about 11pm,was a bit strange going into the house as we had only been in there for about 5mins before but they were very welcoming . Bed was very comfy & the room clean No tea or coffee facilities Was left a bottle of water each but would of liked a cup of tea in the morning

Although the space is small and the host offers the table in their living room for work, however, it will be nice to have a small table and chair in the room, for those that would like to work quietly and privately. (One of the bedstand can be dislodged to accommodate a small table and chair...my suggestion).
