Guest Reviews
- brittany (10/5): - Clean and in a good area.
- Walter (2/5): - I did not like it. It felt more like a hostel with a Share Livingroom a kitchen for the price.. .
- Brendan (6/5): Mixed room - not private - This is not a PRIVATE setting! On the Hotels.com site it is very unclear you will be in a mixed room setting. It is very nicely updated. The parking is like playing Tetris.
- Guadalupe (2/5): - Horrible
- Christian (10/5): - Good
- Isadore (2/5): - The shared space was less than safe. The kitchen was dirty. The countertops were cracked & stained. The stove grill was askew. The things in the fridge were sketch. And the stairwell to the bedrooms was unlit.
Some dude was up until 2:30AM doing dishes, but in the morning you couldn't tell. I woke up the next day (after sleeping with the lights on) and all the doors were unlocked.
Thanks, I guess, for the two threadbare "towels" and washcloths, but I didn't shower there because I didn't trust my safety.
- Joshua (10/5): - Clean space! Had everything we needed. Thanks!
- Rudy (6/5): Shared house not hotel - Not hotel, shared space. Not ada accessible.
- Sheldon (10/5): Meant to Be - My stay was excellent! Brand New and Clean! Highly recommend if you’re planning to stay in Los Angelas whether on business or pleasure! Will definitely be my 1st option when in LA
- Darelle (10/5): - Nice place to stay❤️
- Albert (8/5): - Property was clean and nicely decorated. Check-in was easy and smooth. Because this is a shared property, there were other tenants who were a bit loud.
- Darin (4/5): - I thought the place was vary clean how ever i rented a room it said with its own private bath roon.i called to ask aboit parking they said there was parkin i told them i drove a 4 door truck .so once i was there i couldn't park my truck in sidd had to park on street .then i go to my room and found out it was just a room not bath room in it it was out side of the room i would have had other people out there and if i was in my boxers it would ha e been fround up.i felt i was miss led by the app and the managera privat
- Jannette (10/5): - The property is very nice but u need to share it with other peoples
- Derek (10/5): - You are staying at an apartment. Feels like you're home. You can do laundry, dishes, cook a full meal. The bedrooms are proper bedrooms. Just beware the tight turba parking. I've said too much!
- Lidia (2/5): - So you know it’s a shared space like a dorm in college. It’s not specifically on the details. The other guest there were surprised as much as we were. We had our baby and privacy was very important for our stay.
- Jim (4/5): - This place is modern, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, well equipped, and located close to attractions. So what's wrong? Well, the owners take great pains to conceal that this is an apartment with three bedrooms, all rented separately, with the living space accessed and shared by all. In effect, it's an upmarket dorm. Because the "shared accommodation" description is purposely well hidden (you have to click on "more details", then "more" again to see it mentioned, just those two words, buried in the small print,) what happens is that guests turn up and are shocked and surprised that "someone else is in the accommodation they booked!" This happened to us, and two other groups on the three nights we'd booked. You end up sharing with people you do not know! If you read the reviews, you'll note that others have been caught out in the same way. The owners should be required NOT to deliberately hide this important detail, buried in the small print several clicks away, but to make it very, very clear on the main page. Given what it really is, the price is way too high (we moved to a nearby 4 star hotel for considerably less per night!), and to add insult to injury, they want you to pay an additional $20 per night just to park your car there, by way of "thanks" for paying them an already overly high price to stay there.
- Manuel (2/5): - This was like 3 room condo so each room is rented separately so you end sharing a kitchen and a living room downstairs
2 people rent one of the other room they were having a party there late at night too noisy no privacy felt unsafe I rented the room for two nights only stay one night there only and came back home instead
Area was dark parking inside property extra 20 dollars I had a pick up truck very difficult to accommodate never go back to this one

- Anna (2/5): - Please be an aware they are renting single rooms inside a shared apartments. So you’re sharing the apartment with other people. I felt unsafe and was highly upset.
- maddison (10/5): - i liked dis
- Kerrie (10/5): - The property itself was wonderful. It had two other shared rooms but they were empty so we had it to ourselves. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as they helped us get out of an Airbnb disaster. And loved that it was a central Hollywood location and able to walk to a few restaurants.
- Josh (2/5): Shady listing - Shady management !!!First of all, they bury the fact that it’s a shared accommodation at the bottom of the listing after reading a whole novel about the place it’s 3 from the end of the list .. I opened up the front door, expecting to have a luxury apartment to myself for the night after having lost my place to live and struggling this was going to be a treat to myself ..I walk in to find a half naked man cooking dinner in the kitchen and we were both shocked to see each other as he didn’t know It was shared either I immediately left and booked another hotel.. an actual hotel And they refuse to pay me back my $ even though I’ve never stepped foot inside the unit super shady and Hotels.com facilitated it so I will never be using either again.
- Rodrigo (10/5): Perfect place ! I do recommend - My stay was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, well-located, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, plus a washer and dryer, which was a great bonus. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort. On top of that, the service was excellent. Without a doubt, I will stay here again next time!
- Miranda (6/5): - It is a shared apartment and the walls are thin. The place looked clean but the floor was dirty. No hand towels provided and food was left in the fridge. The bed was okay, however the neighbors were loud and made it difficult to sleep. Not worth the amount, better off paying a bit more for a hotel room.
- Johan David (10/5): - Thank you so much God bleesyou
- Zuleima (2/5): - There was hair in the bathtub, the bed sheets had stains, someone came and knocked in our room made us feel really unsafe. The doorknobs were so loud, the walls paper thin, not to mention that the heater is controlled throughout the whole building and it was set at a hot temperature making it very uncomfortable to sleep the air felt so dry, parking was charged $20 even though the area is known as a struggle for parking. The parking inside is very tight not easy to get out of. The experience was so bad we decided to leave at 4am rather than stay more time there. Never again.
- Rose Cai Feng (10/5): - Didn't realize it was "shared space" apartment style. Luckily nobody else were there when we were, so we were able to have the entire place to ourselves.
