• Francis (10/5): Excellent stay, excellent location - We stayed in apartment 4, which had a lovely terrace overlooking Villajoyosa and the sea. Although small, it was stylish and had everything that you needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived by train from Javea/Gata and it's only a short walk from the Villajoyosa train stop. The renovation of the whole building is very good and it is right in the heart of the old town and minutes away from the beach and promenade. Would recommend and would love to return. Only a minor 'niggle' but storage space for clothes and cases limited.

• Tim (9/5): Mooi verblijf op een toplocatie - Ligging, mooi afgewerkte studio’s en heel proper In het centrum en toch rustig Jammer dat het water niet heel warm was in de douche

• Magdalena Maria (10/5): Polecam. Świetny apartament, super lokalizacja. - Super lokalizacja bardzo blisko głównego deptaku. Apartament po remoncie, czysto i bardzo ładnie. Jeśli chcesz poznać prawdziwe życie mieszkańców Villajoyosa to zatrzymaj się w tym miejscu. Polecam Jest bardzo głośno do późnych godzin nocnych każdego dnia tygodnia. Było to trochę uciążliwe, ale tak wygląda życie zwykłych mieszkańców tego pięknego miasteczka.
• PaulV (7/5): Tagsüber gut, nachts nur mit Lärmschutz auszuhalten. - Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und zentral gelegen. Leider ist die zentrale Lage in der Nacht nicht so angenehm. Auf dem kleinen Platz vor dem Gebäude war in den 14 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts bis in die frühen Morgenstunden oft "Fiesta". Ob dem immer so ist, oder ob es nur konzertierte Aktionen der anliegenden Bewohner gegen die Touristen (die den Einheimischen die Wohnungen wegnehmen!?) waren, können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, als wären wir nicht willkommen.
• Frank (7/5): - De lokatie in het historisch centrum en het appartement wat keurig gerenoveerd is. Appartement was vrij gehorig, geen parkeerruimte en het is gelegen in een vrij rumoerig gedeelte van de stad.

We stayed in the top floor - everything was just like the pictures, super nice and clean appartment with everything you need. Loved making breakfast ourselves and enjoying it in the beautiful balcony which was the best thing in the room. Would maybe invest to some nicer chairs/sunbeds since the terrace really is the heart of the appartment. Would return and would warmly recommend to anyone visiting villajoyosa!!

• Anni (8/5): - The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and spotlessly clean - would recommend! There occured some problems with the toilet during my stay but it was easy to communicate with the host via Whatsapp and the problem got solved.
• James (9/5): Lovely apartment on the roof top. - Details provided in advance to lock box. The shower had limited hot water each day so we rarely had a hot shower. Also the idea of a wet room is great but with a shower tray in the water just goes everywhere and doesn’t drain anywhere when not in the shower tray.

• Timea (10/5): One of my best stay in abroad. Chill, relax, enjoy. - Amazing view. Amazing place. Beautiful apartment- stay on the top floor. I was so lucky to have that apartment on the 4th floor. My favourite place was the balcony. It was a little bit expensive, but worth the price.

• Juan Pedro (10/5): Un sitio perfecto para volver - Esta muy bien, esta recien reformado, cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia y esta muy cerca de la playa. Lo peor, el aparcamiento por la zona, porque es zona peatonal y nos avisaron de que por la noche hay un poco de ruido pero la verdad no tuvimos ese problema, la gente sale a la calle con sillas por la noche y se pone a charlar, nosotros estamos en el bajo y no nos molestaba, no hablaban fuerte.
• Christina (10/5): - Es precioso. Ya lo echo de menos. Las vistas al mar no tienen precio. He visto muchas veces el precioso amanecer y las bonitas puestas de sol. Todo esta muy limpio. Tambien quiero mencionar que el dueño nos ayudo cuando no podíamos salir al final de la estancia. Nos ayudo y pudimos salir sin problemas. Muchas gracias por todo y hasta pronto! ♡ Igual lo único es que cuando te duchas el agua se sale.
• María Aranzazu (9/5): Muy recomendable - El estudio está completamente reformado. Todo es nuevo. Está decorado con mucho gusto y con muchos detalles que lo hacen muy acogedor para pasar unos días. Estaba muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena: a un paso de la playa. Las vistas son preciosas. La calle donde se encuentra el estudio es el lugar de reunión de los vecinos del barrio al caer la tarde. A veces hablan muy alto.

Fikk vasking veldig kjapt når vi ba om det. Veldig godt utstyrt leilighet. Rent og pent når vi kom ❤️ Hard seng som ble klam da madrass er plastet. Ble skuffet når vi ikke fikk rommet med takterassen, som jeg under bestilling trodde vi hadde fått. Mye bråk langt på natt fra fastboende utenfor leilighet, men heldigvis godt isolerte dører mot veranda.
• Fernandez Gomez (10/5): 100 ESTRELLAS PARA NOSOTROS - El alojamiento es impresionante muy cerquita de la playa a dos minutos andando si llega, es comodisimo para todo se puede ir andando a todas partes. Como en toda la costa de Alicante el aparcamiento es complicado y aunque no tiene parking pero el hecho de aparcar de forma gratuita no fue un problema, el apartamento está super aislado y no se escucha nada del exterior. Está totalmente habilitado con menaje cuidado y los complementos básicos como aceite o café que hacen que te despreocupes un poquito más. Sin duda una gran experiencia con el apartamento y con el dueño, una persona muy agradable que nos ayudó en todo y nos dio muchas facilidades. Sin duda volvería sin pensármelo!!! Nada, era todo perfecto
• Alberto (4/5): Buen apartamento pero mala zona - El apartamento era nuevo y bien decorado. A 2 minutos de la playa. La ubicación es una zona problemática. El apartamento está en pleno barrio gitano, lo cual no sería problema si no.se juntaran por decenas junto a la puerta a gritar y dar palmas a diario hasta las 4 o 5 de la mañana e incluso peleas. Imposible descansar.

• Chuchi (10/5): - ロケーション、設備は申し分なく、最高の滞在ができました。 moros y cristianosの期間中、近くでお祭りを見ることができ貴重な体験になりました。 鍵が入ったボックスを開ける時、他の滞在者が協力してくれて助かりましたが、部屋のドアを開けるのに苦労し、ホストの助けが必要でした。いずれもスペイン(ヨーロッパ)の仕様に慣れている方には問題ないのかもしれません。
• Clare (10/5): An absolutely wonderful place the Festa is magnificent! We had front row seats right outside our door! - The property was beautiful, modern very clean and close to the beach! Sadly the neighbours were very noisy, rude and threw their litter all over the street. They were up until 4am… with screaming babies shouting children kicking footballs It really spoilt the last night of our holiday!

• Ishbel (8/5): Compact and good value little apartment - A beautiful little apartment in the heart of Villajoyosa's old town and short stroll down to the beach. It's feels freshly renovated and all little things have been thought about. Safe and secure with a really easy self-check in and out. The apartment overlooks a small area that got quite busy and noisy in the evenings and meant the first floor balcony didn't feel very private to be able to sit and relax - the higher floors may be different. There was also building work going on next door which started at 8.30am during the week. There was also very limited hot water in the shower - not even enough to be able to wash your hair without it going cold.

• Patrick (9/5): great. - The location is perfect. You’re only a couple hundred feet from the beach, the restaurants, the people etc but it feels like you’re in a little neighborhood miles away. Really exceptional experience.

The sea views from there were wonderful and really added to the stay. Perfect stay for a couple and great location. Couple of kind walk to the beach and old town, shops etc. Would recommend and return.
• Oliver (9/5): beautiful little studio just steps from the beach and “coloured houses” - located only one street back from the “colour houses” the apartment is just a minute from the beach and yet only a 5 min walk to small supermarkets etc. we were directed to free parking at the end of the beach and were able to leave the car there for the duration of our stay. the apartment would be perfect for a couple on a short stay.

• Carolinecooke3944 (9/5): Delightful stay in the heart of town - We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect and of course the terrace and view from the top floor unit is fabulous. We loved our breakfast coffee out there each morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Two things kept this stay from being a Perfect 10: 1) Bathroom: There is no curtain or door on the shower so it was impossible to not get water everywhere. It is just the shower and toilet that are affected since the sink is in the main room. The shower itself is lovely so it was a shame to be stressed out about it. Also the door into the toilet/shower is frosted glass so if you get up in the night and turn the light on, the whole room is lit. 2) The hangers were very trendy and cool....but really only good for trousers. There is a photo of them in the "Balcony and Sea View" unit to help you decide if you want to bring one of your own to hang something delicate.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly located in the Old Town. You are close to the beach, restaurants, and points of historical interest while also getting a feel of the local life. The studio is new and beautifully furnished. It's modern and clean. I had the top unit (#4) which has a big terrace where you can sit and enjoy a wonderful view of the sun rising and the ocean. There were many steps but it was worth it! The unit had everything I needed for a 1-week stay. The owners were friendly and helpful when I had questions. I would not think twice about staying here again.
