• C (6/5): - Apartamento tranquilo Recibimos un ataque de phising por WhatsApp, luego hubo robo de datos confidenciales al establecimiento, lo comunicamos rápidamente pero no se preocuparon lo más mínimo, como si fuera algo habitual.

• Marcin (7/5): Cudowny pobyt. - Było czysto i przestronnie. Lokalizacja oraz kontakt z gospodarzem bez zarzutu. Wi-fi nie działało. Problem był również z odbiorem TV. Lodówka mogłaby się otwierać na drugą stronę, a nie do ściany. Ponadto drzwi mogłyby mniej skrzypieć.

• Shayla (10/5): Nice modern clean apartment close to transport & restaurants - Clean, modern, spacious apartment right next to small canal. Had everything we needed with kitchen, lounge & courtyard, washing machine. Easy access instructions. Nice quiet residential location, only 7 minutes walk to ferry to get to all the main attractions including train station. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minute walk. 20 mins walk to train station. Ideal for a few days stay.

• Angelica (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and quiet location - The place is in a very nice and quiet location, thus it is very relaxed in the evenings and on Sundays. It is also sparkling clean and has everything for a nice stay for 2 people. The apartment only has 1 AC, so it takes some time to cool down the bedroom, as it is in the big aisle. Another thing that would've been nice to have are mosquito nets, because leaving the windows opened was just an open invitation for them to come inside. And just as info, the place is located in a quiet and nice location, but far away from many of the main attractions, so additional time for walking is recommended.
• Jarmila (8/5): Pekné, čisté :-) - Pekné ciste ubytovanie, uteraky k dispozicii, vybavenie kuchyne, terasa, blizko zastavka na vaporreto a do potravin conad. Cena zodpovedala, fotky rovnake ako reál. San Marco cca 25minut peso od ubytovania. Palček dole za komáre, vezmite repelenty. Treba sa pripravit na separovanie odpadkov, ale za poplatok 10€ to urobia za vas. Spokojni sme boli :-)
• Adnane (1/5): - Locatie Ik heb bedwantsen meegekregen. Veel rode plekken op mijn lichaam als gevolg van de insecten. Mijn matras thuis heb ik ook moeten weggooien omdat ik er pas later achterkwam na een dokter afspraak. I brought bedbugs with me from the appartement. I have many red spots on my body as a result of the insects. I also had to throw away my mattress at home because I only found out later after a doctor’s appointment.
• Loreta (10/5): - Appartamento a canto al'Universita IUAV. Nuovo e bello, atrezzato con tutto il necessario, biancheria per la casa di buona qualita. Lavatrice e terrazza esterna erano un bonus in piu. AC funziona benissimo. Zona tranquilla e sicura di note, ravvivata da bar ristoranti. Conad vicino 7 minuti. Ho soggiornato 1 settimana e mi sono sentita a casa. L'appartamentio si gestisce da un agenzia, e questo e una garanzia in piu per la buona qualita , Lo staf supergentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Anna, Lucia e Denissa, GRAZIE. Nulla

I'd book this again Warmer lighting would be cosier Cloths or paper roll for drying in the kitchen Ground coffee for the Mokka would be nice A battery for the clock would make it all look cared for

• Noor (4/5): 6/10 - The location was the only good thing about this property. The apt matches the photos. I paid more to stay here than I would have at a nearby high-end hotel. For that reason I expected more in terms of amenities. There were only two rolls of toilet paper, so we ran out on the second day. There was a washing machine but no detergent. There was an iron but I don't know if the machine was faulty or what it was but it took me an hour and a half to barely iron a plain cotton collared shirt. I generally take off my shoes before entering any private spaces but here the host was walking all over with their shoes on while showing us the place so we ended up following her. I wish cleaning service came in and wiped the floors at least once during the stay. There were no tissues / napkins in the kitchen. No extra towels, no generic soaps/shampoos. I had to make additional trips to the supermarket just for these things. The overall experience would be SO MUCH BETTER if attention was given to these little things. Heck, I wish there were more interior lights because it got pretty dark and probably the bathroom was the only well lit space in the entire apt.

• Vera (8/5): Very good - It was a good place to stay, cozy and quiet. If you are looking for a place away from crowded places of Venice this is a good option. The kitchen is well equipped and also had a terace outside. Didn’t like the pillows, it’s impossible to sleep on them, very hard ones. Also, didn’t like the trash thing, if you are leaving on Sunday you have to carry it with you or pay additionaly to cleaning stuff to do it for you. It would be great if you had bins in inner yard.

• Deb (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were exceptional and assisted with luggage storage prior to our check-in time and then assisted with showing us to our apartment. The location and facilities were superb.
• Iana (8/5): Clean and peaceful apartment (though lacking warmth in April). Well-situated. - 1. A friendly girl warmly greeted us upon arrival and provided the keys 2. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortably sized bed. 3. The kitchen was well-equipped with essentials such as oil, salt, and paper towels. A dishwasher with detergent tablets was provided, adding to the convenience. 4. Situated in a tranquil area (University nearby) The apartment was uncomfortably cold during our stay in April, with high humidity and extremely cold floors. This made it quite uncomfortable to move around. The flat lacked a cozy, homely feel, not sunny cos it's ground floor. Adding carpets and extra blankets might not only provide warmth but also enhance the coziness of the apartment. And there are also broken shower holder (info for owners) * There was a particular challenge with garbage disposal in Venice, which isn't the fault of the owners but something to be aware of. Guests need to be prepared to sort their waste and adhere to specific disposal schedules, taking out different types of garbage early on designated mornings.

• Elena (7/5): It was a bit overpriced. - The apartment had a washing machine which was very convenient. Quiet area. Receiving the key was a little bit inconvenient and the road with bags from the office included a lot of stairs.
