• Hans-Jörg (9/5): Alles prima und gerne wieder. - Lage direkt am Strand/Park/ Busbahnhof (leider auch an einer Hauptzufahrtsstrasse - aber man kann ja nicht alles haben), Ausstattung, Aussicht, Tiefgaragenplatz Nichts, alles gut und gerne wieder.
• yiyang (9/5): - Un appartement très propre et très joli, avec une magnifique vue depuis le balcon. Il y a également une place privée de parking , ce qui est un vrai plus et très pratique. Entièrement Rien à redire, tout était très bien dans l’ensemble. J’ai passé d’agréables vacances avec mon enfant

• Juergen (9/5): Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - Etwas holpriger Start - Apartment war noch nicht gereinigt beim Check-in, wurde aber mit verstärkten Personal innerhalb 45min abgeschlossen (und es gab eine Flasche Wein als Ausgleich); unkomplizierter Kontakt per WhatsApp mit der Firma, welche die Vermietung betreibt sowie schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen (kein Warmwasser in der Küche); Ideal für Arbeiten im Ausland, schnelles und gutes Internet (separate Router für Unter-/Obergeschoss); fest zugewiesener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage nahe am Aufzug; nur ein paar Schritte zum normalerweise Super-Stadtstrand => Baden war während unseres Aufenthalts dort leider nicht erlaubt, wg. Wasserverschmutzung; alternativ zu empfehlen: Honda Beach, nur 10min Fahrt mit dem Auto und kostenloser Parkplatz Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal; haben wir gelöst, in dem wir extra Bettzeug für das Klappbett bekommen und getrennt geschlafen haben; sehr laut durch die nahe Hauptverkehrsstraße (war uns vorher schon bewusst)

• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - this apartment is in a very good location with a perfect view. extremely spacious and above all very clean apartment. Also, this apartment has absolutely everything you need, from all possible washing machines, dishes, coffee machines, orange squeezers, toasters... all dishes... you really have everything in the apartment. If I had to single out a few things, they would be: perfect view, very clean and tidy apartment and very kind host. really for every recommendation!!! All things are perfect
• Alistair (9/5): Lovely apartment, excellent relaxed two weeks in Arrecife and Lanzarote. - Accomodation very spacious and comfortable. Great views from balcony towards the south of the island. Host very helpful and passed on excellent recommendations around the island to visit, including some excellent bars and restaurants. Stayed in Arrecife before and knew city, apartartment was perfect location to revisit favourite places and discover new. .
