Gabriela (10/5): - Super freundliche und tolerante Gastgeber Wir hatten einen gesundheitlichen Notfall in der Familie und es war kein Problem eine Person nachts eine paar Stunden bei uns im Zimmer unterzubringen dabei fielen keine Mehrkosten an. Danke dafür nochmal! Alles war blitzsauber der Check-in verlief problemlos und die Gastgeberin war gut erreichbar. Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweitemal da.Es ist eine Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen und deshalb waren wir sicherlich nicht das letztemal da. Wer einen ungezwungen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverplegung macht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben

Agnieszka (1/5): Dramat - Ocena: 1/10 16.08.2025 zarezerwowałam i opłaciłam nocleg w Village Loft w Austrii przez Booking. Rezerwacja została potwierdzona przez system, więc byliśmy pewni, że wszystko jest w porządku. Na godzinę przed przyjazdem zadzwoniliśmy do obiektu, aby dopytać o odbiór kluczy. Wtedy okazało się, że… nie ma dla nas miejsca, ponieważ wszystkie pokoje były już zajęte. Pomimo ważnej rezerwacji i potwierdzenia płatności zostaliśmy po prostu odprawieni. Dodatkowo obsługa była bardzo niemiła – usłyszeliśmy tylko, że mamy się kontaktować z Booking, a nam w niczym nie pomogła. Zamiast odpoczynku, całą noc spędziliśmy w samochodzie na parkingu przy stacji paliw. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne traktowanie klientów. Rezerwacja opłacona, potwierdzona, a mimo to zostaliśmy bez noclegu i bez żadnej pomocy. Nie polecam nikomu tego miejsca – zero profesjonalizmu, empatii i odpowiedzialności za gości.

Barbara (6/5): - Zimmer sind modern Sehr sehr kleine Zimmer mit Oberfenster und somit dunkel Es hatte auch keinen Platz für 2 Stühle und somit muss 1 Person auf dem Bett sitzen. Die Betten sind auch nicht zusammen gestellt😊 was ganz schlimm ist die Treppe zu den Zimmern. sehr steil mir war es nicht möglich den Koffer ins Zimmer zu tragen🥲 Für Menschen mit Knieprobleme wohl ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Zudem hätte der Koffer auch keinen Platz gehabt im Zimmer😅

Therealeddk (8/5): Nice and new, but warm. - Really nice and helpful hosts. New and clean facilities. No aircondition. We were there during a heatwave and the rooms got really hot and couldn't air out the room, as the window areas were boiling.
