• Chakrapani (10/5): Great place to stay . whether it's for a short while or long stay. - the location was amazing. The apartment was so well furnished. Would definitely recommend it. the heating was difficult to navigate
• Jennifer (7/5): - The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean and well equipped. One of the best we have stayed in and host exceptionally communicative. The entrance was down a lane, the refuse bins in the lane were overflowing. On the Friday and Saturday night noisy from the bars and town until midnight and on Monday morning refuse collection early. This spoilt this flat not being given a 10++ which the internal accommodation and host definitely deserved

A tad noisey being so central and being a weekend with the pub right at the corner but that’s nothing that can be helped and it didn’t effect our experience

• Waihekegirl (9/5): Lovely flat in St Albans - Lovely cosy flat in the central Marketplace. Has everything you need to cook for yourselves if necessary. Easy access and close to everything. The host was responsive and accommodating.
• Devon (7/5): The accommodation had a cozy charm, and with a few improvements, it could be even better. - I really enjoyed the location. The area around Market Place is lovely, with plenty to see and do nearby, making it a great base for exploring. Great variety of nearby restaurants and shopping. Good access to transport. The neighbourhood felt vibrant and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. Good kitchen and cooking facilities. Nice comfortable dining and lounge area. Having the washing machine was very handy. The stairs leading up to the room were quite steep, so it required a bit of effort to carry luggage up and down. Additionally, the nights were noisier than I expected, which made it a little difficult to get a restful sleep. The bedroom window wasn't easy to close, so noise from the laneway below was amplified. Pillows were uncomfortable. When it rained the roof leaked in a few places above the bed, which was a bit inconvenient, requiring us to move the bed to catch the water in a bucket. I notified the property manager, so I assume this will be repaired. There was very little information or instructions on how to use the hotplate, oven or washing machine or where to dispose of rubbish bags.

• Jack (7/5): Very pleasant and convenient and nice place and host - Location and bathroom The property is so city centre that sleeping in the sofa bed leads to early wake up. Also entry through the bins not ideal.
• Megan (9/5): Beautifuly decorated apartment in the centre of St Albans - Really nicely decorated, great location, comfortable bed, had everything we needed and more! The only thing I would say is the communal hall and stairs were a bit run down but that’s not the properties fault

• Christopher (10/5): Lovely location amazing apartment - Location is central market square which is amazing. The apartment is lovely warm and cozy. Kitchen is new and the bathroom is gorgeous. The bedroom and bed are also great. It really does feel like home from home and I’d love to stay there everytime I visit St Albans The communal areas weren’t great and could do with some attention No parking isn’t great but London Road isn’t too far away. You can hear people in the apartment above you and outside from time to time but nothing too bad
