- Adriana (9/5): Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hotel liegt ideal, direkt an der Promenade (in zweiter Reihe), was für viel Ruhe sorgt, obwohl man gleichzeitig alles gut erreichen kann. Es ist fast in der Mitte der Promenade, sodass vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer entsprach genau den Bildern und war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften bereits früher einchecken, und sowohl das Ein- als auch das Auschecken verliefen problemlos. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre wünschenswert, mehr Ablage- oder Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer und im Badezimmer zu integrieren. Im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeit, Kosmetika oder ähnliche Dinge abzulegen, und im Zimmer hätten wir uns eine zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheit gewünscht, da wir uns nach dem Strandbesuch nicht gerne aufs Bett setzen.

- Jocelyn (6/5): Hotel suffisant pour quelques nuits - La localisation dans la ville est bien. Les terrasses cotées rues sont agréables. La salle de bain est vraiment très petite, lorsque que vous prenez votre douche, impossible de ne pas provoquer une inondation dans toute la pièce. Pas d’insonorisation, on entend tout le monde qui marche et parle dans le couloir, surtout tard dans la nuit, dommage pour une ville où l’on fait la fête.

La stanza veniva pulita ogni giorno. La doccia walk in senza chiusura faceva allagare facilmente il bagno (e anche sporcarlo se per caso si entrava con le scarpe). Avrei voluto un paio di sedie come appoggio.

- Grazia (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic experience. The room is in front of Saranda’s sea. Very quiet zone ,clear and comfortable. Also our room was very big, more than enough for two people. Highly recommended!!
- Rebbecca (6/5): Good people, nice room, excellent location - At first I was nervous not being able to find the place and the reception was half built haha, but actually the people were really generous and did everything they could to give us a really nice stay. The location is right next to the beach and berry easy to reach that bus station afterwards. Just would have liked more signs to tell us where it was!
- Breyten (4/5): Disappointing - This is not an Hotel by any means its rooms for rent but advertised as a hotel poor signage poor room layout poor air conditioning as you have to empty the overflow yourself The bathroom basin is almost in the shower . I had to ask for a new blciney chair the old one nobody could sit on

Communication with the owner was good however once we arrived here it took a little while to get the keys since there was no reception or anyone at the location.

- Fay (10/5): Great value, lovely room, fantastic location - The room was big and modern. The staff were very friendly. Shower was fantastic. Great location. Great value. Check in wasn’t the most obvious. We found the hotel but there was no one around, we ended up asking at the hotel next door, who made a phone call and a couple of moments later a lovely man appeared on a moped to let us in. We later realised that there’s a restaurant with the same name further down the road, so perhaps we should have gone there first, but it wasn’t made clear to us. No big deal, but worth knowing.

Our apartment had a balcony facing the street and you could see the palms and water from it, very cute. The room got cleaned every day and there was also a small fridge. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

He was always reachable from around 09:00, very reliable and helpful. He also gave me useful tips, e.g., for a nearby laundry. Fun fact - we had left my husband’s AirPods in the room - of course, we were disappointed as are expensive. However, we called them and walked me through the whole process to get them back. The only thing that bothered us is the early knocking on doors, someone was knocking on other guests doors early is the morning (before the checkout time)

- Ergys (9/5): Meraki Hotel rooms, it is an excellent choice for staying for a holiday summer season. - The location was at the center of the city. Closed to the city promenade. Closed to bars, restaurant, taxi station, port of Saranda, Atm, etc. Joan, the owner was a collaborated person with fantastic behavior. You can stay at the balcony and prepare a plate with fruits. It will be better to paint part of the walls or make them with wallpaper for a visual relax. Placing some hangers for shampoos in the toilet. A few more hangers to the closet would be perfect, for the person that decide to take a lot of clothes.

Staff was super friendly nice also the room clean ac and a lot of water for shower I recommend everyone to stay here Definitely we come back!!
- Kathryn (10/5): Great location, very accommodating staff :) - An excellently situated place right on the main boulevard where all the restaurants etc are. It was not noisy though and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. We had a little balcony which was welcomed and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs.

It is a just a guy renting out some rooms. Renovations very cheaply done, thin curtains, no decoration, hard pillows. Sea view is a joke, you get a tiny peek from outside. Staff not friendly, not present. Loud - street noise and also noise and light from hallway due to gap under door.
