Great location, I had a conference at Southern Cross Uni which was a 20 minute walk or a quick lime bike up the large coastal walkway. Hired a board from Kirra Surf and from the airbnb I could walk 5 minute to Coolangatta beach, surf the amazing right hander at Kirra Point, come into Kirra beach and then walk 5 minutes home. I didn't want to leave!

• Nathan (7/5): Good - Very nicely renovated and setup accommodation. Very clean and tidy. The noises from the unit/s above is quite loud. You can hear every time the shower and toilet are used, and sometimes when furniture is moved.

• Clara (9/5): Cozy apartment close to the beach and shops - The room was extremely comfy and equipped with everything I needed. Even had access to Netflix! The location is perfectly reachable by bus from both OOL airport and Gold Coast. Shops, beaches and restaurants were within 5-10 minutes of walking. It felt really safe since there was an extra gate one could lock apart from the door. Key retrieval was easy. The little terrace was super cute in the evening with the lights on! Both Leigh and Keith were super nice and always reachable via message. They even helped me with storing my suitcase for a couple of hours after check-out. Nothing really, though I will say the last bit of the way from the shops to the apartment is not very well lit at night, which seems scary at first when you're alone but since the area is quiet (at least in the winter from what I can tell) it's absolutely fine.
• Ruby (7/5): 10/10 - We really loved the space and everything about it. The bed was super comfy and the room was nice & clean. We could hear noises from the space above us, chatter, footsteps etc. Wasn't ideal, but for the price we were charged I think this makes up for it.

From the moment we walked in, the welcoming feeling it gave & the smell of the room reminded us a little of our trip to Bali. We even loved the soft bed sheets lol. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The location was also perfect. Nice & close to shops, restaurants & beach. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We hope to be back again someday!

The only very minor down fall for us was the positioning of the studio below the main house made for quite a bit of noisy, However would book and stay again. Noise from upstairs early in the morning
