• Janelle & Michael (9/5): Tanunda fabulous place to stay - The rooms were great, spacious, clean. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. There were two couples travelling and we requested that our rooms be close together. They were not which makes it a little inconvenient. Yes the rooms were booked together and requested during the booking process that the rooms be close together.

• Trish (9/5): Great Location, Great Accommodation - We were there to see the Tour Down Under and loved the location. So close to the main road (where the race was taking place) and close to the shops for after race shopping. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment and loved the spa bath. The plumbing was a little noisy

• Carol (9/5): we were very happpy with the accomodation … the bathroom floor was a bit slippery when wet but fine - We didn’t realise the air conditioner was on so the room was pretty warm until we realised the next morning that we should have turned the heating off

Large space, lacked a coffee table by the seating area to use for drinks. Space could have been utilised better but even adding a coffee table by the couch could help. Hotel staff checking us in and when we went for a meal could have been more informative about restaurant facilities.

• Poschkens (6/5): - The only reason we did not have a good experience as we had no air-conditioning on the hottest day of the year. It was very uncomfortable therefore we had no sleep .

• Lorraine (4/5): Tanunda stay - The location was perfect for the event we were attending For what we paid, equivalent to a 3-4 star in the CBD, the facilities were very very basic. Reading the blurb about the apartment i thought the bed was in a bedroom, which it wasn't. It was a large studio apartment, with tiled floors. The coffee provided had been sitting there for a while as it had gone hard in its packet. It is basic accommodation only. Certainly not value for money in my opinion.

• Natasha (9/5): Great location, easy access to main street in Tanunda and short drive to nearby Barossa wineries - Great location, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. Spa bath was an added bonus. Issue with plumbing in bathroom sink clogging up, which they offered to fix but we were able to use kitchen sink and only there for a short stay.

• Karen (10/5): Perfect!!! Thank you to all the staff who helped me - Location, great room, quiet, amazing friendly staff. I did not arrive until 10pm but the staff waited for me to arrive. The cleaner the following day was adorable and friendly too and helped me with a few questions I had. Highly recommended. Best location if you want to walk around the town and not far drive to the wineries

• Vikki (9/5): Clean, comfortable and value for money - The location of the apartments was great. Central to the main street with many shops and options for breakfast and coffee. We arrived early at Tanunda, so we went to the hotel for lunch before checking in and collecting our key. The staff member that was working in the main bar on the Thursday afternoon (9th of October) was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Her friendliness and service were second to none. Nothing was too much bother. She arranged our check in and key while we were there without fuss, so we were able to enter our apartment any time after 2pm. Best service we have had for a very long time. Thanks so much The windows in apartment 1 had lost their rubber seals, so during the night when it was windy, the noise whistled quite loudly.

• Ozpete (10/5): A Wine Region experience I would replicate again. - Tanunda aparrtments are right in the middle of Tanundau right in the middle of the Barossa Wine Region. Very accessable and close to restaurants, wineries etc. Is this a 5* hotel, no. But it has everything you need in a clean and tidy environment close to everything.

• Brianna (2/5): Disappointed. Do not recommend - It looked pretty and was fairly convenient location wise. The room was incredibly dirty in a lot key areas causing us to not use the spa which was one of the attractions to booking the room. The linen was dirty/stained. There was nothing in the fridge not even milk to accompany the complimentary tea coffee etc causing my husband to go find coffee at 6am from elsewhere. The cleaning staff harassed by constantly knocking my on the door at 9:50am asking us to and when we’re leaving even though we had a 12pm check out. We couldn’t park in the accommodation parking and had to park across the road. Overall this was a more than disappointment for a wedding night booking. Complete waste of money and will recommend for people yo not stay here. I emailed our concerns and complaints to them and have not even received an apology much less anything else so overall disgusting customer service after the fact.

• gary (2/5): Worst accommodation out of the last 30 stays - Location Room is leaking from roof into bathroom, has been bogged up many times , my clothes for my function today are now wet , room should be condemned until fix properly , cut leg open in middle of the night due to metal cover plates covering up a large hole in the wall of toilet , sink blocked also
