• Pinto (10/5): Voltaremos em breve! - A minha estadia foi muito agradável. A localização é excelente e fica perto de tudo, o que facilitou imenso os deslocamentos. O alojamento estava limpo, confortável e exatamente como descrito. A comunicação foi sempre rápida e atenciosa, o que tornou toda a experiência ainda melhor. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar aqui sem hesitar.
• Ambra (10/5): Oltre le aspettative - La struttura si trova nel Barrio Santa Cruz, cuore turistico della città, vicinissima a tutti i luoghi d'interesse culturale, alle vie dello shopping e alla movida. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato, nonostante fosse al piano terra di una viuzza piena di locali, è risultato incredibilmente silenzioso. La casa è accogliente, molto spaziosa, pulitissima (lenzuola e asciugamani immacolati e profumati) oltre che provvista di tutti gli elettrodomestici. La camera da letto è provvista di tapperelle che evitano, durante la notte, di far penetrare la luce in camera. Gli host sono gentilissimi, pronti a fornirti qualsiasi aiuto. Possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in loco prima della partenza. Dovessi tornare a Siviglia, tornerò qui! Se proprio devo dare un consiglio, suggerisco di mettere un piccolo mobiletto nel bagno per poggiare più agevomente le cose.

• Paul (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung und optimal gelegen für einen Besuch in Sevilla - Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, direkt im Herzen Sevilla‘s. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig, Geschäfts, Restaurants, Bars ebenso. Optimal gelegen für den ÖPNV und dem Express-Bus, welcher direkt zum Flughafen fährt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Die Küche ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung verlief sehr angenehm, es gab viele Tipps und Informationen sowie Empfehlungen. Das Einchecken war ebenso angenehm mit einer Schlüsselbox. Eine Kleinigkeit, die den Aufenthalt aber nicht geschmälert hat, ist, dass eventuell die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden könnten, da man leicht in einer Kuhle liegt.

• YiMeng (4/5): 感觉被冒犯，不友好的体验。 - 地理位置很好，大部分景点都可以步行。房间很大，有洗衣机和晾干架，可以做饭。洗澡因为做的都是无障碍设置，洗澡水会漫出来。所谓的隐私窗户只是离得近因为光照看不见里面，离得远换个角度里面看得清清楚楚，可不是我们理解的隐私玻璃。 房间只要楼上震动或者敲击，粗面的墙壁就会一直掉粉。掉得到处都是，半夜都会。毛巾不管住几天只提供一次，工作人员说他们不是酒店不提供换毛巾的服务，至少我全程住过的那么多不是酒店的地方没有一家不给替换毛巾的。而且在我要求替换毛巾之后，再在whatsapp上问问题，工作人员就已读不回了，退房态度也很差。本来想过一个开心的生日，结果生日当天连干净的替换毛巾都没有，还被人已读不回，还有很多细节懒得说了，体验很差。
• Michael (9/5): Tolle Lage, toller Service! - Die Lage ist top, sehr nah an Kathedrale und Alcazar und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße abseits der Touristenströme. Empfang und Service waren super, habe von María tolle Tipps bekommen und Support bei Buchung von Fahrradtour und Flamenco-Show Eigentlich alles toll aber ist ein EG Appartment, Wohnzimmerfenster direkt zur Straße (aber vergittert, alles safe), und das Schlafzimmerfenster geht zu einem kleinen Immenhof, Lüften deshalb etwas schwierig aber das ist der einzige Wermutstropfen.

Maria assisted with all of our travel planning, including detailed bus stop instructions, taxi booking, local reservations, ets. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, spacious, in a great location and provides everything needed for a great stay. Definitely a 10!
• Hetty (10/5): GEWELDIG!! - De ruimte, ligging en Maria;-). Twee minuten open van de cathedral of Sevilla en toch heel stil ‘s nachts. FANTASTISCH MOOI PLEKJE. Ik kom heel graag terug! Misschien een top voor Maria?! Het droogrekje is beetje klein. Nog 2 erbij dan kan alle was goed drogen en hoef je niet 3 x te wassen. Er is ruimte genoeg om het kwijt te kunnen.

I have never given a full 10 on every aspect of any accommodation in all the years I have been using Booking.com. But Everything about this apartment is just perfecto ! Nothing. Absolutely Nothing.

A place that just keeps on giving everywhere you explore in the city of Seville . - Very central. 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Palace Alcázar. Great location for walking everywhere and eating out. Nothing . Host were exceptional in welcoming and helping us to sort out excursions or anything we needed.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major sights and tapas bars. The host was absolutely wonderful—the apartment had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere despite being so central. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return on a future trip. Thank you! The accommodation far exceeded my expectations. I only hope I get a chance to stay there again.

• Turner (9/5): A comfortable spacious apartment conveniently located to all the great sights in the city. - The location was excellent and the old city sights easy to access, or you can catch a tram. The hostess was kind, easy to communicate with, and always available to assist. Loved the ambiance and size of the apartment. The bed was fine but could be more comfortable. There was also some sediment flaking off of the old structured walls, but we loved the old walls being a part of the apartment.

• Emily (10/5): Tranquil apartment in a great location - We stayed in the ground floor apartment ‘bajo’. It was clean and very peaceful thanks to the fountain on the bottom floor. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maria the host was very kind and knowledgeable about the local area and gave us many tips about what to do and what to avoid. We would definitely stay here again.

• Sharon (7/5): Good - Very spacious, bedroom is at the back of apartment and quiet. Staff lovely and extremely helpful. Great location to walk anywhere. Exposed bricks look lovely but need to be treated as there is a damp issue with dust coming off. Owner looking into it. Ground floor-Bajo, does not get sunshine so feels a bit dark but this is probably a good thing in the hotter months.

• Egor (9/5): Superb - The location was very good in a quiet alley, not far from the centre. Beautiful interior and quiet bedroom, large shower, all new facilities with arranged flowers. Wall bricks were not fixated in some places, so crumbling a little dust off the brick walls along the wall, but this did not bother us much.

• Poorva (10/5): Exceptional - It's a beautiful apartment right in the centre. Staff is super helpful! Amanda was an absolute sweetheart. Just perfection! Would have liked to have a double bed. There are two single beds placed together in the apartment.
