• TAMAE (10/5): 家族5人で泊まるには最高でした。 - 駅から近く、場所もわかりやすかったので迷わずたどりつけました。隣にはローソンがあり買い物も便利だったし、飲食店もあるので助かりました。駅横のバス停からディズニーまでバス1本で行くこともでき、駅周辺でも十分に買い物もできたので子供たちも喜んでいた。立地は良いと思います。 建物に入るとき1階のラーメン屋の換気扇横を通るので、豚骨の臭いがきつかった・・・

• 선영 (9/5): - 역과 가깝고 추운 날씨였음에도 춥지가 않아서 좋았습니다. 항상 친절하게 답변해주셨고 편의점이 가까워서 편리했습니다. 다음번에 도쿄온다면 또 머물정도 입니다(가성비 좋음) 방에 거울이 있다면 좋을 것 같아요 수건을 빨래하면 괜찮은데 날씨가 추워 잘 마르지 않고 일어나 나가기 바빠서 빨래를 주기적으로 할 수 없었다는 건 아쉬웠어요

Plenty of hot water in a very small bathroom The place is decent, you have to go through one sleeping room to access the second. So have to pass through to go to the bathroom in the night. Very small bathroom.

La entrada al edificio con el olor del restaurante se hacía un poco desagradable. Respecto al apartamento el espacio era más ajustado de lo que nos imaginábamos por las imágenes

• Moises (7/5): - How clean it was and close to specific areas we were visiting. It was pretty difficult to find with how hidden it was and lack of signage. The third bed was pretty small and uncomfortable.
• chunju (7/5): 地理位置很好。買東西去哪都方便附近也很多吃的，旁邊就是堂吉訶德，隔音公寓比較不足，在溝通上面都有很快的回覆，沒有房客的前提下可以讓我門提早入住👍 - 地理位子很好在錦系町車站附近離車站腳程五分鐘，有公車各種地鐵，離淺草近不想走路也可以搭公車到淺草，地理位置好所以吃的也很多，敘敘苑、根式花丸等，還有百貨公司UNIQLO.GU買完可以拿回去放 冷暖機只有一台，如果天氣冷可能會不夠。 如果不是很親密的朋友家人，私密空間會比較不足。 廚房用具有的已經泛黃，廚具清洗程度需加強有油垢。

The beds were comfy with extra blankets and pillows. It was the right size for my family with the two separate rooms. That there wasn’t another mirror in the other rooms. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom. There was no use for the TV. A Smart TV would have been better so that we could stream/cast from our phones.

• Alya (8/5): Overall we are happy with the apartment. - Near to train station and convenient store. Kitchen well equipment. There no iron and ironing board in the apartment and we need to request. On the day 2 we received the iron after few emails send to host. Smelly from the restaurant downstairs.

Old and there was no proper area for relaxing in a sofa. Probably would work better for a family of 3.

• Mary (10/5): Everything was perfect! - This is my second time at Hotel Kinrin. I like everything about this place, its like a 2nd home to me. The internet suddenly did not work but when I reported it to the host fixed it right away.
• Tony (9/5): Over all we were very happy to stay there, we like the location and especially the host is helpful. - The restaurants are around the area, the location is convenience. The sink, water didn't go through very well, it needs to repair.
• Joash (8/5): Very good - Nearby to the Kinshicho train stations with malls and food options all around. There was also a convenience store just a few blocks away. The host was helpful and quick to reply. The entrance is located in a side alley, which was a bit difficult to find. The crowds from the restaurants and shops below can be quite noisy, although it was mostly quiet before midnight.

• Mayank (8/5): Value for money stay, inexpensive, Bit noisy neighborhood - Marvellous location. Nearest station is Kinschiso about 200m from the place. Clean place with kitchen utensils for cooking and having meals. We could leave our luggage outside the door as we reached before the check in time. We had booked this place before our departure date from Narita airport, so the nearby train station was quite conveneinet as there was a direct rapid train to airport. This was a room in a building with name Hotel Kinrin on the mailbox so trying to find the building just by the name Kinrin wasn't simple. Air conditioning in only 1 room. Nearby restaurants had exhaust near the apartment entrance so the smell was bit unpleasant. This was only while entering the building. No smell in the apartment itself.
• Scott (3/5): Cramped, dirty, smelly. Wouldn't go back. - Stunk upon entry, and if you close the window it stunk, smelt like rubbish. Bed wasn't clean, Hair on it and the fans were disgustingly dirty.

• Douglas (1/5): Run, don't walk... The other way from this one!!! - Not a thing. Didn't trust the pictures Unclean, loud and cramped. The "two bedroom" was a one bedroom with the couch removed and a small cheap table and 2 folding chairs for the "family dining area". The floors were dirty, hair stuck to the kitchen wall, no security for the building and used Grease stored in the stairwell on the 2nd floor. We RAN as soon as we could, but got no response from the property other than "no refund, but we can offer you a different place for a discounted rate"..... No way!!!!! This isn't a hotel. It's a single unit with a step out patio half taken up by the a/c condenser unit. Drunks below, a massage parlor above, crows at 5am, and paper-thin windows that look out into an electrical transformer..... Not family friendly as advertised. The photographer for this ad is amazing and could probably make a rusted out Yugo look like a new Bentley!

• Ilnaz (5/5): While the apartment was not comfortable, I enjoyed my time in Tokyo. - The only two positive comments I have about this property are the good location and a wardrobe. It was easy to get around. Very basic amenities, tiny rooms, noisy neighbourhood and the property does not have appropriate features to block the noise. I heard noise from the elevator, neighbours entering and exiting their apartments, street noise. This apartment is dark, cold and humid. There is an air conditioner but it doesn’t operate in dehumidification option. The toilet doesn’t have a comfortable seat, neither it has bidet functionality. The bathroom is tiny - looks like a doll’s bathroom. There is a washing machine in the apartment, but my clothes were not washed appropriately. No drying machine is available. It’s better to use a coin laundry somewhere else. If you are short on budget, this apartment is OK-ish.
• Hasrul (8/5): During our 8-day stay in Sumida for the Tokyo Marathon, my family and I found the location of the apartment is very stra - Location - almost near to Tren Station, Mall, Skytree, Park etc. At night its a bit noisy since there’s a shop, restaurant and bar downstairs.

• Alexander (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Tokyo and the hotel was accessible to a lot of places. - Location is accessible to a lot of restaurant, Lawson mart, train/subway station, shopping store, airport limousine bus stop, etc. Place is near Yoshinoya, our favorite place to eat our dinner. There's only one heater for the whole room and it is located at the main bedroom or at the back of the room. Since it was winter when we arrived in Tokyo, it was cold at the kitchen area, bathroom and 2nd bedroom.

• Chi (9/5): great location, close to train station and shopping mall and easy access to Airport bus stop - very close to the JR train station within 5 mins walk. With large shopping mall and local shops within 5 mins walk form hotel. The airport bus service stop was within 10 mins walk which was very convenient considering we had 8 large suitcases and so the underground would have been very tricky. very convenient for everything just off the main street probably not a dislike as such as its just off the main street with bars and food places, meant we could hear noises from the street at 5th floor from people in bars. This is expected as its so close to the central and with lots of bars and food places. It didn't really bother us and we went to sleep around 11.30pm and it was quiet enough.
• Vanessa (8/5): Very good - It was close to a big train station and several bus stops, so travelling around the city was convenient. The clothes washing was free (washing machine while drying by hanging things outside). Closet space was surprisingly large. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, multiple malls, and a big park that regularly had flee markets and shows to keep us entertained. The bed was fine, but the couch bed was loud and squeaky. I moved around a lot in my sleep, so I made a lot of noise unintentionally. There is only a heater/air-conditioning unit in the bedroom, so the second room (which is actually a living room between the bedroom and kitchen) only gets some of the heat/cooling. There are bars below the apartment, and most night there were drunk people yelling and laughing late into the night. Nothing bad, angry, or violent like I am used to in Canada, but still noisy is you are an early sleeper.

• Saul (9/5): Superb - Although I only stayed one night, I found it to be a comfortable stay for my party of three. The property also provides a washing machine which I found handy. The location is great as it is close to Skytree Tower as well as a short walk from public transportation stations. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby for your convenience. It could use a bit of updating as far as interior decor.
