- Rubén (10/5): Pequeño pero acogedor - Juan fue súper amable y cercano. Puedes utilizar la cocina y aunque es un sitio pequeño se siente acogedor. La habitación compartida es algo pequeña pero tiene aire acondicionado y puedes dejar tus cosas en el armario de fuera

Todo está disponible para usar, limpio, espacios amplios, ubicación increíble. Volvimos incluso en nuestro viaje por lo cómodo que fue estar ahí. Gracias Juan por darnos un hogar en Santa Marta, es lo q necesitas a veces cuando estás recorriendo Colombia casi un mes.

Les chambres étaient bien Il fait très chaud dans les chambres mais Juan est en train de réfléchir à mettre en place une climatisation pour que vos nuits soient fraîches. La cuisine est très petite mais dans l’ensemble il y a de tout. La douche et la chambre mériterait un coup de balai, beaucoup de saleté sous le lit malheureusement et le rideau de douche à changer plus souvent

Has outdoor and indoor communal area and kitchen. Dani on reception is great, she has fluent English for those like me whose Spanglish is not good enough. Kitchen small which might b an issue if there is full occupancy.

The place isn't really suitable for the intended purpose, it is really hot inside and even with a fan you will have issues to sleep in this heat.
