Guest Reviews
- Brandon (10/5): Wonderful stay for our big family - Property was huge and perfect location the host went above and beyond and fast reply’s Nothing to not like
- Carly (9/5): - Wonderful clean, light house in an absolutely fantastic location. Comfortable beds, lovely communal spaces and a wonderful garden. One thing we commented on was the lack of cleaning products. In places we have stayed in previously these have always been readily available (we are a group who like cleaning up after ourselves!) Had we have known there would be limited products we would have brought our own.
- thomas (10/5): -
- Jenish (10/5): -
- Sara anna (8/5): Excellent! - Absolutely amazing stay, very spacious and beautiful! Especially the hot tub! Kids and the whole family enjoyed the stay! The neighbours were very rude unfortunately.
- Mark (10/5): Had a lovely two nights here for my partners 60th with friends and family could not have gone better - Large clean home with a lovely big back garden fully enclosed with a wonderful jacuzzi Nothing
- startin (10/5): - Location excellent, plenty of parking space. Very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.
- Pippa (10/5): Perfect!!! - The property was clean and spacious, as soon as you opened the door it had a homely feel, everything you could possibly need and more was there, it has been very well thought out. It was an absolute dream for my family. There wasn’t anything I could say I did not like, it was a dream for us, we have 6 children one younger with additional needs and having space really helped him, we managed to bring my in laws and they had time to just relax it’s a dream house for us, the only thing we did not like was having to leave!
- Vanessa (8/5): Amazing location for a big family, clean and spacious - Spacious property for a family of 15! Great living room space, cute Christmas tree addition. The hut tub and garden was great and the rooms and en-suites were very comfy. Quick communication and good location by the sea and pier. There was a strong sewage smell coming from one of the downstairs room we had to leave to get plug ins and cook to cover the smell. There is also not enough pans to cook for over 6 people id say which is a real shame. Neighbours were quite rude to the kids who stayed in the hot tub late without music but just laughing and being kids just after the curfew.
- Sudharshani (10/5): Modern property with all facilities. 10 out of 10. - Facilities and the location is great Not ideal when you have a group of noisy kids as it’s a attached property and could disturb the neighbour
- David (8/5): Lovely relaxing weekend - Clean
Modern
On the beach Nothing
Expensive compared to local options
- Elif tarlacik (7/5): beautiful house, however ruined by neighbour next door! - The house itself was amazing. our stay was marred by issues with the neighbours next door. We wanted a relaxing stay-cation for my husband’s birthday, and there were six couples staying together — enjoying the hot tub from 9 pm onwards (with no music, just conversation). Yet the neighbours repeatedly opened their windows shouting at us, insisting we go inside, harassing us despite our quiet behaviour.
While the house itself was amazing — clean, spacious, and with en-suites in every room — this experience caused stress and confusion for us and really detracted from what should have been a celebratory event. This matter may need to be addressed by the landlord in conjunction with the neighbour, because unfortunately it destroyed the restful stay we were looking forward to.
- Nshiw (8/5): Large sized house, great location, bring your own induction hob friendly pots & pansn - Location is perfect, beach and sea in walking distance.
Size of the property is perfect for large family gatherings and the rooms were of great size most with their own en-suites We had pre-prepped food in our own saucepans and when we arrived at 6/7pm we found out the hob is an induction hob, meaning we couldn’t heat our food up. I think a normal electric hob would have been an easier choice.
The saucepans provided are very small considering the house is made to sleep/cater to 16 people. Larger saucepans would have been useful :)
Other than that no issues, just really struggled with the food prep side of things!
- Tatian (10/5): Loved it - It was very nice and cosy. The location it’s amazing, everything inside looks pretty modern. I will definitely come back.
- Hayley (10/5): - The house was much larger than I expected and all rooms were decorated to a high standard and very clean. The location was perfect
- Kirsty (10/5): Excellent views! Great for a family stay & social get together. Super clean! Would book again! - Location was perfect, great view! Property was perfect for a large gathering with large rooms throughout. Social spaces were really ideal for number of staying. Property was clean throughout. Would happily book again!
- MARTYN (10/5): Lovely Place - Close to where we were working. Clean and spacious accommodation with plenty of parking available. Host was always responsive and helpful.
- Hayley (9/5): Family gathering - Very nice house was lovely for a family gathering for the night
- Andrew (10/5): -
- Louise (9/5): Great house for a celebration - Lovely house for a large group. Nearly all rooms have an en-suite and all good in size. Big garden with hot tub. Undercover outdoor seating and BBQ. Good location.
Very good value for money.
We were a party of 18 and had a great time. The only negative was there was not enough forks and limited kitchen equipment with only 1 tea towel provided. Other than that brilliant.

- Julie (10/5): Sea views, exceptional and beautiful family home, dog friendly with hot tub! - Beautiful house, lovely quiet part of Great yarmouth. Lovely sea views. Secure garden for dog.
Well equipped with everything you could wish for including fans and Tvs in each room.
Ensuites. Hot tub. Lots of parking
Lovely family memories made. Thank you.
Good communication from hosts. House spotless and comfortable.
- Julie (8/5): A perfect property for all the family to stay and celebrate a special birthday, thank you. - Perfect location with the beach, pier, town and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of clean comfortable rooms, all with decent sized en-suites. Added bonus of having use of the hot tub. Nice size garden and great that our son’s dog was welcome. Great to have off road parking. We had 4 cars and plenty of room to park and even if more parking was required there was parking available on the road in the crescent. When staying at a property it is never going to be like home from home so I am not going A to be picky and say it was perfect for our family get together, thank you.
- Barley (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay - Very spacious and comfortable, beds and showers amazing not far from all the entertainment, our family had a long weekend and it was not long enough, we all never wanted to go home. Very minor things, no tea towels, dishwasher tabs, hooks on bedroom or shower room doors
- Keith (10/5): - The rooms were huge, the beds were really comfortable and there was a lovely big garden plus plenty of parking.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaria (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (9/5): Amazing - Covered barbecue area, big garden and jacuzzi. Everything was perfect!
- Kirsty (9/5): Brilliant house and great location - Absolutely amazing house! So well set up for a big group.
Would and have recommended to friends.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neil (10/5): A little place of paradise - Lovely big clean rooms, very comfortable beds, all facilities provided, absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended.
- Jackie (8/5): Great property but address was wrong - Size of rooms Confusion of location. Wrong address on property page. Which lead to restaurant booking being 15 minute drive instead of a 3 minute walk. The restaurant was a recommendation on the property page. Could do with info leaflet on arrival for hottub instructions and oven instruction. Also windows could do with a clean. The house provided everything we needed. Would stay again.
- Billy (10/5): You won't regret it - Excellent location, and the house was stunning with loads of space and views are incredible perfect getaway for families you will not regret this goldmine ! N/A
- Ruth (9/5): An enjoyable short break in a property with excellent facilities - The property is in an excellent location. it's in a quiet part of Great Yarmouth but only a 15 minute walk through the Venetian gardens to the pier and beach Nothing, we all really liked the property
- Malcolm (10/5): Perfect place - We were a party of friends and family.. Everything was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable. The owner even made the beds up as singles for us at our request. All the rooms were large and most were en suite. The outside seating area was undercover. The garden was completely enclosed, ideal if you have dogs.
It was just a short, pleasant walk alongside the waterway to the brittania pier and funfair, although it wasn't open when we went in March. They only supplied one tea towel, which we put under the draining rack as there was no draining board! .. but no hardship, maybe take your own tea towel. We used the dishwasher mostly anyway. There was also no chopping board that we could find, and the handle on the integrated freezer door kept pulling off, but we managed!!
It didn't stop us from enjoying the property.
- Rhonda (10/5): Fabulous hour by the sea, so modern and so clean, loved our stay!! - It was spacious and very clean Nothing
- Joseph (5/5): Passable - It’s not in Gorleston …. It’s not in Gorleston
- Peter (10/5): Perfect for a family special occasion - The property’s location was perfect. The bedrooms were all lovely, no one had a bad room, all with en-suite. The family areas were great with plenty of room. Garden safe and secure for dogs. No
- Viktorija (10/5): Awesome! - We were pleasantly surprised from the first step in the house. It was clean warm and very welcoming. Rooms are spacious, well laid out and well equipped. Outside area and jacuzzi was an awesome addition. Would definitely book again.
- Melanie (10/5): Brilliant for family get away and so much space it’s a beautiful house. - Location was fantastic. The room sizes are amazing all bathroom and kitchen essentials provided. Stop on u have a fabulous property.
- Courtney (10/5): Amazing would book again! - Very spacious for large family or group, we loved that there was lots of en-suites so no fighting over the bathroom.
Very clean and no issues No issues
- Matt (8/5): Very good -
- Varaperathap (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (9/5): Great find. House good size and layout. Lovely location - Great house and great location, perfect for a large family get together. Loved that is was dog friendly and the en-suites for each room. Plus really good communal spaces and hot tub. Excellent off road parking too Minor things. No dishwasher tablets and a few maintenance issues like a broken toilet seat.
- Hollie (8/5): Wonderful stay with friends and family - House layout was fantastic, it was very clean and modern. Wonderful setting and great access to Yarmouth. The house isn’t in Gorleston, it is Great Yarmouth.
Plenty of space for everyone to socialise together and very comfortable environment. Plenty of parking, garden and hot tub was a great bonus. And everything seems well looked after. We were told by the owner we could check in earlier than stated, but on arrival we were greeted by a very rude intimidating cleaner who told me I was too early and even after explaining, he continued in a rude manner that I would never have been given that time and demanded I recite the key code to him.
Some Of the floors and staircases are a little uneven.
- Jemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Madeleine (10/5): Not in Gorleston-On-Sea! - Immaculate! Dog mess in the garden.
- Annette (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay, couldn’t fault anything about it - House is beautifully refurbished, really well stocked and absolutely perfect location There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property
- Georgia (10/5): Brilliant property for large groups! Completely recommend! - Contact free key collection. Plentiful parking for 6+ cars. A brilliantly fully stocked kitchen, with more than enough utensils for the size of the property. Brilliant size for our 3 families (12 people aged from 9 months - 40 years). All cleaning equipment, soap, hoover, bin bags and dishwasher tablets etc. Included. The beds were so comfortable. A fan in every room was an added bonus. Extremely clean and everything was brand new. Hottub and garden was wonderful - such a brilliant space. The coal for the BBQ was included in our stay which was amazing. There was 10 devices connected to the WiFi without any fault. Every room had a television and ensuites. (Except the third floor which the 2 rooms had a shared bathroom with a full sized bath and walk in shower). 3 bedrooms with ensuites on the ground floor which was great for family members with mobility issues. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back again! Completely recommend if you're a large group wanting sea views and a minute walk to the beach! Communication was brilliant with Glenn who helped throughout our stay! Thank you! The address maybe listed wrong on Booking.com as it's Marine Crescent, Great Yarmouth not Marine Parade, Gorleston-on-Sea on my maps so may cause a little confusion. However the postcode is correct.
- Mai (10/5): Exceptional -
