• Rachel (9/5): Lovely place in a great location - Really loved staying here! The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions, and gave very detailed instructions for checking in. The bed was super comfy and it was great value for money. The location was perfect as well - so close to loads of shops and restaurants (also Family Mart literally round the corner) but far away enough from the busy main streets that it was also really quiet. I ended up extending my stay here by 2 nights! There is no bedside lamp, so to turn the light off at night i would have to find my way back to the bed in the dark. Also meant there was no low lighting option- just the very bright ceiling light. There was also no wardrobe so I couldn't properly unpack, although there was a rail to hang things on. Also noticed that the area behind the headboard of the bed was very dusty and definitely needed a clean.

• Kim Anh (8/5): Comfortable stay for two, not too deep into Dotonbori - Self-check in was easy and clearly explained. We had no issue getting in or leaving. The apartment is perfect for two, but I wouldnt recommen it for three. The third mattress which also functions as a sofa is not very comfortable and felt very sat through. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Japanese homes are often moldy, I understand. However, you could see mold stains in the air conditioner and below the foot rest in the bathroom. It was a bit uncomfortable. Our carpet was also not very well cleaned as it had so much hair and dust on it, which was not from us.

After a tiring day of touring around, the bed were what we looking forward to. Nope. We like the stay so much and definitely will recommend it to others.

• Noor (9/5): Superb - Super comfortable for staycation with complete basic facilities in a quiet area, but still walkable distance to stores and train stations. The host was really quick to respond to all my inquiries.
• Anh (5/5): Passable - Generally good area and central location with 5 min walk to Kuromon market, unfortunately mostly a touristic market. App 10 min walk to Namba station and central location in Dotonbori area which was great. House where apartment was situation is newly built so very fresh and easy access to apartment via key system etc. If location is important, then this is a good choice. Even though the apartment is newly built, the decoration, choice of colors and also quality of bed etc has been chosen as budget standard. Double bed is only 140 cm so would not fit two person of western size. No roof lamp, no drawer beside the bed so very budget and simple choices. Only one electrical outlet for the total room and it is placed far away from bed. Very little logic or comfort. The maintenance is handled out an outsourcing company who has no responsibility if something is broken. We were unlucky since we had no warm water for 6 days. Maintenance company refused to come out and have a look at the gas tube problem and we had to help them to check. Huge delay in feedback so it was not resolved until after 6 days when we only had 1 day left of our stay. The discussion re compensation was also not pleasant at all. Would not chose this accomodation again due ot the lack of support if experiencing problems.
