• Zaw (10/5): Marina Rooms Naples - Very central and beautiful location. Public transport is just a few hundred metres away. Simone is very friendly and helpful. He met us outside our accommodation, so it was easy to find. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Restaurants outside your doorstep. Take a long walk along the coast and there's endless choices of restaurants. You can see Vesuvius from the balcony. Only minor fault is that a quilt would have made our sleeping more comfortable. But we've come from winter in Australia, so quite used to a heavy quilt.
• Guest (9/5): Vedi Napoli e poi------tornaci!!!!! - La posizione è ottima e ben servita. I mezzi pubblici erano molto facili da prendere. La colazione molto buona. Ci tornerei in un prossimo soggiorno e lo consigliere ad amici. Nulla. E' stato tutto molto bello. Forse mi impegnerei per far mettere un ascensore un po' più moderno. Noi non lo abbiamo mai preso perchè non ci sembrava molto affidabile...
• Tatiana (3/5): Disappointing experience - Unfortunately, had a bad experience with this place. For some reason the room was not prepared for me, even though I arrived in the evening and we were messaging back and forth about my arrival. They tried to suggest to put me in some other place for one night, which was absolutely not appropriate, and I had to argue with multiple people for them to provide me at least clean sheets to spend the night at the place. They said they would reimburse me for the first night, but that never happened and my messages later were ignored. It's a shame because the place was fine and good location, but a very stressful experience.

E la disponibilità nel tenerci i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Un posticino da tornarci in qualsiasi stagione. Credo niente, oppure, alla sera e’ un po’ rumorosa la via perché è molto trafficata, ma, per i miei gusti, tutto molto affrontabile :)

• Sara (6/5): - De locatie was super goed. Alles was aanwezig en zag er schoon uit! Onze vlucht was vertraagd waardoor we pas om 12 uur ‘s avonds aankwamen. In eerste instantie moesten we €15 betalen voor een late checkin. Nu was het dus nog eens later geworden door de vertraging en moesten we opeens nog €30 betalen. Wat prima is als er iemand komt en die dus veel later moet komen. Dat was bij ons alleen niet zo. Om 12 uur ‘s nachts stonden wij (2 jonge meiden) midden op straat te wachten op info om binnen te komen want dat zou hij pas sturen als we er waren. Pas na 5x bellen, veel appjes gestuurd te hebben en lang wachten werd er op een appje gereageerd met een code hoe we binnen konden komen. Onze deur van de kamer was open en wij hadden dus geen idee dat hier eigenlijk een pasje voor nodig was. (wij dachten dat dit ook met een code ging vanwege het zelfde systeem op de deur) hierdoor vertrokken wij de volgende dag zonder het pasje (er vanuit gaande dat het pasje alleen nodig was voor de stroom en de code hetzelfde was als de andere deur) toen we vervolgens naar binnen wilde ging de deur logischerwijs niet open. In plaats van excuses kregen we een appje met “als het nog een keer gebeurd moet je €15 betalen” terwijl als er iemand was gekomen om ons in te checken en waarvoor we dus ook €30 moesten betalen dit nooit gebeurd zou zijn. Daarnaast krijg je in de kamer een koelkastje, super fijn! Echter doet de stroom het alleen met het pasje en omdat wij niet de hele dag op onze kamer zitten werden de vleeswaren voor het ontbijt heel warm.

• Jill (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet, safe neighborhood near shopping and great restaurants. Out host Simone was extremely helpful and accommodating.

• Лен (9/5): Superb - Naples is great, location of Marina Rooms is very good, too. However, we are disappointed that some of facilities were not available: iron - we didn't find it, safes, coffee machines - we failed to use them, fridge in Klimt room - out of order. And we are extremely disappointed that our rooms were made up only once a week and without removing dust from the floor and furniture and even without changing bed linen and towels - they remained unchanged during all our stay (8 days). • Lidiane (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great, with beautiful views and the cleanliness was fine throughout our stay. However, the photos made it seem like we were renting the entire apartment, but it was actually just one room with shared common areas. The room is for two people only, and the third "bed" was not really a bed or a sofa, making it uncomfortable for an adult—probably better suited for a child.

• Patricia (6/5): We liked the room and location. - The room and bathroom were large and updated. The location was good. The room and common area smelled like bad air freshener. It was a very noisy location because of the traffic. I didn’t have a problem but if you are a light sleeper it might keep you awake. When we got there the young man who was hired to meet us told us there were only three coffee pods for our whole stay. We were staying five nights. We had to go out and buy them. The water that was left in the coffee maker had scum floating on it. I had to clean it. When I went to wash it in the sink at the common area there was only hand soap, no dish detergent and no towel or paper towels. We had to buy paper towels and dish detergent to clean the coffee cups. We were told if we wanted the room cleaned we had to hang the sign on the door. I didn’t need the room made up the first night. The second night I spilled water and had to use a towel to clean up because there wasn’t anything else to use and we hadn’t bought the paper towels yet. I put the dirty towel on the floor of the bathroom and requested the room be cleaned. When I came back the dirty towel was placed on the windowsill in a rumpled mess. That happened twice so it was intentional. I didn’t feel like contacting the young gentleman again because I wasn’t really sure if his function there. I contacted him about the air freshener that was causing me an allergic reaction and told. Him he could check the room. He said there wasn’t an air freshener in there. I assume he was the person to contact for problems but I didn’t really get the feeling he was in charge. I liked the location and the room itself but felt there could be better management.
