• Bruce (4/5): Good location but misleading facilities - Location was good and beds were good Not clean, towels provided were ripped and dirty. The he pictures clearly show a hot tub on balcony however this wasn’t present. Appreciate thur are multiple properties in the tower however I booked outhouse and when you click Theon penthouse pictures picture 8 has a hot tub
• Hyldgard Christensen (9/5): Flot, ren og rummelig lejlighed med den bedste beliggenhed uden støj. - Fantastisk beliggenhed og soveværelset mod gaden var lydisoleret så meget lidt støj. Meget rent og spa’en blev fyldt op til os, da vi kom - dejligt med to badeværelser og terrassen var skøn. God plads til opbevaring af tøj. Køkkenet er meget sparsomt indrettet - ikke engang de mest basic krydderier, et viskestykke etc. så svært at lave mad. Alt var rent og pænt men mange ting ‘hang’ lidt - køkkenskufferne hang, tapeter krøllede op, et armatur var løst etc. men den flotte rengøring gjorde at det alligevel ikke var ‘trist’

Niet kunnen douchen. Op laatste dag trok zelfs het toilet niet door. Badkamer niet heel schoon, kitranden zouden vervangen moeten worden.

• Fiona (10/5): - We have stayed in this complex before in another apartment. This time we had stairs to the bedroom and bathroom where before it was on the level. Luckily we had no mobility issues. It is a great place to stay with lots of space to spread out. It would have been good if there had been somewhere to put our drinks and plastic cups for the hot tub. The outside light didn't work, it was a winter break which was a bit of a pain to see where we were stepping. Minor fault . The location, the indoor and out door space.

Denne leiligheten passer ikke for 6 personer som skal sove over,stua er absolutt ikke ett alternativ til soverom pga at enkelte vil se TV når andre vil legge seg

• Michael (8/5): Nice stay in an apartment with a great location - Location was brilliant. Very close to the central rail station and with a shop right next door for your essentials. Very central to all the amenities and close to the port. View from the outside area was amazing and noise levels inside were very low despite being on the main street. Kitchen had everything you needed and had the bare minimum of soaps etc that you needed to get you through a stay if you were economical with it. Useful. Apartment was clean but some of it is getting a bit tired. The hot tub worked but the cladding was falling off and the tub itself is cracked. But hey it's a hot tub on the 5th floor with a great view and I can imagine replacing it would be very difficult. Pull out bed was a bit soft and uncomfy but was fine for the kids. Some cigarette butts on the decking which could have been cleared up.
• Iulia (7/5): Looks amazing but read the reviews first - The location is great and the 2 terraces of the loft apartment are amazing . A lot of space and light . It’s very close to the market and a lot of shops and restaurants . The downside ,for us ,was the water . It was rusty and it was running out every night, at midnight. They said it has to do with municipality and the construction sites in the area. And that it is temporary .But for an entire week ,nothing changed. The jacuzzi wasn’t in a good shape , but we brought chloride pills from home and we used it .It was working. Also, the furniture on the terraces was in a poor shape . The cleaning services should be improved .

The keypad entry was good instead of keys There was a single bed in the living room area The terrace looked nothing like the photos online; the artificial turf was soaking wet and worn away, there weren’t any comfortable chairs/loungers on the terrace as shown in the pictured
• Paul (2/5): I travel a great deal and this was the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend this accommodation. - The size of the apartment and location This is not a four star or penthouse luxury apartment. The apartment was filthy with furnishings and items in very poor condition, especially the hot tub and terrace area. The water was closed off during the night with no flowing water and the air con did not work. Albeit, this did then get fixed. There is no safe for your belongings and after numerous complaints about the standard there has been no further response from iloft Malaga. We paid extra to upgrade to the penthouse and this was a waste of money as the standard was extremely poor and very disappointing. I do have further photos of the terrace as this was a disgrace.
• Johann Ulrich (4/5): Wir würden diese Unterkunft wahrscheinlich nicht wieder buchen. - Die Lage war sehr, sehr gut. Im Zentrum von Málaga an der Alameda Principal. Die Busse in alle Richtungen waren quasi vor der Haustür... Das obere und untere Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung entsprach nicht wirklich den Abbildungen. Die Liegestühle auf den Balkonen waren nicht zu gebrauchen (kaputt und sehr dreckig). Dasselbe galt auch für die Dusche und den Whirlpool. Ausserdem lagen überall Zigarettenstummel rum. Der Kühlschrank roch extrem eklig.
• Andrea (9/5): Eine Woche Malaga - wir kommen wieder. - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, zwar an der Hauptstraße, darüber kann man aber gern weghören. Die beiden Terrassen sind toll. Auch im Oktober haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten nur draußen zu uns genommen. Das Bad, die gut ausgestattete Küche, der Whirlpool und auch die kuschligen Handtücher machten den Aufenthalt richtig schön. Die Markthalle ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Und Hafen und Altstadt sind 2- 3 fussläufig erreichbar. Rundum der perfekte Standort für eine Woche Malaga Stadt ❤️

• Natalie (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kann das Zentrum, den Markt, als auch den Hafen schnell zu Fuß erreichen Die Einrichtung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und gehört einmal erneuert, vielleicht auch ein neuer Anstrich und dann strahlt alles im neuen Glanz :) die Betten knarren wenn man sich hineinlegt und auch das Sofa knarrt schon, im Außenbereich gehört die Holzverkleidung vom Whirpool erneuert

The picture of the accommodation advertised was not a fair representation of the accommodation provided. There were only 2 wine glasses for 4 people, we had to buy glasses.
• Jacqueline (3/5): We enjoyed our stay in Malaga but were disappointed with the standard of the property. - Location is excellent. Roof terrace offers great views of Malaga. Property wasn’t clean on arrival and some furnishings were shabby and in need of repair. Photos on booking.com show a well finished new apartment which are not a good representation of the property. Hot tub was dirty and unfit for use.

Beaucoup de dysfonctionnements au départ :ménage à revoir ,car sol sal;évier bouché ; poignée de porte cassée ;jacuzzi en très mauvais état et vide à notre arrivée,avec problème de remplissage.Et il manque beaucoup de choses ,notamment dans la cuisine ,peu de fourchettes,couteaux et très peu de verres. Toutes les assises extérieures sales ,et brûlées par le soleil .C est dommage de ne pas entretenir un si bel appartement.

• Gry (9/5): Flott, romslig leilighet med stor, solrik balkong, veldig bra aircondition og perfekt beliggenhet - Leiligheten var veldig stor og fin med med veldig bra aircondition og internett. Beliggenheten var fin med kort avstand både til sentrum, senteret og havna. Sovesofaen var ødelagt og det var satt inn en enkeltseng i stua isteden. Dette gikk greit for oss som bare var tre i leiligheten, men hadde vært krise hvis vi var seks personer. Da vi ankom, kom vi ikke inn i leiligheten og slet lenge med å prøve forskjellige koder vi fikk. Til slutt kom det en tekniker og så på døra og det endte med at han satte inn en nøkkellås isteden og skulle komme tilbake dagen etter og reparere dørkoden. Vi fikk bare en nøkkel til denne låsen, men tenkte det var greit siden de skulle fikse dørkoden. De kom aldri og reparerte dørkoden og vi hadde derfor bare en nøkkel hele oppholdet, noe som var litt upraktisk da vi noen ganger skulle ut på forskellige tider.

The location was great The air con upstairs didn't work very well (and we kept the doors closed) so it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night The sun loungers need replacing. They were strapped together with bungee cord so the owners must know they are broken The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. It dipped in the middle. There was only a single flat sheet left for the double sofa bed and no pillow cases for the pillows which were left for the sofa bed. The water completely ran out in the early hours of the morning upstairs.

Dirty / Rotten / Awful - The outside area was nothing like what was advertised the wood around the hot tub was rotten with panels off the side of the hot tub with cables all hanging out. Hot tub had leaked all the water out due to cracks in it, we could only use the hot tub on the last night of stay. only one function worked on the hot tub! The A/C unit in the bed room was leaking and had stained the wall and door frame this is a massive health concern. I complained during my stay, and I complained to booking.com the owners would not reply to them either. False advertising, the outside area is dirty and rotten nothing like their pictures!

• Zoe (7/5): Excellent location but slightly shabby apartment - The flats are in an excellent location and all the sights and restaurants are an easy walk away. The access was straightforward and the arrangements were well communicated. The flat is a little shabby. It was probably ‘deluxe’ when new but it is now showing signs of needing attention. One kitchen cupboard was damaged and hanging off. The tap was broken in the bathroom and the sink / shower and plugs all had black mould. The living room was covered in stains. We didn’t go in the hot tub as there was sediment in it and based on the rest of the apartment we were not convinced it would be clean.

• Adrian (5/5): Great location. Poor maintenance. - The location was excellent. Few minutes walk to the harbour or to the shops and bars. The views from the balcony’s were beautiful overlooking Malaga. Large apartment and large kitchen. Good size bathroom and plenty of towels. Lots of maintenance issues. Had it been just one or two, but we noticed more as the days went on. Lamp next to TV not working. Toaster, you had to hold it down manually till toast was done. Dead bird and weeds on balcony. Door handle missing. Main door to apartment, surroundings coming away both inside and out. Fire extinguisher empty or no pressure. Hit tub area, bare wires, broken table, outdoor shower head broken. No bathrobes/slippers which you would expect with it being a hot tub apartment. And on our final morning, no water pressure. Just managed a dribble to brush out teeth. So not able to shower before leaving for the airport. Finally, the walk-in closet area, not one drawer for socks/underwear/ t-shirts etc. Could be an amazing place if just a little more time was spent on the upkeep.

• Zhanna (10/5): Exceptional - Very cool apartments on the main street with a beautiful view and convenient location. The beach, the embankment, the center, transport, supermarket, market - everything is nearby. Convenient electronic access by code, no need to carry keys. We liked everything in the apartment: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, which has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Everything is clean and works. The four of us had enough space. I would especially like to note the soundproofing in the apartment: since part of the windows overlook a busy avenue, it is naturally very noisy - people, transport, parrots. But if you close the windows, the silence is ideal for sleeping and relaxing. The presence of a jacuzzi, this certainly complements the rest on cool autumn evenings. It was clean and heated to a comfortable temperature all days of our vacation. The owners were always in touch and answered all questions. So we recommend it with all our hearts and thank you for a wonderful vacation.
• Leila (6/5): Great location but Jacuzzi didn't work as expected - The apartment itself is beautiful and matches the pictures. The location is probably the best part as is it close to all the main places (main square and waterfront) We were very disappointed with the jacuzzi which didnt function at first and then someone came to "fix" it but it took 24hr to get warm, at which time we had to leave already. The person we were in contact with was responsive by text but never answered the phone so they could help solve the problem better. Overall, we were quite displeased with the experience as the jacuzzi was the reason we chose this stay over another.
• Phil (7/5): Very good except for the hot tub. - Excellent location. The hot tub was filthy, cracked and in very poor condition. I did report this but was told it was due to the recent hot weather. It had nothing to do with the weather, the condition was similar when I stayed there earlier in the year. The hot tub needs cleaning and repair or should be replaced. It was not safe to use.
• Robyn (5/5): Great Apartment, Only Downside was Water Supply Issues - We loved this apartment, it is one of the best we've stayed in. Huge space, big comfortable couch, fast reliable wi-fi, spotlessly clean, 2 private outdoor terraces just for this apartment, on the main level the terrace overlooked the street and had a dining table and also outdoor lounge furniture. The upper terrace had deck chairs and a jacuzzi with city view. It would have been great to have basic coffee/tea supplies in the kitchen, but not a dealbreaker, we just had to get something from the local supermarket in the morning. The main issue was the water supply. We arrived after midnight because there were 90 minute queues to clear customs and immigration at the airport due to staffing shortages, then found when we tried to shower before bed there was no running water. The 24 hour helpline was on hand and promised to send someone over at 10am to take a look. The following morning we had water supply but no hot water. The maintenance person turned up as promised and told us the hot water cylinder was turned off, so easily resolved, however the next night, we still had no water supply to the apartment and so again couldn't shower before bed. I found out from another source that there have been water restrictions in the area and sometimes there is no supply between midnight and 6am, which if true, would explain the issue and it is beyond the apartment owners' control. However I was surprised that nobody mentioned this to us when we advised the apartment managers of the problems. I deducted one star for this reason - being able to take a shower in an executive priced apartment is really a given. But everything else aside from this was great!

So nice we are booking again for next year. Keys weren’t at the office when we arrived at 4.30 and so had a bit of a delay getting in trying to track down the cleaners at the building. It’s a bit scruffy with broken door handles and a hole in the decking/ dead plants in pots. The hot tub also needs a deep clean.

• Mark (9/5): Fantastic weeks holiday in a fabulous well equipped apartment in the heart of Malaga - Location was perfect,2 minutes walk to historic centre .15 mins to beach .within a lovely old building , stylish , clean ,very well equipped ,spacious apartment. Beds were very comfortable.lovely large bright living area with big sofa and dining table ,nice having two large windows and balcony overlooking pedestrian street below .Great kitchen with dishwasher .Fabulous having two bathrooms .lovely showers in both and washing machine ! We loved having the outside terrace with jacuzzi ,and table and chairs .supermarket less than a minutes walk away .Wi-Fi worked well . Air con worked well . We stayed in August so some day’s temperature was up to 38 degrees ! it would have been great if the jacuzzi temperature could have been cooler than it was . Not all the jets were working .The cover for the jacuzzi was a bit ripped in places so shedding some of its insulation balls onto artificial grass ,and the wooden panels could do with some freshening up .

The hot tub stopped working and couldn't be fixed,the side of the tub kept falling off revealing wires, nails and the light fittings fell off the wall . There were holes in the terrace floor. I complained about these issues as I didn't feel it was worth the money with so many problems. But I have had no reply. It spoiled my mother's 70th birthday celebration as we couldn't spend the afternoon in the tub as planned

Close to the port, the historic city centre, SOHO, the Alcazaba and the market (Mercado de Atarazanas). Spacious living room, nice decor, comfortable beds, good facilities, everything was fantastic. I would definitely go back again. -

• Linda (8/5): Lovely apartment in ideal location but needing a few improvements. - A beautiful apartment in an ideal location. The space available was great; all rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had all that was needed, bed was comfy, hot tub relaxing, lovely front views of Alameda Principal. All was clean. The apartment wasn't ready at time of check in. Staff arrived at office about 15mins later with key. The hot tub was not available for use until our 2nd day, as it had only been refilled the afternoon of check in; this was disappointing. Artificial grass on terrace was soaked, steps from bedroom to terrace were wobbly. Shower leaked. No welcome pack. The office where the key was collected was a good walk from apartment and we had to find it ourselves. We would have appreciated instructions as to how the appliances, aircon and tv worked. Apartment a little tired.
• Tommi (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, elegant and clean apartment. Two bathrooms. Sunny terrace with privacy and a jacuzzi. Excellent location in the city center. Bedrooms (2+2) were soundproof from the traffic noise. Parking house 1 block away. Livingroom isn't soundproof and the city noise might be disturbing if you sleep on the living room sofa bed.
• David (6/5): Overall I would stay here again for the location! - The location was perfect, the house was very nice and it had everything you needed in it for your stay. The hot tub had a very bad smell the day after we arrived, we contacted staff and was led on for 2 hours from 8:30-10:30pm that someone would arrive shortly to fix it and they never showed and then then the next day had to inform staff again and they had maintenance come and fix it which after that it was fine the rest of our stay. The next thing is we parked in a garage they recommended and said they were contracted through for €18 a day you just had to pay at the reception desk at checkout and they would inform the garage we paid, when we went to do that they told us they weren’t contracted with that garage and so we ended up paying €85 euros for parking which is disappointing. Overall the stay was good there was just a few things I would recommend they improve. The shower door in the main bedroom came off the tracks as I was opening the door to get out and smashed my finger causing bruising and the beds were super uncomfortable but everything else in the house was perfect!

• Ron (8/5): Nice apartment for max 4 adults, don't go there with 6 adults - Spacious apartment close to the centre of Málaga. Nice bathrooms and large kitchen. The sofa bed was in very poor condition. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults, which is actually a lie. Children may be able to sleep on the sofa bed, but adults absolutely cannot. Terrace was swampy because of the water from the jacuzzi that did not drain. The jacuzzi is connected in a dangerous and amateurish way.

• Katherine (10/5): Beautiful apartment, amazing location, wonderful views and jacuzzi - Superb location, incredible jacuzzi and views from the balconies, stunning apartment, helpful team with good communication. A couple of maintenance issues which I have raised with the team and they have promised to resolve.
• Elaine (8/5): Enjoyed the stay once we came to terms with the issues. - Location was on the door stop of the main shopping area and cathedral and very close to small supermarket and pharmacy The hot tub was somewhat tired and had quite a number of cracks above the water line and the water felt a little greasy. Cracks harbour germs. The controls didn’t seem to work properly. Could have done with drawers in the bedroom as had to use the ones in the bathroom. Not sure if the property is regularly inspected but one of the bathroom taps was loose and swivelled around. Seal on the shower screen was missing so water poured on the floor when having a shower. Also the wall paper was coming away on one of the walls. The main door key was also difficult to use as we had issues unlocking the front door each time. Toilet roll holder in the downstairs toilet was missing. This apartment is advertised as deluxe so maybe a welcome pack would have been nice.

It was not the hard bed or sleeping couch that made it difficult sleeping - it was sleeping on the fifth floor knowing that there’s no smoke detectors in the whole building. I contacted the reception about it but they never replied. With two children it’s unforgivable.
