• Liam (10/5): - Everything about the property was great, you have you’re own space in you’re own apartments , i went to the other hotel right next door last time and when i went this time Yannis was brilliant, couldn’t of asked for more of him he was welcoming and got ready for when i arrived abit later then i should’ve , air con worked perfectly fine and lovely balcony spacious room i was on my own and had 3 beds so pretty much every night i had a diff bed😂. Thank you for a great stay meraki I liked everything.

• Fabio (8/5): Kavos settembre 2025 - Kavos è una location ottima come base per esplorare le splendide spiagge a sud dell'isola. Host estremamente ospitale, servizio di pulizia in camera quotidiano e impeccabile. Piscina aperta h24. Terrazzzo vista mare. Molto vicino alla spiaggia (che però non ci è piaciuta). Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il paese in sé è decisamente caotico e la spiaggia inesistente o, dove c'è, bruttina e maleodorante. Necessario avere un mezzo a noleggio oppure studiare bene gli orari dei trasporti pubblici per spostarsi. La dotazione della cucina veramente troppo basic: 2 posate per tipo, 2 piatti fondi e 2 piani, una padellina, un tegame, 2 tazze, 2 bicchieri, 1 bollitore, 2 fornelli elettrici.
• Tatijana (6/5): - Nette Putzfrauen, Zimmer mit Balkon und seitlichem Blick zum Meer, relativ großes Zimmer, Bar 24/7 geöffnet und sauberer Pool, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, WiFi, zentral und alles fußläfig erreichbar Leider vieles - extrem weiche Matratzen, man spürt die Federn - Kissen ebenfalls platt - Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen - defektes Fenster im Bad,konnte nicht zugenacht werden, welches aber direkt zum Flur führt - Dusche keine Wände oder Vorhang, nur Duschwanne -> beim Duschen kamm der Schaum aus dem Duschabfluss in der Mitte des Bads wieder raus - Silberfisch im Schlafbereich - Klima funktioniert zwar aber neben dem Kopfteil des Betts, was eine Nutzung nachts unmöglich macht Alles in allem ein Hotel für Jugendliche bzw. Partyleute, die nicht viel benötigen oder erwarten und in der Nähe der Partymeile seien wollen.

• Marie (10/5): Everything that you could need for a stay in Kavos. Clean, spacious and friendly. - From the moment we landed, Yannis was in touch to make our check in easy. Once arrived at Meraki Kavos, we collected our key from the pool bar and was shown to our room. Wow...the room was very spacious with everything that we could need, there was even a plug in mosquito repellent in place and switched on. Also a toastie machine, which I have never seen abroad before and was very handy for a light lunch. My daughter found it quite cold the 1st night (due to me having the air conditioning on) and we asked for a blanket and extra pillow which we got with no issue. The pool at the hotel has a separate owner, but is very close and nice & clean. We found that we had to be down quite early to get a sunbed, but they were very comfy. The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, but within easy walking distance of the food places and nightlife. Everywhere we went was very reasonably priced and friendly. On our last day, our flight was later at night and Yannis did everything he could and got us an apartment that we could shower in before we left. Nothing
• ciprian (8/5): Merită ca și raport calitate-preț! - Amplasarea este una bună, având fix lângă proprietate multe magazine, terase și bancomate. Un plus pentru parcare! Camerele sunt mari, arată fix ca în poze, iar curățenia se face în fiecare zi. Ne-a fost de mare ajutor comunicarea cu administratorul proprietății pe chat-ul oferit de Booking în sensul în care noi am ajuns foarte târziu la proprietate, iar cei de acolo asigură permanență 24 h din 24 și ne-au lăsat cheia la barul unde era și piscina. Este o stațiune extrem de animată și preferată de grupuri mari de tineri. A fost gălăgie aproape în fiecare noapte dar asta se datorează celor care închiriază și nu personalului din proprietate. Ba chiar au fost receptivi în momentul în care ne-am plâns de gălăgie și au venit să discute cu cei în cauză.

Yannis is a really great guy and was very accommodating to us during our stay

Yannis sorridente e cortese ci ha dato parecchi consigli utili e preziosi. Con una macchina a noleggio ti muovi bene, sennò consiglio i mezzi pubblici (non così presenti però). Nella "cucina attrezzata", per essere tale, mi aspettavo almeno del detersivo e qualche spugna o pezza per pulire, ma nulla, il minimo indispensabile a cui mancava comunque oggettistica che poi ci è toccato comprare. Purtroppo questa non è colpa del posto ma della maleducazione dei turisti che, rientrando alle 3/4 di mattina non pensavano alle persone che dormivano e urlavano e ridevano in modo esagerato e davvero frastornate: risultato dormito poco e male. (Ma questa ripeto è colpa dei turisti e non della struttura)

• Stefano (8/5): Ottimo colpaccio di giugno - L'allegria, la disponibilità di Yannis ci ha colpito subito così come la sua propensione ad aiutarci su qualunque cosa! Gli appartamenti sono puliti e carini e si trovano davanti alla piscina che è gratuita. La spiaggia vicina non è un granché, ma non è colpa di Yannis bensì della parte di costa di Corfù. Vicino in macchina si possono raggiungere più supermarket e il paese di Kavos alla sera è il paese dei balocchi per i ragazzi di 20 anni. Purtroppo qualche mosquitos di troppo ogni tanto c'era. Anche questo in parte è dovuto alla zona. Mi sembrava giusto informare le persone.
• Françoise (5/5): Lieu bruyant. Si vous ne voulez pas faire la fête nuit et jour, fuyez!!! - Chambre spacieuse, propre! Bon accueil de Yannis Énormément de bruit dans le logement ( sutout la nuit) mais c’est est à l’image de Kavos... C’est un lieu de vacances de jeunes hyper bruyants, qui sont là pour boire faire la fête, se bagarer et crier beaucoup!!! Je ne savais pas que Kavos avait cette réputation sinon, je n’y aurais pas été, recherchant le calme et la douceur de l’"âme grecque" qui s’est bien perdue ici...

• Graeme (8/5): Very good location, quiet enough out the way but 3 mins from the strip, bars and restaurants etc. - The location of the room was great. At the end of the strip so near enough to walk to the bars and restaurants but far enough way to not be bothered by loud noise. The room was a good size, clean and beds relatively comfortable. Air con worked no problem and we had a fridge. The kitchen equipment was really basic so couldn't really use the facilities. I needed to chop up some fruit but there were no sharp knives. We were also missing a drinking glass, however when we spoke to lad on reception, he very quickly sorted these issues out and we had a glass and 3 sharp knives produced within the hour. He was very helpful and friendly. The shower facility does not have a curtain or a screen around it so the entire bathroom gets soaked if you stand underneath it as a conventional shower. I ended up removing the shower head from the wall and just keeping it close to me to wash down, then had to stand outside over the shower tray to wash my hair. This was a personal choice to prevent wetting the entire floor and making it dangerous and slippy.
• Jacopo (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Siamo stati molto bene qui a Meraki Kavos, il titolare (Yannis) molto cordiale, disponibile e simpatico. Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque cerchi qualcosa di tranquillo e con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci sono supermercati molto vicini dai quali si può prendere qualsiasi cosa. Ci sono spiagge vicine e parecchi posti dove noleggiare auto, scooter e quad. Bisognerebbe avere un cartellino da appendere fuori dalla porta che indica di non volere il servizio in camera.
• Kristiina (8/5): - The host Yannis is very friendly! There’s free parking and nice view from the balcony to the sea and mountains. The pool is also very nice with affordable drinks. AC is also super handy with these hot summer days. The shower didn’t have any shower curtain, so the bathroom was flooded every time we took a shower. Also some cleaning supplies like dish soap would be nice. It’s quite loud at night since it’s in Kavos strip, but definitely keep that in mind when booking.

• D'Agostino (6/5): Vacanza a Corfù - Condizionatore in camera, stanza grande, il propietario molto molto gentile e disponibile. Piscina pulita e carina. Posizione per visitare kavos e il mare ottima. Non lavano gli asciugamani, doccia senza telo é molto scomoda e si allaga tutto il bagno. Visto che ci sono oggetti per cucinare devono anche esserci oggetti per pulire. Poca insonorizzazione, letti separati scomodi se si è in coppia.

Buka,deranje,vrištanje nemogućnost da se odmoriš i naspavas od strane engleza koji su odselu u smeštaju. Tuče je bilo malte ne svako veče,drogirani,pijani naduvani što od dzointa što od helijuma. Sve u svemu katastrofa. Nikad vise u mom životu ne u Kavos nego na celom ostrvu je katastrofa od engleza.

• Thickpenny (7/5): Enjoyable stay - There is a very friendly host who was always able to fix issues quickly. The pool area was big, well maintained, and had nice drinks at the bar. We had a large room that was cleaned and had sheets changed daily (except sundays), and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great, within walking distance of the whole strip and beach, but was far enough away to be a little quieter. Really good free wifi that worked all around the hotel. Free air-conditioning that worked very well and shutters on the balcony doors and blacked out any sun in the morning. Upon arrival our room had a few issues such as the door wouldn't lock and the kettle didn't work, however these things were quickly fixed. Unfortunately our safe had run out of battery and even after the host changed the batteries, they died again, however we were refunded for the safe. Our shower head was slightly broken so would spray all over the room and we didn't have the tostie maker which was annoying but not the end of the world. We also didn't like that people would come around the pool areas to sell things as some were quite rude and we were trying to relax.

• Warren (10/5): Great Holiday at Meraki Apartments - Had Wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Yannis could nt do enough to make us welcome. Family lovely too. As an older couple we did nt use the great pool and bar as we love the beach. Water like a bath so clear and lots watersports if you wish or quiet beach swim. Location excellent and quiet at night with view of sea from balcony and close to all amenities restaurants etc. Great Air Con and Cleaners lovely in every day. The strip further up street if you wish but you can decide based on age group. Bad reviews of Kavos exaggerated as you can easily enjoy an older couple location . Meraki was Perfect for us and would return tomorrow if we could. Great value basic Greece facilities but spotless. Some stairs to top Apartment but Views the Best. Nothing to dislike.

Tuvimos problemas con aire acondicionado y luces balcón y lo solucionaron muy rápido Son apartamentos pero tienen pocos utensilios cocina. Dos personas, dos platos hondos, dos planos, dos tenedores dos cuchillos. Ducha sin mampara o cortina, cada vez te duchabas, tenías que esperar horas de secará para poder entrar en el baño

The sea can be reached in 3 minutes. In general, the room is justified for its price, but it can also be improved. Visually, the room at first glance is clean, but the dust on all surfaces, not quite clean dishes, upset us. We even found a cigarette butt in the closet shelf. There was not enough sponge and dish detergent for comfortable cooking.

• meta (5/5): - Very lovely host, there were clean bed sheets and they changed them once during our stay. Near to the beach. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our accommodation. When we came, we had to clean our apartment first, because the floor and kitchen utensils were dirty. During our stay, our toilet stopped working until we somehow repaired it. What is more, the shower head fell of when i was showering. If you are looking for a quiet holidays, i would advise you to book your accommodation further away from the city because there is noisy during the night.

Pool area was very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. Pool bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Selection of bar food was good and very tasty.

• Fe_de98 (10/5): Appartamento a Kavos - La struttura è situata in una posizione perfetta. È vicina alla spiaggia e ai locali, ma abbastanza lontana dal rumore notturno. È presente anche una piscina. Molto apprezzato il fatto che l'appartamento venisse pulito giornalmente e venissero cambiati anche gli asciugamani e le lenzuola. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie di tutto! Purtroppo non sono presenti le zanzariere e la cucina è poco attrezzata, ma basta chiedere al proprietario per qualche pentola in più.
