• Russell (8/5): Very clean and well equipped - perfect for a solo traveller who just needs to sleep there. - Brilliant kitted out, super clean. The host also recommended a running route which was an added bonus! It is on a bus route into Central Bristol. It is very small- it suited me as I only needed somewhere to sleep. It was ideal for me - although much further out of the city centre than initially thought (I suppose that’s on me!)

• Carole (9/5): Small but perfectly formed private accommodation for the single traveller. - Compact, but had everything I needed. Access to a washing machine and clotheslines for drying in the private courtyard was the icing on the cake. After six weeks of travelling, being able to cook again was an added bonus. The bus stop about 100 metres away was very handy for getting in and out of the city. Can’t think of anything.
• David (8/5): Met my requirements 100% - Perfect location for me to attend a cycling event down the road. Cosy with all the things you needed for a short stay. Nothing
• Hao (1/5): Disappointing and won’t recommend to other people - Very tiny. The door lock doesn’t work, anyone can come in directly in the night. No curtain or shade for the ceiling window, so the room got completely bright in 6am, then you wouldn’t be able to sleep anymore. No heating in the night. I asked the landlady and she replied immediately that she would come shortly. Then I got up and fully dressed up to wait her for one hour, but she completely ignored me. It was ok not providing heating, just tell me know, but not let me wait and disappear. It was very disrespectful to the guest.

• Alexandra (10/5): Amazing! - This is the first time I ever travelled on my own, and I have to say, as a woman I was quite nervous about how clean or safe the place will be. But WOW, This exceeded my expectations. I am sooo impressed with everything, it’s sparkling clean, I feel extremely safe and it’s sooo cosy. I really wish I could stay here longer, it’s perfect. Really really well done!!!

• Kevin (10/5): Great stay at Anchor Annex - Great stay at Anchor Annex. The accommodation is excellent & well equipped. On arrival I was greeted by Jacki. The property was very clean & modern. Bed is really comfortable. Great facilities in the accommodation including free Wi-Fi & Netflix with a large TV. Although I did not cook there was ample kit provided. Off road parking. A really nice touch is there is an enclosed outside space with table & Chairs. Coffee, tea & milk provided. Jacki is a great host, friendly & very helpful. There was nothing, that I did not like about the accommodation.
