- BK (10/5): JUST PERFECT ! BEST VALUE FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY PER NIGHT. - If you know Rome and all the apartments for rent... then you know you get old "shit" in 90% of the apartments. Here we got fully renovated Apartment with wonderful terrace in middle of the green. And yes, best case you have a car, but also all possible to reach by bus. you just have to walk roughly 500m for the next bus stop. And with the train from Gemelli station or Monte Mario you get easy to the Center and Vatican. I just can say with lots of experienece in Rome as foreigner... THANK YOU TO THE HOST for such a nice apartment with the rare green view...

Cucina attrezzata,2 condizionatori,2 tv smart... insomma non gli manca davvero nulla.Anche se dista dal centro ci sono vari bus e anche la stazione Monte Mario a circa 15 minuti a piedi. -

- Giovanna (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Roma e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata con grande gusto e attenzione: ogni dettaglio parla di qualità, dai materiali scelti alle finiture moderne e curate. La pulizia è impeccabile, e si percepisce fin da subito una grande attenzione per il comfort degli ospiti. A questo si aggiunge la cortesia del proprietario, sempre disponibile e attento, che ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Nonostante sia al piano terra, l'appartamento trasmette un forte senso di sicurezza, grazie alla porta blindata, ai cancelli alle finestre e al sistema di videosorveglianza attivo. Una delle sorprese più belle è stato l’accesso al terrazzo, affacciato su un incantevole giardino e su una valle alberata abitata da numerosi pappagalli: un angolo di natura inaspettato e rilassante in piena città. Consigliatissimo!

- Abeera (9/5): Perfect for short or even longer stay. Balcony was really clean and outdoors beautiful - Host was really helpful for the house tour and handing over the keys.
- Viktoriia (8/5): Appartment is worth the costs you are paying, just a few things need to be added and taken care of. - The property is clean and comfortable. Terrace is great, view is amazing. Very sunny apartment, with air conditioning and 2 TVs. Some basic kitchen facilities were missing: towels, dishwasher capsules, sponges, just 1 knife. Location. Very far from the city center, it takes more than an hour to get there by public transport.

They both have established a place where you are able to make yourself feel home within a moment. Unfortunately we were not able to use the garden. Usually i am used to having basics in the kitchen, like salt pepper and oil however that is a minor inconvenience.

- Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - This modernly refurbished apartment got everything that we needed for our stay (even an iron was there). It's got beautiful new kitchen, bathroom and great size of all rooms equipped with AC and 2x large TV sets. Terrace with a little back garden was a cherry on top. It exceeded our expectations by far! Spotlessly clean! Owner was accommodative of our check in time.
- Saaqib (10/5): Amazing apartment, good location - The apartment is amazing; it is new, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. There is a great outdoor area as well. The train station is only 10m walk away, although they do stop fairly early around 9pm. There are grocery shops nearby too and a few restaurants. It would be useful to have a few cooking essentials like oil/ some spices, and also bowls/ whisk/ sharp knife (apparently it is illegal? Which seems odd). A washing machine would be useful too. But overall the apartment was amazing so still 10/10.
