• Theresa (9/5): Würde die Wohnung genauso wieder nehmen! - Die Lage war top und auch die Größe war hervorragend Das Bett war sehr weich und man hat beim duschen egal mit welcher Brause das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt
• Peter (9/5): Aj napriek drobnostiam hodnotím ubytovanie ako super - Som spokojný, Pekné, čisté, priestranné ubytovanie, Komunikácia s domácim super. Je zopár drobnosti čo by som vytkol, no ja hodnotím ubytovanie 9,5 z desiatich. Ani nie že nepáčilo. Toho mínus pol bodu je za parkovanie. Neni priamo pri ubytovaní, ubytovanie je rozdelene na troch podlažiach, vrchná izba je síce veľmi priestranná no je to podkrovie, takže je trochu nízke. Trochu mala kuchyňa.

• Jutta (6/5): Perfekte Lage mit Abstrichen - Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Kurze Wege zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute Betten, schöne und qualitativ hochwertige Möbel. Stilvolle Deko. Badezimmer roch übel. Duschkabine ist extrem klein. Ich, 163 cm klein, konnte mich nur mühsam bücken. Die Armaturen nehmen wichtigen Platz weg. EG: Flur, Bad Küche. Innenliegendes, offenes, kaltes und steiles Treppenhaus. Schwierig, Dinge von EG-Küche in den Essbereich im 1.Stock zu tragen. Schlafzimmer-Fenster geht direkt auf die Terrasse der Nachbar-Wohnung. Obwohl gebucht, wollte die Vermieterin das zweite Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen und versuchte uns 40€ pro Nacht zusätzlich abzuknöpfen. Sie war die unfreundlichste Vermieterin die wir je erlebt hatten. Das 2. SZ hatte zwar eine Türe vom Wohnzimmer aus, war aber durch das offene Treppenhaus kalt und kein abgeschlossener Raum. Der Parkplatz ist gut 800 Meter vom Objekt entfernt. Ungefragt ob wir ihn nutzen wollen oder nicht, und ohne auf die Entfernung hinzuweisen, wurde er zusammen mit der Tourismus-Abgabe sofort kassiert.

• Tony (9/5): Good accommodation with access to a lovely town and convenient to transport options. - Very convenient location with quick access to the old town and to the transport options. Spacious apartment and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen facilities had everything we needed. Lovely hosts. The location of the kitchen which was downstairs to the bedroom and living room. This is ok if you have good mobility, it would be a challenge if not. Having an extra chair in the kitchen would be helpful for having meals at the kitchen table.
• Mahl (5/5): Nur für jüngere Leute geeignet. - Lage im Zentrum. Parken auf Wiese ca.. 8 Min. entfernt. Küche und Bad im EG, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer im OG . Alles musste über eine steile Treppe hochgetragen werden. Nachts zur Toilette die steile Treppe hinunter. Die Matratzen zwar getrennt, aber durch den durchgehenden Topper hat man jede Bewegung des Partners mitbekommen. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war nicht zugänglich. Die Wohnung war sonst liebevoll eingerichtet.

• Mertens (10/5): Tip Top! - Sehr sauber und ordentlich ,toll und modern eingerichtet ,man hat alles was man benötigt ,einfach zum wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen,die Drosselgasse und weitere Aktivitäten sind praktisch um die ecke,in der Wohnung bemerkt man den Tourismus kaum. Super nette Vermieter ! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Raina (9/5): Eine der besten Wohnungen, die wir je hatten - Eine ganz toll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles modern und eine farblich gut abgestimmte Einrichtung. Sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Lage geht nicht besser. Alles in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter mit einem lieben großen Hund. Ein Parkplatz ist zwar nicht direkt am Haus, aber in 5 Gehminuten (etwas bergauf) gut erreichbar und wird gleich mit bezahlt. 4 € Tagesgebühr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Nicht vom ersten Eindruck, wenn man auf den Hof und in den Wintergarten kommt, täuschen lassen. Die Wohnung ist ganz anders 😉🙂 Die Kirche vor der Tür. Ab 7 Uhr morgens geht es los mit dem Geläut. Wer also geräuschempfindlich ist und gern ausschläft, sollte sich Orhstöpsel mitnehmen. Die Treppe zur Wohnung könnte für nicht so gut zu Fuß Gehende eine Herausforderung werden, da viele kurze Stufen. Für alle anderen gut für die Waden.

• Angelika (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Leider erstreckt sie sich über drei Etagen, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist. Die zu zahlenden Beträge an den Vermieter führte zu Missverständnissen, die nun hoffentlich bereinigt sind.
• Angelika (10/5): Es waren fünf schöne, besichtigungsreiche und erholsame Tage! - Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage, insgesamt sehr ruhig (uns stören Kirchenglocken nicht), im Ort alles zu Fuß erreichbar (Fähren, Bahnhof, Seilbahn, Cafés, Restaurants, Wanderwege). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war umfassend, es war alles in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden.
• Miyan (7/5): Good clean flat. - the flat was very clean and had a good kitchen. The location was good. We were expecting the whole flat to be open but found that the lounge and one of the bedrooms was locked. It would be better to inform visitors that church bells and clock chimes do start early in the morning. There is potential fire risk as no fire fighting equipment was available in the flat or in corridor.

• Lauren (10/5): Quiet, comfy stay in the heart of the Rudesheim Christmas Market - Fabulous location for enjoying the Christmas market. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking our own food. Easy walking to the train, river ferry, and hiking trails through the hillside vineyards. Really great spot overall. The only surprise to us (traveling with a 2.5 y/o) was that the marble staircase up to the main living spaces did not have a door or any other kind of gate to block the top, so we had to rig our own gate at night to make sure our toddler didn't accidentally fall down the stairs if he got up (from his bed in the living room) and tried finding us in the bedroom in the middle of the night.
• Gerhard (8/5): Very good - Everything else was 100%! This is intended to just be a little more prepared. 1.There is no on-site parking and you need to pay a daily fee and walk about 600m uphill to get to your car.

• Lars (6/5): Nice, but...... - The apartment is situated very centrally in Rüdesheim. It was very clean and tastefully decorated with a nice spacy livingroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were very nice people. It was not mentioned anywhere, that the holiday house had three floors with rather steep staircases connecting them. As such not necessarily comfortable for elderly people or people with hip or knee problems. That should have been mentioned in the description. The bathroom looks good, but it is a bit dysfunctional. Poor ventilation, a shower stall that is too small for the spa-thingy in it - and it leaks water out on the floor, as the doors do not fit together well. You have to wiggle your way onto the toilet seat, as the sink cabinet is in the way. The beds should have been a large and an extra-large double bed. What we found was a 180 cm and a 140 cm, which I would call a normal double and a small double. The small one was on the top floor, and you had to crawl into it and out of it, as it was so narrow up there, that you could not stand up beside the bed. So, the top floor really only works for children or other small persons. There was a certificate hanging under the lower staircase saying, that the apartment had officially been rated excellent for 2 persons. That is correct, if the persons can manage stairs, and clearly they did not really test how the bathroom works. Sorry guys. you are very nice people, but when I pay 864 euros for four nights with parking (500 m. up the steep hill), but without breakfast, I sort of expect things to be very close to perfect. Some things were, but some essentials were not.

Apartment in a great location, we were so happy and relaxed. Very quiet and peaceful. We have already booked for 2024. Nothing, everything was perfect.
