It's location in Quartermile is close to restaurants and shops and a short walk to The Royal Mile. The flat is comfortable, spacious, the furniture is nice, the kitchen is well equipped and the hosts are awesome and easy to reach.

- Aa (9/5): Superb - The apartment overlooks the amazing meadows parks, so the view from the living room overlooking the green park is just stunning, and it's so refreshing to wake up every morning to that view. The location in Simpson loan is just full of amenities from cafes to restaurants and a supermarke all within a min walk from the property , so you really dont need to leave that area as often if you choose to.
The apartment is a two 6 it's pretty spacious, and it's clean and fully equipped, probably more than any other place I've stayed in, you can literally live forever in that apartment as it has a fully fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer ... basically everything you would need to consider this space home.
What made my stay even more complete is the extraordinary customer service support I received post booking and until I checked out, the team working to provide ultimate levels of support and comfort to any guest staying in this special apartment, special thanks to Sara for her friendly and professional support. The only three things I can think of to really make this a perfect stay is to make sure that the cleaners do a more thorough job of preparing the place for checkin and one thing that comes to my mind is that some more vacuuming of the floors was needed mainly in the living, dinning area and master bedroom.
A second thing, I noticed that the sofa in the living area is showing some signs of aging and it would be nice if its refurbished or replaced within the coming year or so to maintain this upscale modern look and feel to this gorgeous place.
Lastly, some minor maintenance work is needed mainly for the guest bathroom as the water in the sink wasn't draining, probably and the shower head needed some cleaning to improve pressure.
These are all minor remarks for improvement, but it wouldn't sway me from coming back to this place whenever I am in town.

The apartment is kept pristine, and it has a great view of the Meadows. I would highly recommend this property. Main bed needs new support frame, perhaps a new mattress. Not a deal breaker.

The post code for the car park in the instructions was incorrect. A welcome coffee/tea and milk pack would've been a nice touch. But these are all minor things overall it was fabulous.

When we have stayed at other apartments, they normally leave a welcome pack, tea, milk basic bits, sometimes wine but nothing here. Hallway door doesn't close. the hallway needs painting and plastering due to water leak. Windows need cleaning, childrens handprints visible. On booking.com shows two double beds but there is only one and the other bedroom has two singles.

- Cjw (10/5): Landing in luxury - This is a spacious apartment in a modern building located at walking distance from High St and the university, part of a beautiful new development on the old university hospital grounds where restored historic and stylish new complexes stand side by side. It has a spectacular view of the Meadows, and supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby, yet it is very quiet as the apartment complex is well regulated. The flat has all the amenities you could wish for and service from and communication with the owners was top notch. Everything was just lovely.
