• Guest (9/5): Très bien en général, je recommande ce studio pour 3 personnes. - Le studio est située au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble sympathique, dans la cour intérieure. Le quartier est sympa et nous a semblé sécurisé. Le studio est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plaza del Popolo et du métro Flaminio, il y a aussi de nombreux bus. Il y a une gardienne dans la journée. Le studio est très propre et spacieux et fidèle aux photos montrées lors de la réservation. La communication était très facile, j'ai apprécié que Linda me contacte par WhatsApp et me donne toutes les infos utiles et que nous communiquions durant le séjour. Le studio a été entièrement refait et est très bien équipé. Le petit frigo était très pratique pour garder des boissons au frais (nous n'avons pas cuisiné mais il y a de la vaisselle et un micro-ondes pour manger ainsi qu'une machine à laver). Le seul point négatif sont les fenêtres qui n'ont pas été changées lors de la rénovation de l'appartement, cela aurait été nécessaire pour mieux isoler thermiquement et phoniquement. • Enory (10/5): - Remise des clés faite plutôt dans la journée afin de nous faciliter l'organisation de notre journée. Appartement très bien placé dans la ville, assez proche de tout. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement !

• Sukhorukova (10/5): Cool roman holiday - The owner of the apartments Linda is very nice, she personally met us in the apartment, at our request provided an early check-in (12:30 instead of 15:00), was interested in whether everything was okay with us, was in touch. The apartments are equipped with all the necessary equipment (refrigerator, stove, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, iron, hair dryer, TV with smart TV function, Wi-Fi, air conditioning), there is an inner courtyard. Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Popolo or the metro (direct metro line to Termini train station, 10 minutes), good chain store with a selection of products is two minutes away. Comfortable new mattresses and pillows. The apartment is fresh and well-designed, very beautiful and cozy. Cleanliness at the highest level. Check out is easy, leave the keys on the table, slam the door. None

Could not sleep: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-story building, but it is not insulated against outside noise at all. I had read similar concerns in other reviews but didn’t take them seriously—until I experienced it myself. Additionally, the two main doors of the building close with a loud bang, so be prepared to wake up multiple times between 5 and 7 in the early morning or midnight, even if you’re a heavy sleeper. 2. There is no bidet ( but I knew about it from the photo).
• Marcel (9/5): A very nice apartment with a welcoming host that speaks English very well and looks after your needs - The apartment is a few minutes walk from metro Flaminio, right next to Piazza Del Popolo and walking distance from Villa Borghese. Four metro stops from Roma Termini railway station and two stops to Vatican City, located on the northern side of the city center. A supermarket and some nice restaurants are right around the corner, so ideal for both self-catering and eating out options. The room is modern and clean (recently renovated) and very nicely decorated, with all amenities needed for a pleasant multi-day family stay. The apartment has a washing machine, electric heaters as well as air conditioning, which is surely needed in summer. The bathroom is simple but effective, with a shower that works very well. The beds are comfortable, ideal for a couple with an adolescent child that wants its own proper bed (no fold-out). Internet connection is very reliable and fast, and USB charge points are omnipresent; a smart TV is provided. The kitchen is well equipped with descent sized fridge, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler and induction cooker. Limited privacy as third bed is separated only by a division wall (no door). No local TV channels (only Internet services) and there is no dishwasher. Toilet is in the bathroom. Entrance gate to the building is very noisy, which can be annoying at night when you are asleep. But these are very minor inconveniences compared to all the positives!

The host, Linda was incredibly helpful every step of the way,she even sent us a list of restaurant recommendations in Rome which made our trip even more enjoyable.The apartment itself was fantastic. It had everything we needed, the room was lovely, and the location was amazing.We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome.

It was very clean and our stay was amazing. The bathroom was very clean and had enough space. The staff was very friendly and helpful with many directions and information. Maybe the coffee pods weren’t the best and could be some better Italian brand.

• László (10/5): Great apartment at excellent location to enjoy the beauty of Rome with very nice hosts :) - We had a great time at there! It's newly renovated, clean, close to everything, the metro, several bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away, as are the Piazza del Popolo or the Spanish Steps. Perfect for sightseeing. The quality of the equipment is impeccable, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee maker (with many capsules :) ), etc. Excelent service! The hosts Linda and Eliza are very nice. When they found out that we were arriving on an early flight, they allowed the check-in 4 hours earlier, saving us the luggage storage in the city. Eliza personally waited for us and presented everything in detail. Absolutely recommended!

Our flight was delayed, and we had to check in very late, but she was very supportive and helpful. Communication with her was easy and kind. We definitely recommend staying at Flaminio apartment!
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - The place was very cozy and very clean! It was close to center of Rome and to the metro station. The host was very responsive and helpful in as much as she could. We enjoyed our time in Rome and would stay at this rental on our next trip to Rome. The only thing that was not so great was that the air conditioning equipment installed had a vent attached to the window, which kept sliding off and pushed the hot air inside and with Rome summer temperatures, made it a little uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great!!

• Gina (10/5): A lovely modern apartment in a a great location - Lovely modern apartment in a great location. Easy walk to Metro and comfortable walking distance from many attractions. Two metro stations to the Vatican and just a couple of stops to Rome Termini. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning is a portable unit as the building cannot have an exterior unit. The apartment is at the front door of the building, very secure but the external doors may disturb light sleepers.

We took public transportation to many of the sites. The Metro and bus lines were a short walk from the property as well as a number of bars and restaurants that we used for breakfast lunch and dinner. The property had an in room air conditioner which worked very well at cooling the room but it was a bit on the loud side (or it could be we didn’t know how to set it properly).

You have plenty of good quality cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep that are good value for money. We were there for 4 night so some fresh towels or being allowed to wash them (not allowed in the rules) would have been good. Very small criticism
