- Diana (10/5): - מלון בוטיק קטן ,אבל חדרים מאוד גדולים ויפים מאוד , עם חדר אמבטיה גדולה, עם כל האביזרים שצריכים להיות בחדר. מנהלת של המלון מריה קיארה קיבלה אותנו בשמחה רבה, הייתה כל הזמן בקשר בווטס אפ, שה זה מאוד נוח לתקשר בזמן אמת .קיבלנו ממנה יחס מאוחד ,הרגשנו את עצמינו לקוחות VIP!!היה ניתן להזמין ארוחת בוקר לחדר ,אבל האדפנו ללכת לבית קפה למטה ,על מנת לחבות את האווירה של עיר נאפולי.

- laurent (8/5): centre historique de Naples - l'emplacement à 200 mètres du centre historique, le confort de la chambre et des sanitaires proximité du port beverello 15 minutes à pied pour les départ pour les iles et la cote amalfitaine tout est géré par des sms digne d'un escape game avec tout de même une personne présente pour le départ départ à 10 h c'est tôt je pense qu'il faut réserver un endroit pour déposer ses bagages à l'avance le prix est assez cher nous avions un bateau le matin vers 11h donc cela était plus simple pour les bagages

- Sandro (7/5): - Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit Sehr ringhörig….. man hört alles von jedem Zimmer. Als Frühstück gabs in einem nahe liegendem Kaffee einen Cappuccino und ein Croissant….. das ist für mich kein Frühstück!!!!!

It is beautifully renovated in a modern style- the beds are extremely comfortable. - Paolo (7/5): molto bello! - la posizione centrale è un grande plus, vicino alla linea 1 della metro e a diverse attrazioni turistiche. camera abbastanza silenziosa , nonostante la vicinanza al corso principale e ristrutturata di recente. letti comodi . La proprietaria della struttura è molto disponibile e cordiale. da migliorare il servizio colazione, convenzionata con Bar attiguo, gestito da ragazzi bravi e cordiali, tuttavia le sedute sono poche e bisogna attendere il turno per sedersi. da migliorare anche il servizio nelle camere, il secondo giorno le bottigliette di acqua mancavano (ma abbiamo chiesto e ci sono state fornite immediatamente) e in bagno è stata effettuata pulizia sommaria .

- Marc (9/5): Mir hat das Zimmer und der Aufenthaltsort sehr gut gefallen - sehr gute Lage und sehr hilfreiche Managerin, die die Anreise sehr leicht gemacht hat und für eine gute Organisation gesorgt hat. Sehr sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer. An der Unterkunft und am Empfang ist absolut nichts auszusetzen, allerdings sollte Booking darauf aufmerksam machen, dass es keinen Sinn macht Frühstück mitzubuchen, welches per Gutschein in einem benachbarten café stattfindet.

- Ramya (6/5): Choose this place if you want to shower in public :( - The room itself looks well done when compared to the building and the surrounding. The staff were friendly and kind. That’s about it ! I booked a junior suite with a lovely bath tub and shower etc .. but I could hardly use the bathroom as the curtains had come off ( I am not so liberal to shower in public and we ok with others having a view of me when I am showering .. so I could not take a shower in this hotel .. very unfortunate). Second in the room, the coffee maker was not working, don’t think the staff had checked to make sure it was fine. There is no other service or facility - it’s super basic for the price one pays.

Avrei preferito colazione più abbondante o, meglio, sala per colazione. Non sono riuscita a sintonizzare il TV sulle trasmissioni in diretta. Il primo messaggio di benvenuto, che arriva da un contatto ancora sconosciuto, dovrebbe essere più descrittivo e spiegare meglio di cosa si tratta, altrimenti si rischia di non fidarsi e di non aprirlo.
- Olga (9/5): Alles super! - Alles war einfach großartig – unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen! Mariachiara, die Managerin, war jederzeit erreichbar, hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns in allem unterstützt: sei es bei der Auswahl eines Restaurants, eines italienischen Feinkostladens oder bei der Bestellung eines Taxis. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das praktische Türöffnungssystem per QR-Code – das ist sehr komfortabel. Man sollte allerdings darauf achten, dass das Handy nicht leer ist. Alternativ kann man auch einen normalen Schlüssel benutzen, falls einem das lieber ist. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen: Die U-Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe, was das Fortbewegen in der Stadt sehr einfach macht. Wenn wir wieder nach Neapel kommen, würden wir uns auf jeden Fall für diese Unterkunft wieder entscheiden. Klare Empfehlung! Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Eingangstür zu allen Apartments schließt recht laut. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man das Schließen der Tür etwas leiser gestalten könnte, um andere Gäste nicht zu stören oder zu wecken.😊

The hotel is in an excellent location, near the metro station University, the accommodation is excellent, impeccably clean, with modern decor and attention to detail. A special mention goes to Mariachiara, who is attentive, kind, and very helpful in any matter related to accommodation, but who also helps with recommendations regarding culinary experiences in Naples and how to spend your days there. I will definitely choose this place again for a future stay in Naples. I can not name anything.

Die Zimmer waren sehr toll und auch die 2 Café wo man frühstücken konnten super es war ein toller Aufenthalt 🥰 Es gab nichts! war einfach super tolle Unterkunft 🥰
- Christin (8/5): - Sauber, leise ( Neapel ist wahnsinnig laut und dreckig ) sehr guter Rückzugsort, schön gestaltet. Maria hatte super Tipps, hat sich schnell gemeldet und ist total freundlich. Das Frühstück, Kaffee und ein Irgendetwas, da kann man sehr gut drauf verzichten. Stromausfall ohne wirkliche Vorlaufzeit und ein wenig die Vergesslichkeit von Maria ( Taxi ). Das ist eine strenge Kritik von einer Perfektionistin 🤓 PS und das Bild im rechten Rahmen ist verrutscht.
