• Daniela (8/5): - El entorno La tinaja demoró mucho en estar lista, debía estar lista a las 18.00 y logramos usarla casi a las 20.30 (teniendo que hacer asistencia nosotras de ello, de lo contrario hubiese sido más tarde) Es un servicio que se paga aparte y debería ser perfecto.
• Andrea (8/5): Fin de semana en calma cabins - Las instalación estan muy bien cuidadas, se nota mucha preocupacion en muebles, sillas, etc. Todo adecuado al modelo de la cabaña. La iluminación natural con grandes ventanales nos hizo sentir en medio del bosque. Es un lugar familiar, silencioso perfecto para relajarse en pareja o familia. La ubicación y el acceso al lago es maravilloso. La cabaña cuenta con lo necesario para una estadía adecuada, cafeteras, servicios, platos, ollas, buena cuchilleria, hasta juegos de mesa, TV con tv cable y wifi con buena señal. La limpieza, habia polvo y telas de araña en la cabaña, si bien no era en exceso son detalles a cuidar. El exceso de humedad sobretodo en el baño falta algun ventilador o extractores de aire en el baño. La hora de salida es muy temprano 10.30 am, no cuenta con parrilla para asados en el exterior, solo una plancha pequeña.

This was despite the fact that booking.com sent us confirmation from the cabin. No apologies or regrets from the administration. So we had to look for another accommodation.

• JAIME (10/5): Cabañas increíbles a la orilla del Lago y los pies del Volcán Osorno - Las cañas están increíblemente bien hechas, equipadas. Son bonitas y muy bien situadas. Tienen todo, con estilo moderno. Cumple totalmente las expectativas, y las superan. El personal es muy amable.

• María José (9/5): Ubicación soñada! - - Sin duda la ubicación y vista que teniamos desde la cabaña, era lo que buscabamos, tener privacidad y vista directa al lago. Ojo que solo la cabaña más grande tiene esta caracteristica. - También la amabilidad de Don Luis quien nos recibió y atendió nuestros requerimientos. - La cercania en auto al centro de cascadas donde existen minimarket para abastecerse de todo lo que uno necesite. - El tiempo de respuesta con el número de contacto de wsp debiese ser más inmediato. - La cabaña es para 6 personas pero no contaba con los utensilios (loza) para 6 personas. - Solo el dormitorio principal tenia sabanas completas, el resto tenia cubrecolchon pero no la sabana que va antes de los plumones. me pareció extraño pero dormimos super bien de igual modo. (nos dimos cuenta muy tarde y luego se nos olvidó consultarlo al dia siguiente) - El vidrio de uno de los dormitorios estaba trizado, no afectaba el confort estando adentro pero creo que es algo que deberian cambiar. - Solo el baño en suite contaba con shampoo y acondicionador. - Faltaba jabón en las duchas, tuvimos que utilizar el que se encontraba en el lavamanos. -El Check out debiese ser un poco más tarde, como en la mayoria de los otros lugares. Todo lo anterior considerando sobretodo el valor del alojamiento.

• Margaret (10/5): - We loved it. The design of the cabin was perfect for 2 couples. All the large windows facing the lake plus the outdoor patio was wonderful. Every night we watched the sunset. Just beautiful. Plus we had a little visitor, a fox!!!! It was one of our favorite places we stayed in Chili. No coffee maker!!!!! I would highly recommend getting one!!!!

The decor in the cabin was done really well - very modern and the cabin was so warm and cosy. Loved the free water provided. I think the hot tub use should be included and not as an extra fee! It is very isolated- just make sure people understand that they need to bring their own food etc if staying for longer as there are no restaurants etc close by

• Sarami (10/5): - Nos gustó todo de la cabaña: el entorno, el diseño y decoración interior y exterior, el confort. Tenía toda serie de utensilios para preparar buenas cenas y desayunos. La bomba de calor funcionaba perfectamente. La cama era comodísima, así como la zona de estar. Los guardeses de las cabañas fueron discretos y atentos. La lástima es que era invierno, llovía, y no pudimos utilizar las bicicletas o las canoas... Eso lo dejamos para la próxima vez ;)

• Joyce (9/5): Superb - Beautiful space, comfortable cabins and very good wifi. I was disappointed that only one of the cabins had a lake view. The others were in the wooded area and each of them had a private garden area surrounded by fencing. If you want a quiet private place, it’s perfect. However, we wanted a lake view and thankfully the large one was open and we could take it.

Short walk to lake beach for beautiful sunset. Great bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Big comfy bed. Very helpful staff. We didn’t use the hot tub as it’s extra $. Bit hard to find the location at first. Nothing else to fault.

• Santa (6/5): Pleasant - Lovely cabins. Great location. Everything as described. It was very strange that host requested to make a full payment to his bank account or “link” before our arrival. We were surprised because our booking was non-refundable and there is option to make a payment through booking at the same time you make reservation. After a discussion, we agreed that we pay in cash upon arrival. I assume that in high season we might not agree. So, just be aware!

Nicolas, Raul, and the team. Very responsive and accommodating. Was far from puerto varas for restaurants and grocery stores. Also, had small issue with heat not working and loss of water. Both fixes very quickly by super attentive staff.
