Guest Reviews
- Kate (10/5): -
- Darren (9/5): Very enjoyable - Convenient great host and great breakfast
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect hosts, location and spotlessly clean. 100% recommend. - I didn't have breakfast purely down to my schedule but the place is spotless, very comfy, great hosts and the cutest doggy ever who I enjoyed cuddles with. I've stayed in a lot of B & B's in Blackpool - this has been the best yet!
- Lucy (10/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): - Warm, comfy room and bed. Plenty of cupboard space. Nice breakfast. Hayley and Tarn are exceptional hosts. Nothing.
- John (10/5): Beautifully clean and well hosted hotel right in Blackpool centre - Hayley and Tarn have this lovely hotel slap bang in the middle of Blackpool. Stones throw from all tourist attractions.
Very friendly on arrival, offered to help with bags and as I paid for a parking space in their exclusive car park, they even parked the car for me!
Breakfast is optional, but at £7.50 I couldn’t refuse and it was lovely and value for money.
Me and the better half travel to Blackpool often and we won’t book anywhere else in future.
Thank you so much for our stay. N/A
- Simon (10/5): - I stayed at The Arabella during the Blackpool Magic Convention and had a really lovely experience. My room was just the right size for what I needed, and after long, busy days it was warm, cosy and exactly the kind of space you want to come back to.
I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, as I was out early each morning, but everything else was spot on. Hayley and Tarn were wonderful hosts - happy to let me head off quickly at the start of the day, yet always warm, curious and genuinely delightful to chat with whenever we crossed paths.
Thank you both for making my stay such a comfortable one. I’d happily stay again.
- Ellismon (9/5): - Great location and the staff were super friendly, accommodating and helpful.
While the room was small, it had all I needed for an overnight stay. Bed wasn't the comfiest but that doesn't mean I didn't get a good night's sleep. Fine for the one night but possibly not for a longer stay.
- Jonathan (10/5): It was a fantastic stay the hotel, Hayley and Tarn are very friendly, Felt like I've known them all my life. Can' - It was located within a two minute walk to the side entrance of Winter Gardens. The hotel was very clean and facilities were very good. We were also given 2 keys which was very useful. There was nothing not 2 like.

Love the fact there is a stair lift. It would have been perfect for my elderly mum. Nothing

- Mary (9/5): This is a fantastic hotel in a great location with the friendliest owners and fantastic value for money. - The location of the property was fantastic - only 5 minutes from winter gardens which is what we were visiting for. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and warm. I like that the room had a blackout blind. The bathroom door keep sticking but we mentioned it to the owners and they’re going to get it fixed.
The room we had was just at the top of the main stairs so it was quite noisy when people were going to breakfast.

- Rosie (10/5): Exceptional - Great little place to stay, hosts were really welcoming, and happy to help as much as they could. Brekky was good and location is spot on for touristy attractions.
- David (10/5): Exceptional - As good as it gets
Brilliant Couple of days.
- David (10/5): The best B&B by far! - I loved the fact that the property was a 2 minute walk to my work at the Winter Gardens. The room was exceptionally clean, the sheets on the bed were clean, the bathroom was spotless and not ONE mark or stain anywhere on the carpet (which can’t be said for some of the places I’ve stayed in the past!)
The proprietors were very friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me. Check out is usually 10am, but as I finished working at 1am (and only got to bed at 3am), for a small fee they let me stay in the room all day.
It was value for money and will certainly be going back again the next time I’m working in the area. Nothing!
- Bennett (10/5): Great little B and B. - Cheap and cheerful. The cost was cheap, the hosts were cheerful.
Lucky to get a parking space provided by The Arabella, which was just at the back. Had breakfast which was cooked perfectly, also a nice cup of tea (I'm fussy) and orange juice. The establishment was clean as a whistle.
It's only about 2 minutes away from the tower etc!!.
Overall it is now my go to stay, whenever I visit Blackpool.
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice staff
Very friendly
I will definitely stay there again
More than happy.
- Anca (10/5): Exceptional - A really nice hotel right by the Winter Gardens. The rooms were very clean and the hosts were truly lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was nice also. Nothing we didn't like but it's worth bearing in mind that breakfast and parking are not included in the booking price which we didn't realise when booking. It was still worth it and we will be back for sure.
- Andrew (10/5): Excellent in every way! Would definitely stay there again. - The hosts Miss Hayley Fisher & Miss Tarn Leitch were the highlight of my stay. They were so friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Everything was great!

The front dining and relaxing room allowed us to spend time with colleagues and catchup. Breakfast was delicious! Hayley and Tarn were amazing hosts and made for a seamless and most pleasant stay.
- Paul (10/5): Friendly welcome awaits you. - The hosts at this lovely B & B must be the friendliest and most helpful in Blackpool. What a treat to be welcomed so warmly and looked after so well.
