• Michele (10/5): - L(appartement est spacieux et la salle de séjour est très confortable et très jolie. Les chambres à 2 lits sont petites, il n'y a pas de tables de chevet ni de lampes de chevet. Les fenêtres des chambres laissaient passer l'aire froid. Cependant l'appartement est très bien chauffé.

• Mariarosaria (10/5): Semplicemente fantastico - L’appartamento é esattamente la casa che vorrei. È davvero stupendo. Enorme, pulitissimo, super accessoriato. Non manca davvero nulla. La jacuzzi in camera é una cosa fantastica, super rilassante... La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che serve se si vuole cucinare in casa ed evitare di uscire (come abbiamo fatto noi). C’è veramente l’impossibile tra padelle, pentole, servizi di piatti di vario colore. Frigo enorme, lavastoviglie super silenziosa. A disposizione ci sono caffè, zucchero , sale, olio e tanto tanto altro. Soggiorno super spazioso con tv enorme e camino bellissimo che, nelle serate invernali, è davvero una gran comodità. Tavolo di vetro bellissimo. Ci sono due bagni, uno all’interno della camera da letto e l’altro invece all’esterno che serve le altre due camere. Insonorizzazione perfetta, dall’esterno non arriva alcun tipo di rumore. Posizione fantastica, le cose più belle da vedere e visitare a Napoli sono tutte raggiungibile a piedi. Appartamento servito da ascensore in palazzo con portineria. Comodo parcheggio moto (gratis) praticamente di fronte all’ingresso. Eccezionale Mounira che ci ha accolto al check in. Consiglio a tutti Nulla

• Mattia (10/5): Luxury stop in the middle of the city centre - I brought my relatives to visit Naples for the first time and we had a beautiful and luxurious experience thanks to this apartment. We met with my relatives and friends and bring in such a central area saved us a lot of time and we had everything within 10 min walk reach. And thanks to the amenities (especially the jacuzzi! We loved it!) we managed to relax after the long walks. Another very good point is the kitchen, we had to lunch there and we had all the possible appliances ready for us. Definitely we’ll come back!

She was so nice and gave us so many recommendations and also an earlier check in, help with booking a taxi in the early morning. They even prepared snacks for the kids. I think it is a general issue at that location. I needed to have ear plug in the night.

Está completamente equipado, no le falta de nada. Pero lo que marca la diferencia es Frank, el propietario. Estuvo muy atento en todo momento. Además, nos permitió realizar un late check-out porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde, un gesto que valoramos enormemente. 100% recomendable. ¡Sin duda, para repetir! Me gustó todo.

• Hubert (5/5): Verblasster Glanz - Generalsanierung erforderlich - Ehemals luxuriös ausgestattete Wohnung, groß mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, viel Deko und Glitzer. Im achten Stock eines Hochhauses in zentraler Lage, Nähe zu Bars und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist voller Mängel und somit weitab von jedem Luxus: Rollläden lassen sich teilweise nicht öffnen, die große dunkle Couch im Wohnzimmer ist total versifft und voller Flecken, abgebrochene Regale und schief stehende Beleuchtungskörper, Türstock zum Schlafzimmer mit riesigem Spalt und sich ablösender Verkleidung, Risse und Spalten in den Gipswänden, Bettrahmen fallen auseinander, Glaswand zwischen Küche und Wohnraum verkeilt und Glas gesprungen, lässt sich nicht öffnen und schließen, Wände schlecht gemalt (Steckdosen und Schalter übermalt), Kindersicherung an Balkontür lose, Schimmel in der Dusche, Bettdecken voller schwarzer Haare. Und das Beste: der Wirlpool, der ausschlaggebend war für meine Reservierung, funktioniert nicht. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde zwar die Reparatur zugesagt, diese ist aber nicht erfolgt (Bestandteil muss erst bestellt werden), es gab nur eine lapidare Entschuldigung (und die Bitte, auf eine Bewertung zu verzichten). Eine Wohnung in diesem Zustand kann man unmöglich als Luxus verkaufen!

• Vicki (10/5): Home from home in Naples - The most beautiful modern apartment with fantastic facilities. Superb location, views over the city and Vesuvius .Great communication from our host Frank. The second shower is very small, fine for me but could be a problem for others. Also, for anyone with mobility issues, be aware there are steps within the apartment for the kitchen and bathrooms.

• Nicola (10/5): A perfect apartment with lovely hosts ! - We loved everything about the apartment, it's absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect, both for the Metro, shopping, exploring and restaurants ( be sure to visit Dambo, 2 mins away if you like steak, amazing !) The apartment couldn't t be bettered situated.. The hosts Francesco and Rita are so welcoming and communication was brilliant, lots of advice too on travel, restaurants and information, lovely kind people. The apartment itself was huge, the beds so comfy and the whole place spotlessly clean. When we come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again 100% Nothing !! The only drawback, we should have booked more nights !

• Joseph (8/5): Overall the user experience of this place is not very good. The owner may not have stay in this place before and does no - Big place with big TV screen, kitchen with an island and what a view at the balcony of Mount Vesuvius and Port of Naples. - Both toilets are flawed. This is the first apartment I ever booked over the past few years that there is no bath gel, shampoo or conditioner provided. The size apportion for the shower cubicle and toilet bowl area is totally off. - Bad wifi, seems to limit the number of devices. My boys have to resort to using data roaming services. - Most irritating is the sensor as it kept turning on and off, I hope there was a way to disable it. - The worst was the water heater. I just do not know to turn on the heater or the boiler. I called the person in charge on first night he came and I thought he fixed the issue but the next few nights were just trying different permutations to get the hot water to work. Only the last day did I figure out you only need to turn on the heater for 10-15mins, water the boiler in the room that at last 75% light is lit and turn off the heater. The water should now be hot at least till the lights from the boiler goes down to 0% (get it? I hope.)

All attractions and the best restaurants in Napoli were at a walking distance. The apartment itself is very beautiful with a hydromessage tub, well furnished rooms and lot of natural light. The hosts Frank and Valeria were amazing, very friendly and always available to help. The apartment was stocked with snacks, candy, coffee and so much. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this place!! Everything was perfect!
