• gloria (9/5): Early Spring Foray - Home from home, bed very comfy, lovely and clean, some treats in a basket even for pooch, netflix on for you watch some programmes. Due to the weather we completed 3 of the jigsaws available 😆 excellent position so close to the beach for your dog walk. Easy to find in a gated complex, no amenities on site which didn't bother us. About 15 minutes walk into the centre, highly recommend Silly really no coat hooks in the hall to hang wet coats

• Carol (8/5): - A lovely, very clean caravan with lots of little extras if needed. Very homely. Super comfy bed. Fantastic beach. We stayed for 2 nights to break up our journey Norfolk to Scotland.

• Chelsea (9/5): Brilliant stay. - Had a wonderful stay here in January for a birthday, van is really well located and furnished. Everything you could need as cliche as it sounds they really had thought of everything. Toys, games, snack hamper, dog hamper including a blanket and bowls and even a toiletry hamper for the items you may have forgotten to pack. Would definitely stay again when returning to Redcar, who wouldn’t. Brilliant value for money too. N/A

All the essentials were there, even the things you might forget to pack, which made everything nice and easy. Nothing at all.

It was clean & well presented & some really nice touches! little things like wrapped toilet rolls, folded towels, basket of goodies, etc. 5* Plus, the decked area was a dream. • Renate (10/5): Season stays is a happy place - The caravan was well equipped and comfortable. We loved the big TV screen and the excellent choice of programmes. The sea views were spectacular, and other residents in the park made us feel welcome. Redcar is a friendly seaside town with excellent restaurants and amenities The only thing we missed in the caravan was a pair of scissors. Our last night was very cold, and we weren't sure how to switch the heating on and off.

From the toys left for the kids to the little welcome basket of goodies. We have stayed in many haven caravans and this was our first private caravan. It was so much More personal and perfect for a little family break away. The extras that were added were also perfect. Towels. Cleaning products, spare blankets. Toys. Refreshments. Dog blanket etc. it was decorated lovely. Home from home. Everything. We loved it!! Ooo and the egg chairs and decking were a huge surprise xx We loved everything. Can’t fault anything.

Loads in the area to do as well! - Super clean, all felt very new and modern, everything thought of to make the stay 10/10, perfect location, right by the beach and a short walk from town where you pass a fab kids park, easy to find and park Couldn’t be more perfect. We have rebooked for a few weeks later on the children’s request asking to come back for their birthdays and stay longer! Bed was comfortable! Shower was good too. We love that its dog friendly! Nothing!!!

• Edwards (9/5): Beautiful stay - Immaculate, homely, lovely touches everywhere which made all the difference. The location was amazing, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is perfect, no crowds, lovely dunes to explore as well. Will be staying again, no negatives with the property.

There are lovely touches such as flowers, extra cushions and throws, basket of treats, washing up liquid, tea coffee etc. Sea view. One min walk and your on the dunes. • Simon (10/5): Well equipped, immaculately clean, welcoming and very homely - The caravan was immaculately clean many thanks to the cleaning staff, there were welcome baskets left round the caravan with various things in, something for the dogs, a welcome gift for us and various spare toiletries should you forget anything. Very well equipped with everything you could need, would definitely recommend Everything was amazing but the one minor thing we noticed upon arrival was a little bit of an unpleasant smell in the main bedroom. Nothing terrible, just noticeable and hard to pinpoint but that was our only tiny fault. Other than that perfect 👍

• Susan (9/5): Excellent property in a great location - Great location, very clean and comfortable . Had everything we needed. Couple of minor points really, the caravan could do with some coat hooks and the kettle gets very hot on the outside. A microwave would be handy too.

Some lovely little personal touches. The location was easy to find and perfect for access to the beach where we had a couple of lovely walks and where the dog had the time of his life running about.
